Gone Girl = WOW. Words cannot express how good of a movie that was.... like insaneeeeeeee!!! So many twists and turns.. really hard to guess where the movie was going! Loved it though... omg I have to read the book!!! How the hell did Gillian Flynn come up with that twisted storyline? So intricate and confusing, yet so good!!

Does Ben Affl... Nope. Not even going to finish that one. I've been wanting to see it, but I'm not sure whether I should read the book first or not. :/

Watch the movie first!!! I've been hearing a lot of ppl saying that they wish they had seen the movie before reading it so the surprises and twists would be better (since you are watching it happen)... apparently it does the book justice (esp. since G.Flynn wrote the screenplay lol) so there's not too many differences except for a few little extra details... but yeah, the viewing experience was by far one of the best. David Fincher knows how to direct a masterpiece (from Fight Club to Girl With The Dragon Tattoo to House of Cards)... so yeah, I recommend watching it! (that's what I like to do anyways... watch it, if i love it, read the book for all the little extras that may not have been included... did that with The Perks of Being a Wallflower and i'm so glad I did.. book and movie are now on my favourites list :P)

Will do! I've already downloaded the book to my Nook, so I'm going to have to hold off on starting it for a few more days, haha! Damn, this only gets me even more excited for Fincher's HBO shows!!!!!

Gillian Anderson Offers 'X-Files 3' Update; Wants to Be a Ghostbuster

OMG YAAASSSSSSSSSSSS!!! Scully as a Ghostbuster would be everything <3

Paul Feig, please don't be a grade-A imbecile and let this opportunity pass you by. MAKE. IT. HAPPEN.

(and get Lucy Lawless while you're at it. Scully & Xena vs Ghosts. Boom.)

... so Annabelle sucked ... as expected lol

at least I got a good laugh or two out of it with my friends though haha

Lmao omg mitch! The commercials scare the shit out of me because I have a phobia of dolls (traumatized by Child's Play at age 4). Is the toy possessed? Do you see it walking and killing like chuckie?? Like, will I be scared to death of this doll?

the doll doesn't move lol (well it moves places... just not on screen?) ... trust me it's not a good movie! It was incredibly slow... and there were maybe 10 jump scenes at most (some of which already included in the previews). It is really similar to the conjuring (a decent horror film, but way overhyped) but it doesn't have as many jumpy scenes.. you should be fine (just remember to close your eyes during the basement part.. that part was kinda scary ahha)

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” will reportedly feature a female Robin, with actress Jena Malone rumored to be playing Carrie Kelly, according to a local news station in Detroit.

I am okay with this... but I do think they are adding way too many people to this cast.. its going to be overwhelming... better not be another Spiderman 3

Just watched Wolf Creek 2 and holy crap it was good!!! I don't usually say this, but that is a sequel worth watching... the original was brilliant (on my top 20 horror films of all time) and even though it didn't really need to have another addition, what they did with it was pretty great. It sort of lost all the creepy realness the original had, but it added to it a lot more action, blood, and (surprisingly) comedy! (and not distasteful comedy... still pretty WTF!!! haha)

If you're looking for a couple good horror movies to watch this Halloween season, I'd suggest these two!! Very creepy in a "what would you do?" kinda way

EDIT: and stay away from the trailers... they are good movies to go blind into (heck most "good" horror movies are)

Disney Animation’s ‘Moana’ Set for 2016 Release

They were supposed to change the name to Spirited, guess they scrapped that idea. Hopefully it doesn't become as annoying as Frozen has.

...takes place in the “ancient South Pacific world of Oceania,” and it follows the adventures of a young woman named Moana. Moana, an “indomitable, passionate and a dreamer with a unique connection to the ocean itself,” undergoes a journey where she joins forces with her hero – the demigod Maui – and travels the wide, unconquered ocean on a voyage. The how and why of Moana’s grand adventure remains something of a mystery beyond that, though the film’s synopsis does promise “enormous sea creatures, breathtaking underworlds and ancient folklore.”

‘Cabin Fever’ Remake in Production; Will Use Same Script as Original

Can they bring back Cerina Vincent while they're at it?

Definitely! It has an awesome cast, and I think Nolan is going to deliver something truly incredible.

McConaughey is without a doubt at the top of my list right now. Hopefully this time next year I'm feeling the same way about Vince Vaughn.
