Very happy to see Theresa finally win an elimination. She's been plagued with bad partners (Ryan, Jasmine) that have made her look bad imo, with the exception of Camila. Competing individually and beating Camila definitely earns her some big competitor points in my book. Wouldn't be surprised to see her go all the way.
She is not bad, but not the great she has never impressed me in anything. I give her all the credit in the world for sending Camila home. I still think she is way too shady for my taste :victorious:

She probably knows she has the ability to win a final challenge (basketball player, good runner= endurance). The trouble is just getting there. Should she have said Laurel's name? Yes. Would it have been smart? Debatable. Since Laurel found out about it, yes, if she didn't, it would've been a great political move. You can't honestly say that you don't enjoy some people stirring the pot and making Laurel and Bananas (and all the people that usually float by based on their previous Challenge achievements) work for their place like the others?
One of the worst political players to ever play the game.
It's upsetting that peple think Camila handed Theresa the win. She gave up as Theresa was ready to ring the bell. Kind of a cop-out.

I think she would have a tough time against Laurel or Cara Maria in an elimination, but she could very well make it all the way and do well in a final. Even if Camilla did, though, Theresa was going to be tough to beat in that elimination.
I don't think Camila gave Theresa the win. Camila def wasn't in the right state of mind and I think if she was it would have lasted longer and it would have been close. I think Theresa still have won though because of the size difference.
It doesn't matter. Another Non-castmember out of the game. If only Theresa left with her....

Her and Kenny put in work in fresh meat 2 and went to an exile and I think she went into a gulag in cutthroat. Rivals was pretty easy for her though. But I see what you're saying, it's just assumed that laurel will be in the finals at this point in her 'challenge career' lol
It doesn't matter. Another Non-castmember out of the game. If only Theresa left with her....
This is just getting sad and pathetic, at this point ****.

I don't think that Laurel has floated through her Challenges. She has seen her share of eliminations, and she has won a lot of missions, keeping herself safe.
You can't honestly say that you don't enjoy some people stirring the pot and making Laurel and Bananas (and all the people that usually float by based on their previous Challenge achievements) work for their place like the others?
People really need to explain their definition of float on by. On Fresh Meat Laurel won 5/9 challenges (and intentionally lost one) and won an Exile. On Cutthroat her team won 5/9 challenges and she won an elimination (and she shouldn't have even been thrown in since Shauvon, Ayiiia, Cara, and Sarah were weaker), and on Rivals I she went into half of the female exiles (by virtue of coming in last, but she still went in). Where did she float?

I couldn't agree more. The idea of rookies paying their dues was a myth created by scared veterans back on the first Gauntlet so they didn't have to go into elimination or get sent home.
I think it's pretty interesting how she's one of the slowest developing cast mates. This is her 5th challenge but it almost seems like she's fresh because of how little impact she has had on her previous challenges. Usually cast members that start off irrelevant in their first couple of challenges either stay irrelevant for their entire challenge careers or don't ever get invited back because producers decide to nix them from the series. And then you have people like Cara Maria and Camila that have been central characters the second they step into the scene. I wonder if she will ever hit the point of being a fan favorite that everyone is rooting for because it seems to me at this point, that she's gone from being ignored to disliked to ignored to hated to disliked but I think people are slowly starting to warm up to her.
I think part of it is her mental game play. She really had a chance to make a big splash but politics is apparently not her strength and she does not think "long game".
I think rookies do have to pay dues because they are low men on the totem pole and they need to prove themselves. If that didn't happen then we would never see how great Camila is at elimination rounds or see LaToya beat Jemmye.

Because there was hardly anyone on that challenge could be considered a veterans on that season so it wouldn't make sense there. I thought this whole Rookie thing started on Battle of the Sexes 2 when the vets started getting entitled and feeling some type of way about the new people.

If these shows were more diverse in terms of cast. they wouldn't need to "prove themselves" or "Earn their stripes" they would be treated just like every other person there. Oh and Theresa needs to Retire.

It did not really take off until Sexes 2 though when Brad was taken out of the game and Derrick was run over by the golf cart.
Coral always acted entitled. Couldn't stand her. I was so happy to see her get screwed on G3.
Coral always acted entitled. Couldn't stand her. I was so happy to see her get screwed on G3.
Coral earned that reputation even with the "spider bite" and her other failures in finals. Coral was dominating Fresh Meat before her & Evan were hurt. Coral performed well on G3 as well...sending her in still made no sense to keep Casey & Robin
Perhaps Casey and Robin were more likable people than Coral. I would've liked Coral if she didn't whine and throw a tantrum every time things didn't go exactly her way.

As far as the women go, she's average-ish, to slightly above.
Robin isn't that bad of a competitor. As far as the women go, she's average-ish, to slightly above.
Still inferior to Coral plus she's an emotional trainwreck that I wouldn't want near my team in a final...even when she was sane she was still a trainwreck at times
I believe Robin got along with more of the cast mates though, in particular, Brad and Evelyn. They actually were going to strain Robin from the team but because Brad and Evelyn were around, they decided to keep her. Getting rid of Coral was mostly an Evelyn personal vendetta thing.

Honestly, no team ever deserved to lose a final more than that Vets team

So trying to trim the fat makes a team undeserving of victory? So the Road Rules team on The Inferno did not deserve to win in your opinion?
So trying to trim the fat makes a team undeserving of victory? So the Road Rules team on The Inferno did not deserve to win in your opinion?
It wasn't about trimming the fat. It was that they targeted the wrong girls and didn't target the biggest piece of "fat" which was Eric. I thought it was smart to throw missions but grow a pair and take out Eric & don't target Coral when you have Casey & Robin just because Evelyn was mad that Coral corrected her when she was wrong. The Road Rules team just looked stupid because Katie still made the final and they threw away money for no reason.
