Are there really 12 songs with Meat in their name? I'm going to have to go exploring that one now.....
They weren't songs. They were just episodes with the word meat in them. Like Episode 1 was "Nice to Meat You" or something like that.
Are there really 12 songs with Meat in their name? I'm going to have to go exploring that one now.....
The Duel 2 also went with a theme naming all their episodes with the word "duel" in them.
1. ****** If You Duel...
2. Duel Unto Others
3. Duel What You Gotta Duel
4. Duel-ality
5. Duelers On the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown
6. Dueling for Dunbar
7. Deja Duel
8. If These Duels Could Talk
9. Til Death Duel Us Part
10. Duel or Die

haha god I love this post. RIGHT???
Overrated much, she's a beastly partner. So was Carley. And Mandi.
Looking at the current females who compete I don't see too many that can go ahead of Camila in overall game. I don't think that's an outlandish statement.
Looking at the current females who compete I don't see too many that can go ahead of Camila in overall game. I don't think that's an outlandish statement.
That is hard as not too many play as consistently as her. I don't think she beastly by any means, but she isn't in the top 5 imo

Current females as in this season and this season only? Or current females since, let's say, Cutthroat?
In this season alone, I'd rank Rachel, Sarah, Emily and Paula ahead of Camila. Maybe Aneesa based on her elimination record. If we're extending it to Cutthroat, I'd add Evelyn, Laurel, Jonna, Jenn, and maybe even Theresa over her. And Tori, even though she's retired now.
Top 10 recently, maybe. Overall? She's not even in the discussion.
Looking at the current females who compete I don't see too many that can go ahead of Camila in overall game. I don't think that's an outlandish statement.
Part of overall game is elimination. Imagine a Camila vs. Aneesa physical elimination.
I'm not guaranteeing her as a top 5 current but I wouldn't have a problem with her being considered one. Is there a forum here where this can be discussed because I would be interested to see where people rank her in comparison with the other females and why people think it's so outlandish that she be considered in the neighborhood of top 5 active female competitors.
Are people talking about Camila top five on this show or in challenge history. On the show seeing that theres only a couple females yeah she's top five but in history no, she's not even top 10
Part of overall game is elimination. Imagine a Camila vs. Aneesa physical elimination.
True but that is one part. What about challenges themselves or endurance? One great strength doesn't mean you are a great player. Tyrie could physically manhandle many people but that has rarely worked in his favor.

I'm saying she could be top five amongst current active females. Not history, girls who are competing in challenges right now, people who aren't retired or who haven't moved on.

You just have to remember that the majority of the elimination rounds are physical. That's where I think most people come from when they say who's stronger (or that's what I take into account). Endurance is a big key as well, but it really boils down to who's physically stronger.

OK - how would you rank this list? These are all people who have competed in the last two seasons with the exception of Kelly Anne, who expressed interest in returning for Exes.
Aneesa
Camila
Cara Maria
Emily
Evelyn
Jenn
Jonna
Kelly Anne
Laurel
Mandi
Paula
Rachel
Sarah
Theresa

Personally, from top to bottom is obviously best to worst,
Laurel
Rachel
Evelyn
Emily
Sarah
Jenn
Kelly Anne
Aneesa
Camila
Cara Maria
Paula
Mandi
Jonna
Theresa
That was tough, Cara Maria shouldn't be that low but her swimming hinders her. Jonna and Theresa were a tossup at the bottom.

First off when I made my initial statement I was excluding Evelyn and Jenn as they are out of the game fro sure. Obviously Evelyn would be top 3 easy. The way I see it right now with the top 3 spots being very contestable....
1. Laurel
2. Rachel
3. Emily
These are my top three and it's hard for me to say one is clearly better than the other. I look at physical capability, mental toughness, political, everything.
4. This is tough as well. I might have to put Paula here because lately she has been at the top of the chart politically and she has very, very good endurance as evidence by Rivlas and Fresh Meat II. She has also recently improved her in show weekly challenge game to where it's solid.
5. Thinking it over I may have to put Camila here. I think her political game needs some work and her size could be a disadvantage but she has been very good in daily challenges and she has been a force in eliminations. Laurel has been able to best her twice but Laurel is on another level. Camila also has a willingness to act or fearlessness that many female competitors have a problem with.
6. Kelly Anne. She has been away for a long time so I am not sure how she will hold up but if memory serves me correctly she was impressive on the Ruins.
7. Mandi. Mandi may actually deserve to go hire. Her cardio when it comes to running is incredible. She has out endured her partner twice that I can recall once it was Wes during an exile and more recently on Rivals as Jenn was gassing. She is relatively tall and stronger than she looks. Her daily challenge game seems lacking.
As for the rest, I don't feel like mulling over right now. I'll say [strike]Anessa[/strike] Aneesa is great in eliminations and she has a decent political game however she is poor in challenges and her endurance is lacking. Cara Maria is decent all around with pretty good endurance. [strike]Theressa[/strike] Theresa is just kind of meh to me, although she is alright. Sarah is underrated, great swimmer, pretty crafty. I think Jonna is an up and comer and I just need to see more.
My 2 cents:
Top 2 female challengers of recent memory (past 10-13 seasons maybe. I didn't watch some of the earlier seasons so I dont know all of those challengers as well)
EV
Rachel
Good new challengers making a name for themselves (we dont have enough evidence to judge them, but they usually seem to put up good performances)
Laurel, Camilla, Emily (in any order, I haven't seen enough out of these 3 to know who is better
Most overrated challengers on Vevmo boards
Susie
Tori
Diem
Challengers that aren't very good at actual challenges, but make it deep into challenges because of house politics
PAULA
JENN
Mandy
Diem
too many others to name
*this list values concrete examples of real performance in daily challenges and elimination challenges. It does not factor in house politics, who has the most friends, who talks the biggest game, or who is perceived to have a nice physique, or who has the best plastic surgeon, who has the most appealing back story, or who has the nicest hair

So Mandi's above Cara Maria, despite the fact that she outlasted her during the Rivals final and took her out on Cutthroat? Besides, I don't consider "Jenn gassing" to be a big factor with Mandi considering Jenn was sick and seemed to be doing most of the physical labor.

