I agree; there are shows like that for every race and people always want them cancelled. For Asians, it's K Town. For blacks, It's Basketball Wives. For gays, it was A- List. For Italians, it's Jersey Shore (even though half the cast isn't Italian).
I couldn't stand all the crap that happened on A List so Instead of *****ing, I just didn't watch it. If you don't support or agree with it, feel free to keep clicking the remote.

Probably because the Senator of that state has pride in where he's from, and doesn't want people to get the wrong idea of his area. He needs to realize it's a new generation, that live differently.
That's so stupid! I hate when this happens. The show does NOT stereotype EVERYBODY from West Virginia as these redneck stupid people. That's just what 6-8 people FROM THE ENTIRE STATE are like. Same with Jersey Shore. Just because they act like these guido stupid people doesn't mean everyone from New Jersey is like that, I have family in Jersey and they are definitely not like that.

Worser is not a word. But you're right. CMT is a huge turnoff now. Like how the hell did they get the rights to The Singing Bee which was better off on NBC.

What do you mean was? There's a gay show CURRENTLY airing on Logo now called D4TL (it has that annoying gay guy from Undressed season 1/Noah's Arc) or some stupid **** like that. I can't stand that channel but they show MisFits UK so I'm like whatever, I'll take one for the team lol.
Basketball Wives is not "For the blacks" I can't believe you would utter that nonsense considerign only homosexual men and women are the only ones watching. Nobody else even remotely cares about it outside Evelyn (Chad's ex-wife) and Tami (RW LA)
And Koreatown (K-Town) never premiered or will now that the Jersey Shore fad is about over in the next two weeks.

When BW started airing the previous season with all of the fights black women, ex. Wendy Williams and Nicki Minaj, wanted to protest it. That's the only point I was making.

I think I did hear something about WW and NM wanting to protest it but I thought it was just WIkipedia/radio stations being stupid.

That show was nothing special. It seemed like a random episode of True Life. It's just not as entertaining a Jersey Shore - and I hated Jersey Shore.
I actually have high hopes for Washington Heights.
This is terrible. There's nothing going on, no plot, no substance (yeah, I know...) and there's too much going on. I'm sure it's fun to other viewers though.
I did enjoy that little fight that happened with the red headed woman and the big drunken girl but that was the only thing going on that kept me focused.
It was better than I expected, its watchable.
It seems fake to me though. I don't really get why that group of girls would hang around with those guys, they are on completely different levels.
I wish they had just copied TRW and JS and just put 8 rednecks in a house. Instead of trying to make it seem like they are all besties.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but isn't there a rule about showing/talking about/ or alluding to minors having sex on TV? I remember that was a [B]biiiiiggg [/B]thing when USA Skins came out.
I know it hasn't hindered 16 & Pregnant, but the only thing that caught my eye last night was when they showed two of the kids getting into bed together under the sheets and then later it was revealed that they were having sex.

The only moment I thought was a bit inappropriate was when they were walking on the railway track, not necessary at all. Everything else was stupid, but I could see the amusement in it.
The black woman was so scripted. If your that pissed off that a reality show has moved in next door why would you get in a physical fight with one of the cast and then sign the release.

I think, like some of us, most people just wanted to see how outrageous and ridiculous it was - especially since it's considered a successor to Jersey Shore. Personally, I hope the popularity dies out, but I can see people continuing to come back (almost as a guilty pleasure). That's kinda how Jersey Shore got it's start, too.
