I think it's a good strategy for them to lay low. If Ty actually competes (which I'm hoping is an act so far) than this team would dominate. Otherwise, they'd have targets on their backs because they'd be the ones to beat. I bet the other male teams would rather go into an elimination round against Jordan & Marlon and Preston & Knight before Leroy & Ty.
Oh Yeah. Laying low is a good Strategy for them. They haven't really been targeted and there's no reason for the Girls to vote them in. Kinda like you said. I think Preston/Knight and Jordan/Marlon would probably go in before them.
Also, as much as Zach is big and a solid competitor Trey isn't that intimidating... plus no one has his back. I'd assume the guys wouldn't fear going against that team either. This would potentially give Leroy and Ty a free ride to finals. We'll have to see.

Zach is also a football player and is big for his height as well. Put them in a Hall Brawl or a Backpack challenge and they would only have to worry about CT and Wes.

Trey isnt a weak player, zach really underestimates his abilities but the actual fact is that trey isnt that bad of a character. Leroy and Ty are probable ones we have to watch out for because they could be the ones who become the underdogs in the series or Preston/Knight. Ty can struggle sometiimes like in Episode 3 where Leroy had to comeback and wait for Ty, I think Lee and Ty could be a threat but just a low one because how chill they are.

Anyways, what do you guys think if Leroy and Ty were casted for the duel? Would you be happy?
Anyways, what do you guys think if Leroy and Ty were casted for the duel? Would you be happy?
Totally. Leroy would shine and Ty would have to get his **** together because he'd only be able to rely on himself.
Honestly man, I'm trying to get this page going again so that's why I pop these questions up, and these 2 are my favorite team and I don't want the page to die lol so comment up people!!!!

I just don't think he's that fierce, or he just hasn't proven to be yet. He's a good jumper, I'll give him that! ;) Back to Leroy and Ty: Looks like next episode Leroy hooks up with Theresa.
It's too bad she doesn't last much longer.

Totally. Leroy would shine and Ty would have to get his **** together because he'd only be able to rely on himself.
Nah, Ty is lame, he'd get sent home in the first few eliminations. Leroy however, would probably do extremely well, depending on the cast, he could make it to the final.
These two actually got some screen time. And you know what? It was funny! From Them singing about why they have a rivalry to Leroy backing away from The whole Knight/Jemmeye situation and keeping quiet They were cool this episode. Oh and I like how they threw there vote away yet again. hehe.
These two are awesome, and I don't like Wes now cause he stabbed Leroy in the back..... Leroy is an alpha male and Leroy would make it to the end of the duel no doubt
Leroy in a Duel definately would make the Finals mainly because, few guys on the challenges could beat him one on one.

Maybe a puzzle but, endurance wise he's pretty good, and physical wise he's a beast. So yeah maybe a puzzle would make him lose. And Jordan would be the exact opposite he would probably make it far unless he got placed in a physical elimination.

He thrives on people underestimating him.
Am I the only one that doesn't see Leroy as that much of an elite competitor? Maybe I missed something but I feel like I haven't really seen anything that would make people believe that he is this beast everyone says he is. I'm not saying he's bad or he couldn't be this elite player I just feel like he hasn't really proven or shown what he can really do yet.

I doubt the guy has amazing endurance. Granted, so far the eliminations on this season haven't required much stamina, so it'll be inter sting to see what card he draws if he does have to go in.
Yeah I think he could be but everyone already sees him as one and I just haven't really seen anything out of him yet.
He destroyed Wes in X Battle and his performance on the rope climbing mission to the helicopter was simply unreal...we may need more but we've seen a glimpse
He destroyed Wes in X Battle and his performance on the rope climbing mission to the helicopter was simply unreal...we may need more but we've seen a glimpse
Yeah I thought of that but Wes hasn't exactly been doing so well besides Rivals and then wasn't there controversy with that rope challenge? Something about the helicopter being too low for everyone else. Not taking these wins away from him but yeah its a glimpse.
He may have wanted to quit because he knew he had no chance with Mike
Every time I've heard Leroy talk about Rivals 1 he's had nothing but positive things to say about Mike. During that season he was constantly raving about him and Mike making a great team. He kept calling himself the muscle and Mike the brains of their team. Like everyone knows, you're only as strong as your weakest teammate. Well Mike can't be that weak if he if he's getting all the way to the final mission on his first Challenge EVER.

Mike will be the first to admit he couldn't finish a final and he did quit. Mike and Leroy are friends--Leroy's not going to bash the kid. Nice kid--not a competitor.

He finished every single competition before the final without getting disqualified, even completed a mission when he was injured and coughing up blood, and made it the final on his very first Challenge. Almost everyone predicted Leroy would go home early because of Mike and he ended up proving them wrong. It's completely incorrect to say he was a bad teammate for Leroy. The fact that nobody wanted to throw Mike/Leroy into an elimination for the reason you mentioned goes to show that in certain aspects Mike actually was seen as a threat to the other competitors. Mike made up for his lack of athleticism by being the smartest person there. Clearly that worked in their favor since everyone was afraid to go up against them in an elimination.

According to Wes and other cast members, if you are white and skinny you must be good at puzzles. Sucks for Brandon and Ty.
And none of this disputes the fact they had no shot in the final due to Mike
I never said they would have won, especially when you take into consideration the two teams they were up against. I disagree with the idea that Mike was a ****** teammate who doesn't deserve any credit. He exceeded everyone expectations and currently is the only teammate Leroy made it to a final with. If he were as bad as you're making it out to be they would have been one of the first teams eliminated.

You altered the meaning completely--follow the discussion so we don't have these problems.