Missing Veronica. People underestimate her because of her mouth and that she's short. She's proven herself time after time, she's won 3 challenges and won SO many missions and saved herself from eliminations. She beat Jodi in an Inferno. You can say all you want that the Inferno wasn't fair, blah blah blah. But you can clearly see Jodi not doing it right anyways.

Definitely agreed, but we were just going from the list molds made of some girls from the most recent few challenges... but V is the ****
Most overrated challenger of all time: Tori. Everyone on these forums with a high opinion of Tori, I implore you, rewatch the gauntlet iii, and cutthroat. The 2 challenges that she "won". These were team games where her team won In spite of her.
On the gauntlet 3 she didn't perform well in any challenges I can recall. She relied on her alliance to keep her out of eliminations. She had a vendetta against Frank and Jillian the 2 strongest players on her team and voted them into a total of 6, I repeat 6 elimination rounds. They won all 6. Finally when they were able to vote her into one elimination round, she cried threw a temper tantrum, and threatened to throw the next team challenge if she came back. She was a cancer on that team, and was trying to eliminate Frank, the one teammate that singlehandedly led that team to victory. Giving her credit for that win is like giving chad ocho cinco credit for the patriots win in the AFC championship game.
Cutthroat, please rewatch those episodes and tell me where she put up good performances in team challenges. Camilla put up great performances in most of te team challenges and yet was put up for elimination by Tori's alliance 3 times. Camilla won the first 2 of those eliminations, before losing her third in a close hard fought duel with laurel. Brandon was also put up 3 times before losing his third. On the tightrop team challenge, Camilla put up a strong performance that helped the red team. Tori was too afraid to even attempt the challenge. She said her team had already lost and she didnt want to even attempt the event. Guess who was voted into the elimination round, Camilla! Tori's one "strong" performanc that season came against Tina. Tori beat Tina faster than Theresa did, after Theresa had already tired the out of shape Tina. Tori lasted on that season because of her alliance with Brad, Paula, Dunbar, and others. On what episodes did she put up strong performances for her team? I would like to hear concrete examples. There was the shield Challenge were she got a bloody nose, quit, and ran crying into Brads arms. Not a great performance in my book.
In conclusion, Tori is a beauty queen. She is tall. She has alliances with many other players. She has brad's protection. How do her actual performances in challenges stack up? How mentally strong is she. Does she help her team win? Is she a strong challenger? Are your perceptions of her accurate, based on the footage we have seen in multiple episodes?
I still don't really see the hype about Camila. I think what she really has going for her is the fearlessness when it comes to the challenges that a lot of the girls don't have. I don't think either of her elimination wins were that impressive and Johnny and Kenny seemed to say on one of the podcasts that she and Theresa lost to Laurel and CM after winning the majority of the game because she gassed out. I would take Laurel, Ev, Emily, Rachel, Sarah, and Kellyanne over her in an instant and on a purely athletic basis Diem, Tori, Paula, Cara Maria and MAYBE Jenn. Even if you're going on mini challenges I don't see it.
Cutthroat
Gas Chamber: Not a standout, plus they didn't show group times.
Upside Downer: Didn't play
Bed Head: Made it across, good performance
Bottleneck: Middle of the pack finish on her team
Surf's Up: Fell off with Tori
Sky Hook: Jumped off at the beginning
Tight Rope: Good performance, but only outperformed one non-Red girl (Theresa).
Rivals:
Long Jump: Bottom half of the teams that didn't DQ
Car thing: 2nd place I think?
Zipline: I think they came in 3rd, correct me if I'm wrong.
Exes:
Honey: Great job, best girl performance
Hook: Didn't do anything, just stood there
Trivia: 0 pts
Rolling in the Deep: Great performance
She was really only a standout 3 or 4 times. I don't dislike Camila, and she'll probably prove me wrong by the time Exes is over and I'll have no problem admitting it. I just don't see it yet.
Well honestly for me I would post my list of top 10(or 5) recent best female challenge competitors but too many of them aren't even legit alumni so I'm not gonna bother.
Top 10 Overall? That's a Diffrent story.
Rachel(Campus Crawl)
Veronica(Semester at Sea)
Jodi(X-TREME)
Susie(Down Under)
Ruthie(Hawaii)
Emily(Second Adventure)
Aneesa(Chicago)
Emily(DC)
Coral(Back to New York)
KellyAnne(Sydney)

I forgot about ruthie. She would be in my top five for sure
I think Coral is a big talker, but a mediocre performer. Remember the final where she gave up and said it was because she got a bee string and was allergic to bees, or the challenge where she quit rather than go up against EV. She talks a big game but she is a mentally fragile quiter. I don't believe her bees story. It looked like she was tired and gave up.

Actually it was a spider that bit her. I don't think she made it up. Sarah Greyson said it in her blog and in the after show that Coral got bit by a spider when they all went to pee in the bushes. I think there was actually a clip where we were able to see the bite mark. So, it's not her story that she made up, do you think she would've gone to the hospital because she was tired?
Other than that, I do agree that Coral has a big mouth and not the best contender.

The cast members whose opinion I value disagree with you, but what I don't get is why you even care. She is not coming back to MTV.
