I am so proud of you all that this thread remained about Diem . I was concerned that I would come home to find Knight stuff in here and I was not going to be ok with that. Also, CT's voice was "spotted" in Diem's memorial video during a family bet on the Florida State/Auburn game. (Probably the ski holiday.)
I honestly had a moment with myself while eating dinner with the family today, thinking about Diem's family and friends, and of course about Diem herself. I don't have anything else to say about it besides... man, my thoughts are with them and with Diem. Can't imagine.
Well. I think that Diem was going to remain optimisitc regardless, but I am sure that her doctors told her the outlook. I also believe her family and friends knew the truth but, they wanted to remain positive because Diem was choosing to remain positive.
It all makes sense to me...Her family and friends gathering for drinks a couple days prior to her passing, the DiemStrong Board, Someone spotting CT crying earlier that week, Alicia's tweet thanking everyone and saying in was all in God's hands now, and now this. I think she knew, she was just hopeful.
I was hoping that she did know because for me it is more devestating to think that she never came to terms with it and was not at peace when she passed. It would hurt me more to know that she was still looking for answers and still pleading with doctors and was stressed in her train of thought. I hope she passed knowing she did everything possible, and I hope she wasnt afraid or angry, I just want to know that she was at peace.

Were the pictures possibly posted on one of her siblings/family members facebook? or do you remember when they were posted? just because if so there might be a good chance they taken them down or put them on private esp after all this to avoid people taking them or twisting facts to the media about their status you know?
I forgot to include that the article mentioned the source as saying, "When things were good, he made her the happiest person in the world." The, when things wew good part makes me believe that CT was around her alot recently. ANd I do believe that was CT, it sounds just like him.

There's been quite a few stuff with them that has been up then taken down, even prior to Diems passing. Let me check, I still might be able to find this particular one for you.

On twitter there were a few instances when I searched Diem's name and it returned with people saying she was in Boston with CT. I also read someone spooted them at a gas station together, someone rode with them on a hotel elevator, someone seen them at the mall holding hands, someone seen them kissing in Central Park, People saw them dancing and making out at a club in Nashville, Someone was sitting at the table next to them in a restaurant,This guy rang up their purchases at a store, they were spotted getting into a cab together......it was a lot.
Again all you have to do is search Diem's name or CT's name or their names together on twitter. Although now, it may take a while considering Diem's passing has just occured.

Ok so I purchased the newest Us Weekly magazine and CT and Diem are a featured story(on the front page)
The article says a few things. First it syas, that castmembers were in NYC to tape the reunion for Exes 2. The reunion was shot on November 9th. Then, is says that CT did propose to Diem; twice just as the online article says. Then it says that they were on Exes 2 together and when Diem was airlifted home CT left as well to be by her side. It continues in saying that Diem's family was not a fan of CT's because of actions they witnessed on tv, (Shavon, and Rivlas 2) It says that they always thought that she could do way better, but Diem was willing to give him another chance.
CT did not stay with Diem the entire time. The article states that he made her nervous because he was hyper and she encouraged him to go home. However, he did visit a lot. And when he was there, he pampered her; he painted her toe nails and after a stay in the hospital, he redecorated her room by purchasing a comfy matress pad and new bed set. It also says that after she had to go back to the ER in September( I believe due to her kidney failure) He did not return, instead he instagramed pictures of her such as the one of them sleeping in the hospital. That and the on camera proposal made her family question his intentions. The source was quotted, "He can be a *******".
Three days prior to Diem's passing, the hospital restricted her visitors. However, he texted her and they exchanged texts up until the moment she passed. It also states that Diem was always responsive to him and no one doubted their love for each other.

Yea. That makes sense I was only reporting what the Magazine said. Maybe it really was something for Diem. Maybe before she passed away, they taped something in support for her. There was no way it was being filmed yet (without castmembers able to react to some footage/air shows)... and it still doesn't explain Cara Maria being there. Maybe Johnny was there for an aftershow or s*it they didn't show. I don't know. I know the actual detail is irrelevant in the scheme of things - but the fact that they can get little details like that incorrect, details that are very easy to fact check and get correct - well that starts to make me question the authenticity of the other "small details,". Which makes me question some of the intentions of the sources.

I have been suspecting that obviously there was a large contingent of Diem's closest who weren't big fans of the relationship - just as evidenced by the lack of any mentions of him AND the continuous information about her being given to the media even after her death. It's almost as if they are trying to set the record straight at every angle, meaning responding to each thing CT did. Fair to say that it was an incredibly complicated relationship still. As viewers, I think we were attracted to them as a couple because he was the bad boy tamed by the good girl. Maybe we all just wanted the fairy tale, and while there was a lot of love - reality just made it not cookie cutter perfect. I hope that for Diem's sake, they can all find their love for Diem in common.
As far as restricting visitors, I had heard that. But she did have friends with her until the end. So in my gut, I guess I knew that if he wasn't there at the end, then the relationship was still complicated. If they were solid, I would think he'd be there.

Him Skiing with her: I think we only know this bc we think that's his voice in the memorial video. We know this is their skiing vacation bc the game being referenced was last year around that time, and there is a picture of her singing in CO in the same outfit/hat
The Bahamas: We think he was there because he posted a "happy birthday to me" in July. It's a picture of him with palm trees in the background at the same time Diem was in the Bahamas with her family (and their SO's). Someone once mentioned that the location of the picture was available for a bit, and it said the bahamas... but I am not sure that was confirmed
Him Crying the week she died: I never read that he was actually spotted crying; instead, his friend Mr. Chunky posted a pic of CT at a friends store that week. People were commenting on that picture that he looked all red and puffy eyed. So I feel like that is where that "spotting" may have come from. Personally, I was always confused why he was in a tie at a friends store - while she was in the hospital. But if he was restricted, it makes sense.

Well, I personally saw CT and Diem around this time last year (actually it might have been earlier because FA was filmed now too, I think) at a club in Boston. I think i've already shared this story. I don't have pics or anything because it was a club and that would've been creepy. They were holding hands and pretty much all into each other. They were in the VIP so at one point it was hard to see them but they looked like they were having a great time. I've seen CT a bunch of times because I've gone to tons of his parties and spoke to him but that was my first time ever seeing Diem in person. She confirmed all that of the Diem in the PM stuff with her dancing lol. Such a fun chick

While we're talking clips, I have to share one of my absolute favorite moments, which is from the Rivals II reunion. Do you notice how Diem looks at Johnny when he tries to make the joke about Chris and Diem choreographing their interaction on stage during the commercial break? And then when Johnny asks the question:
Johnny: Who's the best kisser?
CT: Obviously it's Diem.
Diem: .............. [sarcasm] YAY!!

Her reaction is so hilarious to me, eye rolls and all, I've watched it about a million times. It's even cuter knowing that this was definitely after they had "re-entered" each others lives (based on photos) once returning from Rivals II.
