Being on Vevmo essentially decreases your chances to zero either way
I "erase" people all the time from Vevmo as needed. As a fan, I respect and I am hopeful of any member here becoming part of an MTV show.
While you can't remove stupid Facebook posts (those are for life) as webmaster I can actually request removal of google cached pages for this website and thus revert and remove history, unless it is recorded elsewhere. In most cases, it is not.
Just something to ponder...
I know for seasons 27 and 28 you needed to be 20 not 21, but I still did the online application for 28 anyways haha. Has anything for season 29 been posted yet?!

Does everyone think they have officially changed the age requirement to 20 for all the future seasons or just for the past 2 seasons? I thought Priscilla being only 19 actually was an interesting contribution to her role on her season. I'm going to be devastated If I have to wait till I'm 20 :(
The RW casting is on hiatus. This could be the end of an era my friend.

On another note..
It goes on Hiatus after every couple of seasons before the contract is renewed. Entertainment Weekly posted a week ago that the contract is currently under negotiation and it's most likely getting another season.
Not true.. i know a couple people who have made it pretty far on here ;)
Then again they weren't dumb enough to put their first name in their Vevmo username and establish their age. Just saying.
I'm confused as to why it would matter if my name and age is part of my account?

Because BMP reads this thread. They don't like vevmo at BMP.

Yes it is true. I don't remember ANYBODY here posting who was on the series much lame Frank.
And Nightwolf being on vevmo should not decrease your chances of making the series, As for V1 I could care less if BMP likes us or not. At least we keep it real, honest and straight to the point. There is no "real world" on the real world series.

Well if they read my posts I haven't said anything that should jeopardize my chances. :p If they had such a big issue with vevmo you would think they would have it in the contract once you've been casted that you can not be affiliated with the site. And there is a handful of real worlders who are members of the site.

They join after their season has filmed and they have been announced as official cast members. It's not just posting on Vevmo, if by a work of divine intervention, you yourself manage to make it far into the casting process and BMP finds out you've posted anywhere on the internet your status, you'll automatically be eliminated.
No offense, but you've been a member of Vevmo for 2 days; the majority of us have been here for a while and know what we're talking about, it's not coming out of our ***. Therefore, if we give you advice or say something that's common sense like "the minimum age isn't changing", there's a good chance that it's valid.

Someone said that Frank was a member before he was casted. If I ever make it far enough in the casting process I'm not dumb, I wouldn't jeopardize my chances by spoiling anything or posting anywhere on the internet my status in the audition process. It's my dream to be on the show so if they told me not to spoil things on the internet you bet that I would not do so. I wouldn't want to spoil anything for anyone else either.
And you've only been a member for a couple of months! Just because I just now became a member doesn't mean I haven't been viewing the site for years. I don't have to believe every single thing you say. Like specifically you is the answer to all of my questions or some bull****. I just wanted you to give me some proof of why you believe the minimum age requirement has changed for good instead of saying that "it's common sense". To me it made sense what I had pointed out, obviously we're allowed to have are own theories.
#It's hella annoying when someone uses #'s for something non-twitter related.

You're not the first person to post here saying they want to be on the show. Plenty of people have their first post saying they hope they get on and they usually get the same response.
So word of advice: If BMP even gets the slightest hint you're on the website, you won't make it.
Actually, he's been a member for a bit longer, but that is another story which can never be told, ever.
On a side note, I hope your real name isn't Nolan. That would be hilarious and ironic. Oh wait, never mind.

I know :)
And I'm really not getting why I would be cut? Not saying that's 100% a fact, but what would be the reasonings they would do so?

LOL that would've been hilarious! Well than oops...

I feel the need to hear this story now and I'm sure I never will
So did I ruin my chances forever being part of this site, or is their anything I can do.
It depends how you look at it. My guess is that you had almost no shot of being on the show anyways, so your involvement on this website took you from nearly 0% to even closer to 0%.
If you're good looking, entertaining, fit the character they are looking for, have a good back story, etc. you will get cast regardless of whether you are a member of vevmo or not.

I agree with this, they would be stupid not to cast me just because I am a member on this site.
And if that really was a factor, then that sucks for them, not me.
Just realize you are competiting against thousands and thousands of people for one spot out of seven. Not good odds, casting directors don't like desperation and they can sense it from miles away. People on this site that audition seem to desperate to be on the show. Go to a casting call, have fun, and be realistic that you're journey will probably end there. Harsh but true.

Precisely my sentiments

"I need to be on the show"
"They need to change the minimum age back to 18"
"They can't cancel it until I turn 20"
If you're good looking, entertaining, fit the character they are looking for, have a good back story, etc. you will get cast regardless of whether you are a member of vevmo or not.
Using your comment as a springboard, and not intended personally...
If one is a member of this site and contributes somewhat regularly, then your association with vevmo represent a risk to the producers that you may leak something to this site in one way or another if selected. Given the 25K candidates they already apparently have for the next season, there is no logical reason for them to take the risk of a vevmo member over someone unaffiliated with this site. Is it possible that you might be so compelling that you would be picked regardless of your association with vevmo? Yes, but my educated guess as one who has done reality casting is that no one posting here at present has sufficient gravitas to be selected. Some may find that harsh, but I do read carefully what people write and draw inferences about personality from the comments.
I'd love to be wrong, but my experience tells me I won't be.

Come on now, maybe you have a sixth sense but there is no way you could see more than 10% of a persons personality based on text they have wrote about a tv show.
Having said that there is one person on here that I think would make a good cast member, I won't say his/her name but they if they have the looks then they would fly through the auditions.
