Okay, Dustin? "I'm being tugged from every which way". I mean, come on man you're making it too easy.
Also, while Devyn/Eric probably is the strangest challenge pairing I've ever seen, I'll take them anyday over the existential "let's talk about how vast the world is" pairing of Sarah and Alton. Alton bothered me this episode, but probably mostly because he was threatening to throw McKenzie in. I ain't having that.
Also clothes thrown in the pool? Clearly these people are past challenge fans ;)
I do think that was the best partner elimination round we've seen. Better than anything in Rivals, Exes or so far this season. X-Battle was awesome but they did that separately obviously.
And the laundry culprit is...
Somebody threw Nany's clothes in the pool??!! Wow.....
Knight did it

So Next week is Knight Vs Nany and Knight Vs Devyn , SMH at Knight that's a damn shame.

I think we can agree that although they messed up big time in that last mission, they def. redeemed themselves with this elimination . I loved it and the fact that it seemed televised longer than past eliminations that I can remember.
At this current point Brooklyn, Dustin and Jemmye are the only people I like. About three incidents that were in the trailer are about to be shown next week so I wonder what's in store for the rest of the season. I'm sure Alton will get a special kick out of Knight Vs Nany
It looks like things aren't going to get interested voting wise until Eric & Camila are sent packing, if they do lose. Then it'll be St. Thomas against the world, and alliances will start crumbling.
Didn't watch the entire episode but I didn't see alot of Frank. Say what, JD spoke? Thats right BMP, I wanna everyone. Not the three same people over and over.
Zach is laying into Eric on twitter at the moment.
Zach is getting a really good edit so far as far as I'm concerned. Everybody I know loves him now because he's so changed and yada yada but it seems based on twitter reports he's always talking smack.
Back to the episode, I don't completely understand why Alton is so focused on McKenzie being weak. Up until this point, she hasn't been shown to be weak. Granted, she was afraid today but it didn't stop her from competing. Now, I'm a little biased because Kenzie is basically my new Kina in that I'm going to defend her no matter what, but still. Maybe she ends up being weak, but so far I don't think she's shown that. I think she probably looks weak because she's just so like positive and small, and as Nany put it "a pretty little Barbie", whereas Jemmye is tougher (personality-wise), but hell McKenzie beat Nany in wrestling.
Zach is laying into Eric on twitter at the moment.
Typical new mtv kid being a ********* for no reason. I don't see Eric laying into him. Rude.
I enjoyed this episode. Liked the mission and the elimination round (LOVED the elimination game, and I am glad Brooklyn is still in). The teams I'm rooting for - Vegas and Brooklyn - were the featured teams. I also thought Eric and Devyn seemed nice together (though I was surprised to see Eric in another hookup - he is a nice guy, though, so good for him). Add me in with whoever thinks LV could have avoided team conflict this episode by throwing in St. Thomas. Did Alton not realize New Orleans is in his team's alliance? I get him wanting to be competitive and having the stronger teams at the end, because someone like him enjoys to be pushed and challenged. But it makes no sense to throw in your alliance member if you don't have to. Bad move. I also did not understand why Trishelle and Nany were running their mouths to New Orleans about their team being split between them and Brooklyn. Why tell your alliance member team that you are contemplating throwing them in (even if it is Alton and not you wanting to)? New Orleans could now have a right not to trust Las Vegas. I thought Trishelle made the episode interesting, but I thought she was sloppy with how she was going about things tonight. What is the need to tell Devyn that you are gunning for her teammate Sarah? Dissing her teammate to her face? And while I can understand her wondering about Sarah's motives in becoming chummy with Alton, she went overboard with it because she hadn't seen Sarah do anything, right? She should just keep her eye on Sarah until she sees something wrong. To be honest, I don't think Sarah deserved all of that.
I only think Alton thought McKenzie was weak this time because she has a fear of heights. We haven't seen enough to call her strong, nor overall weak, IMO. Camila was ridiculous, of course. I don't know why Brandon kept talking to her if she was drunk, though, because he knows how wild she is. It didn't appear she said anything to him to have him start a conversation. But I think he was just trying to be nice and cheer her up. Both Camila and CM opened up their mouths to say they wanted to go home (Camila) and would volunteer themselves (CM), so both of them were going back on what they said.
Next week - someone pulls a Tonya?! Wow! I agree mph922, someone must have been watching too many past challenges.
I'm re-watching this and I've always dislike Chet and liked Trishelle their conversation today swayed me a bit on that. I'm really not sure what's going on with Trishelle here. She's so worried about Sarah manipulating Alton but she could use that to her advantage. And you definitely don't tell NOLA, Cancun & Vegas that Alton wanted to send in NOLA. This was horrible game play on display.
I still can't believe that Trishelle didn't think that Sarah would send herself in for a strategic elimination round

