This might be the best news Bacchus has gotten all year! Boston Bruins goalie Tim Thomas may sit out 2012-13 season
This might be the best news Bacchus has gotten all year!
This is great news... But we all know his "family" issues are the Boston media, so I see him being traded or hanging up the skates. No matter, there will be a savings or maybe a new player for the B's.
New goalie, or a new player? The B's really don't need another goalie.
Obviously a new defenseman. Chara's over sized uniform costs alone are driving the the black and gold into bankruptcy. Tuukka Rask is the future at goalie.

No surprise here, but the numbers are much lower than I thought they would have been.
Obviously a new defenseman. Chara's over sized uniform costs alone are driving the the black and gold into bankruptcy. Tuukka Rask is the future at goalie.
How about TWO new defensemen, Corvo and Zanon sucked against the Caps.
I'm hoping the rumors are true and we (the Wings) can pick up Parise and Suter.
The Flyers need to get a big Defenseman and there are rumors that we are going after Weber which I hope is true and we can somehow make it work.
Now THAT is a great comeback! Go Bruins!
The Caps sucked **** last night... and I'm done with them. I'll have tickets for Denver University's home games next season. Awesome hockey school!
Now THAT is a great comeback! Go Bruins!
I'm still stunned. Did that really happen? :D
that was really sad. haha whats more sad is how unsportsman like a lot of the bruins fans were at the game... heard a girl got punched in the face for wearing a leafs jersey as well as beer showers for the leaf fans. Not cool Boston... But I will say that that was a pretty great comeback... if I were on the bruins end that would have been the most amazing thing to ever watch... The leafs just keep finding new ways to break our hearts. This one tops it all. :( **** All well, there's always next year? haha

I guess in Toronto the crowd that had gathered to watch the game were throwing beer bottles and being generally raucous after the loss, with mounted police called in to keep the peace.
sorry, i guess i shouldn't have said the "not cool" part... This was mainly for the rowdy crowd at the rink. Just things I heard happened and didn't like it. and I think it was probs just normal police... rcmp is pretty rare in Toronto lol I live there and I never see them lol :P still, a sad ending for the leafs... can't say i'm surprised at how it ended though, something like that would happen to us haha
The police were out on downtown Toronto streets to ensure there weren't any problems. Mounted police and officers on foot and on bicycles helped disperse remaining crowds. Officers dealt with a few rowdy fans who threw beer bottles after the loss. Some pulled the tails and slapped the sides of the horses that officers were riding on. okay, point proven. don't know why you had to point that out... my original point was that a lot of the rowdy bruins fans last night in Boston actually threw their drinks at leafs fans as well as physically hurt them before and after their "comeback". I just didn't like that... that's not very sportsmanlike, and those rowdy fans need to take note of how the teams shake hands after a game... that's how you act when your team wins, not by flipping off people in leafs jerseys and throwing beers at them after the game is done.

If only Crosby and Chara would have happened after Crosby's cheat shot at Rask. I would have loved to have seen that beat down. Crosby is such a little primadonna made of glass... Game 1 is living up to expectations.
Good game.
Pens didn't play well but a lot of credit goes to Boston for creating that. Rask was on tonight and Vokoun wasn't. Fleury wasn't sharp against the Isles obviously but if the Pens are going to win a Cup he's going to have to be in net.
Well, Boston sure as **** looks like the better team thus far. Very disappointed with the quality of play from the Pens
The return fire goal at the end of the first really sucked the life out if the Pens. Rask, beyond missing that high shot has been a wall of steel and the B's are taking a toll with their physical play.
Brutal. In a good way! Haha.
The Pens showed a bit of life the first, but just a little.
The Pens showed a bit of life the first, but just a little.
Not enough...and Kris Letang is just a liability at this point.
This is turning into a good match.
This is turning into a good match.
I just turned it on. It can't get much worse than Game 1. (or better, if you're a Boston fan)
I think Game 2 was worse than Game 1 (as a Pens fan) This game is finally starting to look like playoff hockey...the first two didn't
I think Game 2 was worse than Game 1 (as a Pens fan) This game is finally starting to look like playoff hockey...the first two didn't
Am I that out of the loop? I thought the blowout was game 1. Is this already game 3?
