I agree with faceless. Adam is not the only person allowed to talk behind peoples' backs.
Adam explains his feelings on last night's episode on his blog. The Challenge: Rivals Episode 5 - Ill-Communication He mentions in his blog that Pete and Jenn broke up in a really bad way, does anyone have any info how they broke up or why?
I can't feel bad for Adam cause he's basically doing the same thing to CT.
How do you figure?
How do you figure?
I don't know exactly what faceless means, but I can kinda see it because Jenn was talking behind Adam's back and Adam does the same to C.T., with the difference being Jenn made it seem like she was interested and likes Adam while Adam still won't call C.T. his bud, so C.T. knows he probably doesn't like him at this point. Sorry if that was confusing!
Adam has a new blog for Episode 7. He has pretty nice perspective about Laurel and CT's "relationship". He also pretty much confirm what CM said about that night when Jenn and her fight, such as Jenn did kick CM.
I think Adam is completely delusional when it comes to Kenny/Johnny not talking **** about him. On his blog he said "They make it look like Kenny is bad mouthing me, but the only thing he said was, “He got ****ed for the first time ever”. That was just Kenny joking around. If you look closely you can see that Wes is on the far side of the table, and Kenny is looking straight ahead at Johnny when he’s talking" "Wes did most of the **** talking anyway, and we’re not friends at all. “Adam’s not that good at stuff”." Dude they were talking **** about you, and Kenny said he got ****ed for the 1st time ever and now thinks he's the man, and said it in front of all of them, and we dont even know what else was said. Wes did the least **** and what Wes says doesnt matter because they're not even friends, then Kenny/Johnny go and start yelling at CT for no reason (and I think that table conversation happened after the club scene so Wes didnt brainwash them). I dont know why Adam feels the need to defend JEK all the time when they make him look stupid.
Adam has disappointed me a lot! He is friends with JEK, but not to the extent he thinks ! Your friends will never call you a first timer and look to eat you where it hurts!

Recently, the cast members I've talked to genuinely like Adam and, at the end of the day, were happy for him to have done as well as he did in the game, and that he not only survived by really thrived with CT as his rival partner. It's still the case that when cast members travel to LA, they often find themselves at Adam's house, feeling they are part of his extended family. Adam has no illusions about the extent of his friendships. He's very realistic -- and actually quite funny in describing the relationships. [Brandon's blogtalk radio interview with Adam]
I really think that Kenny is Adam's friend, but Johhny isn't.

However, I'm more inclined to agree here with others that have the opinion that Adam is being a sucker here. I'm sure Adam is a nice guy and people like him- however, that doesn't necessarily mean he's good friends with them. In this game, at least, it seems like the pecking order of "friendship" is JEKW...................................................Adam. To any viewer its clear as night and day. If Adam were truly friends with these people, why are we constantly seeing these scenes where they're talking **** behind his back? When Wes was more or less degrading Adam, how come none of his friends stepped in and told Wes to pipe it down a bit? Why did they chip in the rally instead? I know I would tell the person to tone it down if my friend were talked about like that. It seems like they're taking for granted his friendship because "friends" would never throw him under the bus like we've seen in these conversations where Adam is missing. And Adam really has a big chip on his shoulder, as evidenced by his blogs. I still feel that he's trying to compensate for his epic collapse in the jungle by going into lengthy discussions/explanations of how CT would have fared way worse without him as a partner. This is possibly true, but he just goes overboard on it

When Wes said treat him like the enemy Kenny/Johnny didnt seem offended and looked like they agreed. But then again Kenny treated Sarah like **** on the ruins and apparently they were bffs the whole time. And I dont know if I would say Jenn was being a good friend to him either. As some one said before he's low on the pecking order.

But now because he's paired with Kenny, they aren't even questioning throwing him in because Kenny is their boy. If Kenny was paired with CT then they would not be trying to get rid of him. If Adam was as good of a friend as Kenny is with Johnny and Evan then it'd be no question that he should stick around. They are dealing with Wes (who was seen as a threat on Ruins) because of their friendship with Kenny. But they don't want to deal with CT because he's a huge threat and Adam isn't that close with them so he's expendable. I'm sure all of them are buddies outside of this game but that doesn't matter. Adam was an outsider just as much as CT was.

I'll explore this subject a little more when I interview cast members live at Vegas Bash 2011 next month. Do you think for a minute that JEK/W would have given Paula a second thought in the game if not for her being paired with Evelyn. Just as they did in The Island, they would have put the friendship on hold to increase the probability of a win. I'll Further, I don't think you can put Jenn in the friend category re Adam. Her behavior is simply pathological. You will see clear evidence of this in the reunion show unless MTV edits out what she does to Adam there. It's simply devastatingly cruel. ~~ ~~ I do think I'm over attempting to bring insight to people whose narrow perspectives cloud their vision. I've often described it as thinking inside the box. If people don't want to look beyond the walls, there is nothing I can do for them. C'est la vie.
I read Adam's most recent blog the other day and was surprised by something in it that I hope V1man or someone else at Vevmo with the inside track can shed some light on. He said that before going to Buenos Aires from Costa Rica, everyone was flown back to Miami and went through customs. Why would they do that for any reason but especially when the rumors are that the money is running out for these challenges? And for that same reason, why only stay in Buenos Aires for 1 challenge and 1 elimination round and then pack up yet again to go to a 3rd location? They're sending mixed signals about the money situation. So has there been any word yet on why there were 3 locations and that extra trip back to Miami? Either they're intentionally trying to tire the challengers out to create more tension/drama or they've got a certain amount of money left in their budget and they're trying to blow it all on this one last challenge (which I hope is not the case). It's all very confusing.

Adam comes across as so skeakingly condescending that I would never be friends with him, so I can understand those who do not.

People try to win these with their friends, they make alliances with their friends not a bunch of random people. As for the Paula thing I cant say because I am not JEK but I'd assume they would want her team's vote and I'd think Wes would look out for Ev because she said coming into the challenge they had an alliance. And on this game the guys dont affect the girl's game besides for the order, so Paula would not get in the way of them winning.

So did Adam really throw that final challenge? As I rewatch I'm like how could he not finish? It's way too suspect

I'm pretty sure he did.

CT said he did..

******* ****.

CT said he did..******* ****.

I know there's probably no link to this, just wanna know where or when he confirmed this?

This could also explain why we never seen Adam in a challenge ever since

could also be because he's creepy as **** and boring. His only storylines he's ever had is he does weird things to the females and him and CT don't get along.

A podcast with Barstoolsports, the podcast is available ( free ) on itunes, I don't know if it's available anywhere else Smile

Glad he never came back. I couldn't take his cringe inducing, trying hard to fit in attitude. And he was a creep.

haha perfect overall description of him

Yeah kenny and Evan said on no quitters every single challenge they've been on they've had agreements with others about everyone cutting each other in on final prize money that way they all go home wiTh something so it wouldn't surprise if bananas and Kenny cut Adam in on prize money rivals 1 if he threw that elimination