I think Alton being here just shows a change in the way the game is played now compared to the past. In the past it was have the best competition there and try to win. Now people want to figure out the best way to win it all.

I think it's just the way Alton thinks. However, Alton being there does represent a time in which the challenges weren't completely knee deep in multiple alliances, I think. Of course they did exist, even early on, but it wasn't so cut throat and conniving, IMO.

I think that's just more about who Alton is as a person. Landon would have the same plan now as well. Both were always about being "fair" even when they played with others that weren't.
This episode was sooo much better than last weeks...goes to show you that showing more of the vets (Sarah, Chet, Trishelle and Alton) was much more entertaining than the slops (Frank, Trey, Zach, Jonna).

We get it, Trishelle pissed you off.

Trishelle said herself that she was embarrassed. She should be. I'm just discussing her mistakes. Just like I'd discuss mistakes made by anyone. Dustin deserves to be bashed for "falling in line" instead of doing what he felt was best.
Thoughts on tonight:
• That challenge looks like so much fun
• Poor Eric
• I really enjoy the San Diego-Cancun alliance (I know there are others involved in it, but they're the ones leading)
• No Trey, they're doing really WELL
• And honestly, San Diego, Cancun, and Las Vegas seem to be the best teams
• "He's picking ****** over his own teammates"
• Las Vegas winning was awesome... the subsequent drama wasn't
• Hahaha Devyn - "Sarah do you not know how to give a good********?"
• I guess this is why people don't like Alton. Too bad I still like him.
• Isn't the smart thing to send in Brooklyn since they're a stronger team? Like Knight said, keep NOLA around longer.
• I've never seen Triselle on a challenge before... and I like her, even if I feel like Sarah and Alton together didn't really matter
• Alton brings up a good point that his team is afraid to go against what the alliance says, but we've seen in the past that it's better to go with the flow
• I like Camila...and Brandon
• "I'm complimenting you...**** you. You're crazy."
• I think Eric should have gone in to the Arena.
• Sarah and Chet. Boom
• I loved Sarah's reaction to the game "Oh sweet!"
• Producer tells Devyn to say something helpful to her team: "Great team work."
• I usually like Cara Maria, but she's starting to bug me. I get that she doesn't like her team, but I'd like her to be a little less negative about life
• Eric and Camila... the unstoppable duo.
• Dear Cara Maria: that is not a safe position for you to have a baby in
• Chet and Sarah worked really well together
• Chet throwing up doesn't bode well for a challenge in what looks like a pretty intense desert. Hopefully his team considers it if they make it further.
• Trishelle owning up to it - I respect that ☺
• I can't wait to see how Eric and Camila work together.
• I miss Lacey
• Next Week: This is the true story of 32 strangers picked to live in a house... and yell at each other.
• Dear Molds: you were right , nothing will rival the "Habanero Howler"
RIP team Fresh Meat. If only they would have been given someone like Noor instead of Big Easy they could have been a great team, but maybe having Camilla and Cara Maria on a team never could have worked. Either way the craziest part of this season so far is of the 20 rookies (1st or 2nd challenge) who are on this season, only 1 has gone into elimination (Lacey).
Trishelle's more concerned about her alliance and Alton is wanting to play the game "fair" like how people played the game in the old days BUT Sarah plays a huge factor obviously. This episode felt, in a way, "old school" to me due to the drama and I love it!!! I think it's hilarious that Trishelle got "warned" about Sarah prior to this challenge by multiple cast members.
Did they even show frank at all? I didn't notice him once :) lets keep that going MTV
He asked TJ about how many teams go at once in the challenge when SD was determining the order.
