I'm open to the idea of Cutthroat II, but on the grounds of pre-determined teams. I like how they actually got to choose the teams, but I think it'd be much more of a eye opener to see Old School vs. New School vs. Rookies. Rookies being people who've never been in a challenge. New school being people we see every challenge. Old School being people like Coral, Ruthie, and Alton.

A Cutthroat challenge this way would be so lopsided.
The Old School people would be too old to keep up.
The Rookies would have the likes of Zach, Frank, Knight, Ryan, Bronne, etc. Against people like Kenny, Johnny, Evan, CT, Wes. No chance.
The New School people would run the game.
It would be a No-Contest.
I want to see a Challenge so different that the politics/experience/expectations fly out the window from day 1, but I know it will never happen. I don't care what the Challenges are just so they are different--a wordsearch during a tethered skydive would be funny and different; or an Easter egg hunt; Bobby Flay deciding who made the best burger; something.....

It is almost impossible to have a challenge without alliances and politics. No matter what the format is, that will always play a pivotal role. This is why.
Cutthroat- The winners have no say, but the two losing teams get to vote, and with players on the same team teaming up to get the highest vote for one person.
Rivals- The winners are safe, but alliances they have with the teams voting band the popular people together and vote in the underdog.
Battle of the Exes- The winners decide who goes in, so they don't vote the people they have an alliance with.
The Duel- The winner gets the first vote and votes in a friend, and so on until the unpopular people are left at the bottom.
The Ruins- The winning team's 6 nominees vote in from their team and the other team so they vote in the people from their team that they don't like.
If you go to the Fantasy/Favorite Challenge casts thread I put a cast and format up that would throw all alliances out the window. If you read up on it, you will see what I mean.

Aye but every format you cite includes a separate elimination round. Make it a one round affair that determines the loser in an every person for themselves format and alliances and politics go out the window faster than the boyfriend who hears the husband coming through the front door. Cramming two competitions into a 48 minute episode plus drunken drama=a farce of a competition show IMO.

I think the only three options where the castmembers or the viewers would be interessed in are a Duel 3 (Everybody is looking forward to that and BMP almost has to make one) or a cutthroatstyle challenge with RW vs. RR vs. Fresh Meat or something like Ruins but not champion vs. challengers but brains vs. muscles. Clearly partner challenges should have a break now, dont make the same mistake like JS and lose viewers bc of the repeat format (here partner thing)...

I was asking if you were saying that the challenge is definitely getting renewed or scoffing at some people here in a sarcastic way for speculating on what the next challenge is going to be as if it has been renewed when it isn't renewed yet.

Hopefully, my scoffing would be more elegant; but, you raise a valid point.
Frankly, rather than speculating, I'd think that people would be better served by sleuthing info about the summer challenge. Speculation based on no information tends to result in people having blinders on with regard to the real information that is available for the taking.
I personally can care less about the challenges as of late, just put a few people I like and I'll watch till they're all eliminated.
As for Real World, I really want them to stay out of the country and go to Amsterdam, maybe with a half American and half British cast (the concept came from ANTM's British Invasion) but more like 4 Brits and 3 Americans, or maybe even 3 British, 3 American and 1 Canadian to kinda make it even.

I've watched the challenge since battle of the seasons and I dont remember being tired of any of those people. I think a big difference is that of the above Veronica is the only one that did back to back to back to back to back challenges. Yes the others did back to back challenges, but it didnt feel excessive. This probably had to do with the fact that they cast several new faces each time and they changed up the cast with each season to make it feel like you were watching a different show each time with new dynamics and new drama. The challenges now with the same Johnny, Kenny, Evan, Wes drama is the same storylines, the same casts, the same people doing well, the monotony is ruining the challenges for me. That is why I am hoping for a summer challenge, this might prohibit Kenny, Evan and Wes from being available, hopefully Johnny will take a break and since Paula has been getting **** from Laurel, she may take a little one challenge break as well. I think I'd be asking too much to see Cara Maria not on the next challenge, but a new more diverse and fresh cast would be awesome.
They need to come up with totally different contests to keep the show going in the long run IMO. This same old pick a destination, lock everybody into a cage, and do variations of the same old stuff is just dated IMO. Something more like 'Amazing Race" would be so much better and might actually bring some of the old people back.

If BMP was smart they would do The Duel 3. As we have all speculated season after season that it was going to be The Duel 3, BMP should really listen to the out cry of the fans that watch these shows. I understand the themed challenge weed out the people that don't bring much to the show, cuz if they never had a huge rivalry or relationship what are they doing on the show, right? Well its not hard to cast 26 people without a dumb theme. I could cast one right now that would blow the cast of Rivals and Battle of the Exes out of the water.
A Duel III would work - we'd probably get to see Evelyn and Darrell again. Maybe Rachel Robinson and Aneesa would come back as well. CT on a Duel without him getting disqualified (for fighting or for breaking the flag from the hook) would be fun to see as well.
The Ruins 2 would be cool to see now that they've got a few new members for the Champions team (Paula, Camila, Tyler, Carley, Dunbar, and Brad) and some new Challengers that could put up a good fight (Leroy, CT, Laurel, Cara Maria, and Emily Schromm)... of course, I'm fully aware of how unlikely it is that people like Carley and Brad would appear on another challenge.
Know it would not be popular with the superfans, but I think they should try to take the same talent pool and do a completely different type of show to see if they can get comparable ratings at reduced costs. Maybe one or two teams cleaning up a polluted river or building community gardens or working for Habitat for Humanity maybe all in the same 13 episode season. You would open the show up to the entire talent pool and people maybe would be more willing to get involved for a week or two at a time and the more selfish alums would naturally disappear if there was no big jackpot at the end for themselves.
I'm pretty sure they will film another challenge this summer. I hope it's an individual challenge or team at first then individual at the end format. I think it will be a new format again. Everyone has been hoping for a Duel 3, its been too long but it does make sense to make a third like the rest of the series ended. They will run out of new formats eventually.
Only one I wanna see next is Duel 3, but no guys like Tyrie or Ryan, or girls like Mandi and Casey. I wanna see heavy hitters going at it tearing each other apart in eliminations. Just hope the next challenge isn't something stupid like bffs or something.

Yeah I'm hoping for a Duel 3 too. At this point I do hope CT wins but I wouldn't care as much, just want it to be entertaining and on the edge of my seat like the last few minutes of the finals. But I do not want see teams that had a some 'past theme' like exes and rivals. Too repetitive and some teams are at a disadvantage. I wouldn't mind if they do a team format since they hadn't done one quite some time (I didn't watch Cutthroat). But anyway, DUEL 3 Laurel vs Emily, CT vs Landon would be freaking epic!

I rather not have another duel but I would love to see a reworkef Cutthroat or a Fresh Meat 3 just because we really need a wave of new people and it just seems like everyone from the first FM , all of RR and First 16 seasons of RW are basically done with the exception of a few.

I like to add that I would like a new Duel and/or Cutthroat but I would hate FM3 because they are just not working. You got like 5-6 people from part 2 who are doing challenges. It's just not right. And about 3-5 from the first one.

There's only like 8 active Fresh Meat on challenges , I do not want a a partner Fresh Meat but a Fresh Meat Vs Alumni type deal but to each it's own.
