I hate that stupid fresh meat crap! lame. Bring back Road Rules instead! haha...wayyy better.

I would have to agree with Debut Album. After the horrendous ratings that Fresh Meat 2 got, why would they want to go back to that concept for a show that needs ratings to continue?

If it really is Fresh Meat 3, then it's a HORRIBLE choice.

So sick of seeing them.[/QUOTE] If you think about it from Kenny and Evan's perspectives, why wouldn't you want to get paid to travel to an exotic country with your friends and have a chance to put some extra money in your pocket? Unless you have other stuff going on in your life as to why you can't go (which I'm sure they've both said "No" to doing shows before) then why not go? But I do agree that there is absolutely no reason to do another FM season this soon.

Or it can be a new concept fresh meat vs alumni? I hope its neither I want to see an individual or team challenge with a lot of newbies from rw Hollywood -rw sandiego 2 , since a lot of them haven't done a challenge or just have done one.hopefully we are just over speculating and the casting calls are for a new show or something because a freshmeat 3 would get horrible ratings like freshmeat 2 did.

To be fair fresh meat vs alumni is the same thing as it is now. Its just like people asking. For old school vs new school when that was basically the last 2 Gauntlets

I don't hate the Fresh Meat format like most people here do, but a third installment so quickly after the second one seems illogical. Perhaps they aren't happy with how the Fresh Meat 2 cast fared with viewers since premiering, so they're trying to sweep them under the rug (with some exceptions) and just integrate a new batch instead. Say what you want about the first Fresh Meat but it did debut cast members that were wildly popular with the majority of viewers (Kenny, Evan, Diem, Evelyn, and to a lesser extent Eric, and Casey), where as the second batch has mostly garnered apathy from all viewers; fanatics and casual (Cara Maria and Laurel being possible exceptions). I can't even confidently speculate because most of these sources are deleting their tweets and I feel like all this information is subject to change. Maybe speculating on the next challenge should be banned in the interim.

Since some people that used to watch the show will watch it again to see old cast members & people that have seen recent seasons of the challenge & the real world (season 20-26) will tuned in to see how they favorite cast-members will performed on a challenge. In the other hand throwing 14 new people would kill ratings, since no one knows them.

To everyone speculating Shane is on the next challenge: No. If you read his timeline, he was letting ChallengeFacts know that he finally finished the answers to the interview that was asked of him. Just read all of the tweets and his responses, rather than coming to a conclusion. Shane has said multiple times since Road Rules 14 ended that he is done with BMP and will never do another show. There is no indication to think something has changed since then.

I have been over-dosing on competitive reality T.V. for the past week, and the more I watch shows from other networks, the more I wonder how some of The Challenge cast members would do on those shows against regular people. Do any of you know if they would even be allowed to apply to a show on ABC or CBS, or do BMP and MTV "own" them and that would be a violation of their contracts?

As a practical matter, a casting director probably really frowns on bringing in someone else's talent pool though and they would chance BMP not ever inviting them back.

Emilee from Cancun apparently got auditioned for The Bachelor and got a call back I think but then didn't get chosen because she's on MTV.

So the challenge that everyone was thinking might take place in June/July of 2012 is actually for another game show from BMP called "The Battle".
