Lucy Lawless Joins ‘Ash Vs Evil Dead’ Starz Series

Queen.

I've never watched Evil Dead, so this next bit is pure jibberish to me. Though it does perk my interest.

Lawless will play Ruby, a mysterious figure who is myopic in her quest to hunt down the source of the recent Evil outbreaks. The only problem: she believes that Ash is the cause of it all.

Anyone else just spend the past several days binge watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt?

I haven't, but I heard it was really good.

Anyone see the Bates Motel season 3 premiere yesterday?? So happy it's back!! It's a little slow-paced, but I still enjoy it... every episode we are one step closer to the Norman Bates we know from Psycho haha.. the premier was actually a huge step!! (peeping tom!)... excited for the new season.. started off with a bit of a murder mystery. And the relationship he has with his mother just gets more and more creepy by the minute haha so disturbing

I definitely watched the premier & Norman is getting more ****** creepy with each episode!! Do you think he killed that girl at the end of the episode? That's what I was thinking after he drove her car back to the motel.

Did it start already? **** I need to catch up on season 2 already.

And btw mitch, where the **** have you been?

I mean I feel like it was quite obvious that it was him... but maybe not?

One thing I did notice is that Norman hates driving.. he never got his license because he sucks at it. Funny how he was perfectly confident driving back to the motel and parking with ease. I think he was definitely being "mother" in that last scene. They say that that can happen with DID... one personality can do something perfectly while another would have trouble and whatnot.

So it's definitely curious... the death is sort of similar to Janet Leigh's too, with her body being found in the swamp.

I agree I think he murdered her then dumped her in the swamp. I think he was definitely blacked out & was being his mother also. I think he usually kills people when he is being his over protective mother.

YES, I'm a huge Bates Motel fan! I wanted Emma and Norman to get together in Season 1 but I don't know if I want them together because I'm scared he might kill her LOL and his relationship with his mom is creepy as **** especially when he was like "Move over to that side silly" hahahaha my favorite part was Norma pulling Norman out of the car on his first day of school. That was so embarrassing for him! I hate Dylan's dad and if I was Dylan, I'd tell him to leave me the **** alone.

Or they might have just had *** in the car? Lol I guess we'll find out next week. I wanted to see more of that girl though. Too bad if she's already killed. The part of Norman imagining Ms. Watson bleeding was kinda cool haha

Anyone excited for MTV's Scream next fall?? I sure am!! I'm hoping for the best and expecting the worst ****... read a couple pages that leaked online last week and so far it seems on the okay side... there's a scene where the "Randy Meeks"-type character has a discussion about horror movies being turned into tv series... the teacher suggests that the horror thing is now becoming a big trend with Hannibal and Bates Motel and American Horror Story.. another kid asks why not Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Halloween? and the movie buff kid replies how those are slasher-movies.. you can't make a slasher tv series because slasher movies burn bright and quickly.. TV needs to stretch things out. (guess we're gonna find out if they are successful or not haha)

Also I sort of chuckled at one quick scene were a girl is frantically trying to use a Siri type system on her phone.. Call 911! The app responds obediently, "Calling Pottery Barn."

There's definitely gonna be a whole lot of pop culture references from the looks of it... I just hope they do it right.

No surprise in the pop culture references. That was one of the things that set Scream apart from the standard slasher film. I think the series has a lot of potential. It won't be what everyone is expecting, but that could very well provide the show's greatest strength.

I just pray they abandon (or at least use creatively) the unnecessary HFR scenes that plague Teen Wolf and Eye Candy.

There's going to be a Scream TV series? Awesome. I loved all the movies! Still sad we never got to see a Scream 5. I just hope the show doesn't turn out to be horrible lol

Not really looking forward to a Scream tv show I have a feeling Mtv will mess this up & put an end to any hope for a Scream 5 movie in the future. Hopefully though they will shock me & somehow make this show worth it.

Ruth Negga Lands Female Lead in AMC 'Preacher' Pilot

Finally getting some news on this. Hoping it eventually goes to series. Dominic Cooper is the rumored frontrunner for the lead.

Just watched the new Bates Motel episode and I thought it was alright. I've been kind of disappointed with these two episodes so far. They're not bad but the beginning of the first two seasons were more interesting in my opinion. I hope it picks up.

-Emma and Norman are so awkward together. Especially when they were talking about *** at dinner. I liked when Emma was with Gunner. At least he's more stable. Norman's sketchy and weird in so many ways and I can see him going psycho and attacking her since he can black out at any time. Emma, please break up with him!!!

-Norma was hilarious as always and cracked me up when she screamed and ran over the sign with her car. Hahaha I love seeing her go psycho. It was ******* incredible.

-Why the **** is Dylan hanging out with his dad that raped his mom?!? And that storyline with them shooting the dog was so dumb and had nothing to do with anything.

-Norman and Sheriff Romero are definitely about to hook up. Haha the way he kissed her cheek was hilarious. Their scene was cool.

-Norman definitely killed that girl in room 4. It's so obvious. He probably had *** with her, blacked out and killed her without knowing just like he did to Blair Watson. I kind of hope he didn't kill her though because it seems too predictable.

Bates motel is getting awkward ****.

I think I might be over it because I'm not dying to see the next episode....

Love my baby Dylan though!!!! Biggrin

I just hope Norma and Norman don't make out **** but they might since they did in the second season finale

Just saw the new Bates Motel episode....it was AWESOME!!!

Standard Slasher Film? The POINT of scream was that it was a PARODY of the genre save for 4.

I always thought scary movie was the parody and scream was the legit movie (not saying they were GOOD but I'm pretty sure Scream wasn't the parody)
