I watched all of the Halloween movies & Friday the 13th movies throughout the week leading up to Halloween since Amc kept showing marathons. But I prefer newer movies like the Conjuring, Sinister, & Annabelle. Another creepy movie made by James Wan that not everyone knows about is Dead Silence I recommend watching it. To your other question I have seen the original Prom Night.
fun fact! they filmed a lot of dead silence literally blocks away from my house haha
That's ****** awesome! Did you actually see them shooting some of the film then or get to see anything?
Yeah definitely!! I saw them filming that scene at that ****** motel... the whole background is all CGI there cause my high school is like right beside that (no idea why that motel is still standing there... but it has been used for a lot of creepy movie settings :P)
That's so cool Mitch & I am kind of jealous now! What about the cemetery scene or the old place where Mary Shaw lived are they from your area.
Random, but I think the coolest thing ever would be to make a film (or hell, I'd prefer a TV series) in old school, Wizard of Oz-styled 3 color technicolor. Three rolls of film, one red, one blue, one green, working together to produce those fake, oversaturated, yet astonishingly beautiful colors. It would be glorious.

not sure about the old place... the theatre/lake set is actually near my college lmao... and i don't know about the cemetary scene. To tell you the truth I only saw the movie once so its pretty vague.. didn't think it was really good :X haha love creepy dolls, but it just didn't do it for me haha the "twist" was way too cheese imo lmao
It's not the best horror movie by any means, but I enjoy watching it from time to time. The dolls & Mary Shaw were creepy in my opinion. I just like certain movies when they have creative back stories or legends to them.
Thank you. The way I heard it was a continuation of part 3 as in following some new girl. Also, I had to literally explain to on eof my clients why it takes 3 years something 6-7 years (in the case of the lion king) for animated movies to be released.
Mitch and Bischoff, I love love, love Dead Silence and wanted ******* sequels man. I blame Saw 4 through million for that not happening.

Speaking of which how do you guys feel about Hello Mary Lou: prom Night 2, They, and the movie with the tooth fairy who kills whose name I forgot but I was pone of the few many who thought it was ******. They on the other hand can be remade.

Okay... Darkness Falls (the tooth fairy one) was literally one of the scariest movies I ever saw as a kid... i was scarred, had to sleep with the lights on for a while haha... that shit was underrated no matter what people say. As an adult, of course it will come off as cheesy and lame (its still on my top 20 scary movie list though)... but that was a good horror flick to watch when you were a kid.. the first 5-10 minutes alone with make you want to leave a nightlight on in your bedroom haha

Yeah I agree with Mitch Darkness Falls was a movie that was scary watching as a kid, but did nothing watching later on. I actually saw it a few weeks before Halloween this year & thought to myself why was I ever ****** scared of this movie in the first place. But I still enjoyed watching it because of it's cool concept on the tooth fairy.

Hell yeah I would have enjoyed a sequel for Dead Silence to bad it never happened! Why were talking sequels I also wish the 2009 remake of My Bloody Valentine would have got a sequel I love that movie.

Oh please Mitchell! ******* be havin dreams about you and shit!
Anybody see Birdman yet? Debating between seeing that or Interstellar this weekend.
I wasn't a huge fan of Fury. It was realistic and well made but there just wasn't much story. Which was kind of frustrating.
I don't understand all the hate for Fury I really enjoyed it. All of the battles in the movie were realistic & true to life. We got an inside look into what the war was like for tank crews & how the battles were fought from their point of view. Brad Pitt, Shia LaBeouf, & Logan Lerman all gave great performances. My only complaint is they could have covered more of the back stories on the main cast, so we got a better feel for who they were.
Heathers gives me life haha... which is actually back on topic so there!! Heathers was the Mean Girls before MG ever existed.. soo twisted and so funny.... well **** me gently with a chainsaw

'Toy Story 4′ Coming In 2017 With John Lasseter Directing
Seriously, Disney? The ending of 3 was just right, why go back and **** it up? Nothing like ruining a good thing...
I am finally going to see the movie Fury tonight hopefully it is kick *** & lives up to other realistic World War 2 movies like Saving Private Ryan.

I've heard Birdman was great. But it's one of those I think I'd rather watch at home.

'Suicide Squad' Jared Leto Being Eyed For Batman's New Joker
OMG. Yes. I love Jared Leto.
As long as he doesn't try to emulate Heath Ledger's performance and does his own take on the character, it will be fantastic!
Do not clog my movie thread with useless clutter.
Omg this could be epic!! I hope he makes it his own!!
I know, I'm soooooooooo excited!
YOUR thread?!?!?!?!????
Did I stutter?
