Pertaining to Rivals, CT and Adam are the only male team on Rivals to have previously been on a same team before and run a final mission together (Gauntlet 3). As far as the female side goes, Aneesa and Robin, Paula and Ev, and Laurel and Cara Maria too have been on the same team before and ran a final mission together (Gauntlet 2, Gauntlet 3 & CutThroat respectively).
Discounting anyone still on Rivals, Adam Royer is currently only the second person to be undefeated in missions. Who is the other person? Jacquese from the original Real World San Diego.

Both 1-0.
As of Rivals, Paula and Aneesa have faced each other in elimination 4 times, which is the most for any repeated face offs
Their match ups were
Duel
Inferno 3
Duel 2
Rivals
as of now they are both tied with 2 wins each
But Now its 202 cast members which includes
Evelyn(FM):6(Fresh Meat,Inferno 3,Gauntlet III,Island,Ruins,Fresh Meat II,Rivals)

Technically, Evelyn ended up on the Red Boat on the Island. She was always on the red team until FM II.
Every time Paula and Aneesa are on a challenge together, they face each other at some point in an elimination round.
In terms of cast members who have appeared on every reunion show (including Inferno 2/3 and Gauntlet 1 fake ones) they were eligible for, as in never missing one, Brad is the one with the most appearances with 8. Next would be Coral with 6, and Evan with 5. Mark may have also done 5, but I don't know if there was a reunion for the original Real World/Road Rules Challenge 1998 season.

Kenny also has 5.
Kenny also has 5.
Kenny has 5 but didn't appear in every reunion for each challenge he's done. Veronica and Abram also have 5 if I'm not mistaken. I may do a list for most reunion appearances period at some point.

I always forget about The Duel, but I was wrong and it was actually 6 reunions he's been on. (FM, I3, G3, Island, Ruins, FM2)
Mike the Miz was 5/5 I believe as far as reunion shows go.
I'm pretty sure he wasn't at the Inferno 2 w/e you want to call it.
He was supposed to be on there though. The Miz protested to it because The Inferno 2 was supposed to have a legitimate reunion show. Last minute the producers changed it to those interviews to save money. The Miz was pissed cause he wasn't getting the money that was listed on the contract so he refused to go. He got Veronica and Rachel to not go either but last minute they did. He explained it on his blog.
Evelyn and Cara Maria have become challenge regulars after being the first FMer eliminated whereas Aviv and Carly have never been on another challenge even though they were the winners of their FM seasons.
I don't know if that's interesting or just f***ed up lol. "Challenge F***ed up facts" :P I think the winners should've been rewarded with a 2nd challenge opportunity though.

I think it's too early to talk about Carley never being on another challenge. There's only been 2 since then.

Well it just so happens that both Fresh Meat winners added absolutely zero to the show and were not interesting to watch at all.
Real World seasons 15-17 dominate the challenges.
Every challenge from The Inferno II-present, with the exception on Fresh Meat and The Duel 2 has been won by someone from Real World: Philadelphia, Austin, or Key West.
The Inferno II- Landon (Philadelphia)
The Gauntlet 2- Landon and MJ (Philadelphia)
The Duel- Wes (Austin)
The Inferno 3- Janelle (Key West)
The Gauntlet III- Nehemiah, Rachel, and Johanna (Austin)
The Island- Johnny (Key West)
The Ruins- Johnny (Key West)
Fresh Meat II- Landon (Philadelphia)
Cutthroat- Tyler (Philadelphia)
Rivals- Would need either Evan/Nehemiah, Wes/Kenny, Johnny/Tyler, and/or Evelyn/Paula to win to keep it going.

Tyler was Key West.

A majority of all the fresh meats add nothing to the challenges. And i still think they should've gotten a second challenge, if Aviv replaced Casey on the Duel what would've changed? Nothing. If Carly replaced Theresa on Cutthroat, what would've changed? Nothing.
From what I can tell:
The youngest castmembers to be on a challenge are Casey & Ev. Both were 18 on Fresh Meat 1. There's been quite a few 19 year olds.
The oldest castmembers to be on a challenge are Beth (38 during Gauntlet 3 filming), Mark (37 during Duel 2 filming), and Syrus (37 during Ruins filming).

If Carley replaced Theresa on Cutthroat, then then Rivals pair of Theresa/Camila would not be on Rivals.

And what a loss that would be.

They have not called her once im sure if they had interest in her they would have by now. She could have done Rivals and have been paired up with Laurel we all saw how much they do not like each other at the end of FM2. Shes been pretty open about it too on Twitter and Facebook how they havent called her once since Fresh Meat 2 and how they ignored the fact shes been on MTV before during her apperance on RW Las Vegas 2. When she went clubbing with them on the first episode of Las Vegas 2 they didnt put Carley Fresh Meat 2 on screen they put ''Local Girl''.

Ryan was not asked for Duel 1 or Inferno 3 and then was cast on Gauntlet 3 when they needed male rookies. He has since done several challenges.
