I tried to make the teams as even a possible. Having Emily & Laurel gives the New School team a huge advantage IMO. I think the "Present" team has the weakest guys but four of them have won before. I really don't think there's an "awful" player. Danny may be the weakest guy but he can still put up a fight even in a loss. We don't know a lot about Jemmye or McKenzie yet--if both turn out to be weak it would probably be good to replace one of them.
Also, it is kind of sad that Brandon is really the only Fresh Meat II guy that's even a possibility. Maybe Luke?
Gauntlet 4: Veterans vs. Rookies. New rule is that you must have done at least 3 seasons to be a veteran instead of 2.

On top of that I would actually like to have a cast where there aren´t really any dead-weights on either side(meaning A-C range competitors or newbies with potential). See Idk, I think with the right girls casted and some mission creativity, they could balance a BotSexes3. They would just need more puzzle/mental/strategy/endurance based missions and very few that require brute strength.
It might even help to take a few pages from the BB comp handbook. Girls compete against guys all the time on there.
Personally, I'd like to seem them implement missions like If Memory Serves from Inferno II or Unbraided/Giraffic Park from I3, The Spelling missions from Sexes 2/Duel 2, trivia missions from Rivals and Seasons 2, The surf and tear gas missions from Cutthroat, the balancing missions from G2/3. These are some past examples that would just about make things even. **** they could even do missions using harnesses that "unintentionally" harm the guys' sacks if that meant the girls could have an edge.
Point being, I think the main concern with having a Sexes 3 is legal issues or something? Rather than balancing issues. Also, I would be really interested in seeing an inner circle/point system format return that included elimination rounds instead of voting. Or maybe an inner circle where the points were only known by TJ and the viewers maybe?
