Yeah I agree not dissappoiting at all! And I'm shocked at the end of the episode it said
That the twins one is Tate one is The dad's. And that if the twin thats Tate's comes into the world it means the last days.
CRAZY!
I haven't been disappointed either Buck, not once. The parallel's that you mentioned was quite clever I think and I'm kind of loving the Contance's boyfriend character. Just another soul to add to the Murder House. Such a shame that this is only going to be 13 episodes...
I LOVE THIS SHOW! I love how they keep introducing new story lines that have us asking more and more questions. I have this crazy theory that...
...Violet actually overdosed and is now dead.

It's been picked up for a second season! :victory::yess::party2:
Yes but they're planning on using a different story for next season.
Yes but they're planning on using a different story for next season.
That sucks! I like these people! If that is true, it's the first thing about this show that will disappoint me.
Yes but they're planning on using a different story for next season.
Are you just guessing or they for sure are? I wonder if they'll have the same cast?
I can see them killing off all the Harmons and having them still around as ghosts during the second season as the next family moves in.... I have a hard time seeing the show just completely cutting them out of the show - especially people with the star power as Connie Britton and Dylan McDermott. Jessica Lange NEEDS to stay put. She's magnificent in this.
Are you just guessing or they for sure are? I wonder if they'll have the same cast?
I read it somewhere online when the first couple of episodes were airing. The show is pretty popular now so who knows where Ryan Murphy will take it. As long as it doesn't turn into another Nip/Tuck.
Are you just guessing or they for sure are? I wonder if they'll have the same cast?
As much as I love the current characters, I don't see where they could take this story through another season. Unless they all die and continue the story as ghosts, how many more options do they have? The show is already pretty wacky and hard to follow as it is.
It's been picked up for a second season! :victory::yess::party2:
I know :D I was just talking about this one season. I'm glad it was picked up, but there are so many different ways this story line can go, especially with all the supernatural qualities it has. You can throw any old twist in the mix and it would be okay.
I never thought of the idea of killing off the harmons and having them haunt the next family, I think that's a cool idea, looking forward to seeing what happens.

Once they got Dylan McDermott and Connie Britton, I am sure they were elated. A lot of shows don't get picked up for a second season, so I'm guessing when they found out they did, I am sure they went back to the story boards and outlined season 2 with the Harmons. They can make many different storylines, like they have in the past. I am sure the twins will have a huge part along with the cop Connie Britton has a crush on, and the failing marriage between her and Dylan's character.

As long as it doesn't turn into another Nip/Tuck.
I am so nervous about that happening! Ryan Murphy has a way of making AMAZING TV shows that completely jump the shark and go to hell after the first couple of seasons. Glee crashed and burn midway through the second season while Nip/Tuck kept going strong for the first three seasons and then quickly nosedived.....I'm hoping AHS stays solid and we get at least two or three really strong seasons. Loving this show so far and I can totally see them having the Harmons as ghosts for the second season. Something has to happen cause they can only be stuck in the house for so long before it gets too ridiculous.
That was by far the best episode of the season! Now I'm pretty sure where they're going to take season 2.
That was by far the best episode of the season! Now I'm pretty sure where they're going to take season 2.
I read the theory somewhere about Violet, but every time I brought it up with my friends that watch the show they shot it down. It's interesting to see because they really do have a reason to stay now, yet they don't really know that yet. The best part of the episode for me was the great camera work they did with Violet running through the house. It was very interesting to see it from that point of view. Very interesting.
I had an inkling this was going to happen, yet I still found myself surprised! I caught on when she was screaming for help but nobody but the dog noticed her - then of course she couldn't leave the house. Awesome reveal.
Best episode yet! I can't wait to see what happens in the end!!
Really great article with Ryan Murphy. Only read it if you've seen the most recent episode. Connie Britton has been doing quite a few interviews that I've read today and has stated in almost all of them that she has known since the beginning that she was going to be dead, and that she "wouldn't be surprised if season 2 was very different from season 1", so maybe next season will involve a new house with new characters? Ryan Murphy also says that next week's episode involves "the most shocking scene" they've done so far.
Ryan Murphy is risky. It is what makes him great; however I am nervous that in this case it is what will destroy the show.
I think this weeks showing was great. I hate Tate and Ben's characters but their such great actors I almost don't hate them it's weird. But I was pretty shocked when Violet found out and told Tate to "go away". I guess that's the magic word in that house? It's funny how Ben and Constance are the only living people in the cast anymore.
The show has been nominated for Best Drama Series at the Golden Globes and Jessica Lange is up for Best Supporting Actress in a series or mini-series. Well deserved!

Well deserved!
Oh she is nominated? When I was going through the list I didn't see it for some reason. That makes me feel better, but I personally think there should have been another one in there somewhere. Maybe McDermott or the guy that plays Tate. The characters on these shows are portrayed perfectly and deserve a tad more recognition than what they got.
She better win. How do they even figures who wins on those shows?
Off-topic, but the Golden Globes is decided by members of the Hollywood Foreign Press.

Just watched this week's episode and it was amazing. I love this show. It sucks Vivien died, but now she is stuck in the house. Maybe it's me, or maybe I just want to believe it so bad, that I still think the Harmons' will play a big role in season 2.
I knew he was going to kill this show. This SUCKS! The concept of rebooting isn't bad, what more could happen at the harmon house? Although it was pretty cool that they all died. I feel like the second story might not be as good as the first, as most "sequels" tend to go that way. Still looking forward to season 2 though.
