BMP: anytime you want to install the "TJ Rule", please feel free...I could do without either of these clowns on my television screen.
I thought TJ's rule was that both guys would STAY and not go. If this is in reference to when he was on the BS Report, I'm pretty sure it was this since he made a joke about if Darrel/Brad both came back since Brad would have to compete with his massive black eye

If this is in reference to when he was on the BS Report, I'm pretty sure it was this since he made a joke about if Darrel/Brad both came back since Brad would have to compete with his massive black eye
From what I remember, TJ stated on the podcast that they would both have to go home because people like Ty provoke on purpose. They basically know what they are doing and know the people they provoke will take the bait.
Can someone post the link to MTV where I can watch the episode? Thanks!
Episode two looks great. Am I see things or are the pairs forced to sit on eachothers laps?
Can someone post the link to MTV where I can watch the episode? Thanks!
The episode probably won't be up on MTV's website until tomorrow.
Episode two looks great. Am I see things or are the pairs forced to sit on eachothers laps?
From the preview I saw during the encore episode, it looked like they were sitting on each other's laps.
This episode was kind of lame, but I expect future episodes to be better. The house is okay, the cast members on the male side were good, for the female side they were... ehh.... I'm surprised Jonna and Jasmin won, I'm not surprised Leroy and Adam won. I can't wait until episode two!
love this episode. -Ty proved again why he's the mvp when it comes to **********. Gotta love him. Hope he sticks around longer. Phenomenal TV. I like that he doesn't try to me loud or act tough when he's antagonizing people, but uses mind games and remain so nonchalant about it. lol. Sucks that Adam left though. We all know that boy wouldn't hurt a fly. -Jonna and Jasmine were looking cute as always. Love that they set the tone for the rookies. It looks like they're are at least going to have camera time from the previews we see. Hopefully they aren't background status. -For the amount of people that has done tons of challenges, you would think they would use their common sense and put in Laurel and Cara in the Jungle, especially since how she claims to act like her **** don't stink. But I have to give her props. I like what he did.
Laurel is so insufferable. I hate that Aneesa/Robin were sent in, mostly because I was actually glad to have Robin back. I used to not like Robin at all, but I would take her over a lot of the people on these things nowadays. Oh well. Also, I can't stand Kenny but ****it did I LOL at his comments about Tyrie sleeping with his shoes on and smelling like bacon. Is it weird that I can totally picture this? Also, more CT commentary please. As long as he's not going crazy, I'm cool with him. Some of his comments were legitimately hilarious. Pregnant Evan? Big Headed Mandi? Ha!
Tonight's premiere was the best premiere in a minute! Glad to see TJ and the rookies winning the first challenge! Thank god Adam went home, and it sucked to see Aneesa and Robin leave so early in the game.
I don't think we will see Robin or Aneesa on another challenge after watching this episode. They didn't seem like they were having fun.
Nah, I wouldn't be suprised if they were both asked back for the next one. From twitter both show no signs of going anywhere anytime soon.
Thought that going off time was kind of a lame way for Leroy & Adam to win because going off distance, it looked like CT & Adam jumped out way farther than they did. But, I love Leroy's demeanor on this challenge. Liked how he basically told Kenny & Wes to save their breath because he didn't need their help to win and when he said it, you could tell he meant what he said. Also thought it was funny at the end of the show when CT was talking to Kenny & Wes that Kenny never looked CT in the eye when he said anything to him and Wes basically sat in the corner counting the freckles on his arm to pass the time.
I'm very confident that, one on one, Leroy could take out Kenny, perhaps Wes, and he's 100% confident of that. Another really attractive quality of Leroy’s. LOL I love the new CT. It's nice to have a cast with both JEK and people like CT and Leroy who won't take crap from them =D Hopefully they an others will start a resistance after so many years.
I know Adam hit Ty, but I really think Ty should be the one sent home.
I agree and would be much happier with Ty going home, but unfortunately people get sent home for violence, not for being *****.
I'm SO glad the rookies won, especially Jonna and Jasmine! Hope they keep up a winning streak :)
Me too ! I absolutely hated Jonna on her season of Real World, but maybe she actually learned from it. If she continues to be a great athlete, make rookies look good and not be boy-hungry, I think I’m going to really like, and most importantly respect, her.

Love how Laurel dominates the game, and it's her 3rd challenge! I love how everyone said she could take out Ev. I think Laurel & Emily from DC are the only ones that could beat Ev, and maybe Rachel (Road Rules).
The opening for this challenge gave me goosebumps when they talked about the history of the show. I absolutely loved it when they showed this clip: After the goosebumps, tears started forming in my eyes when the cast was talking about if TJ was OK. I knew he was going to be there, but it was just so emotional. Jenn and her tears didn’t help. The first five minutes really screwed with my emotions. The first challenge was decent and I’m glad there’s no stupid prize being given away this time at the challenges. I hated seeing and hearing the cast act fake excited when TJ unveiled the prize in previous seasons. I was more concerned for Mandi than I was for Adam or Ty. She look like she took a nasty fall. Overall, I enjoyed this premiere and hopefully the ratings are good enough for a renewal. I need these shows in my life! My only complaint is that there are no Road Rules competitors. *cough*NeedsmoreKatieDoyle*cough*
I personally thought the challenge we saw today was horrible... didn't take much athleticism. Hoping the challenges get better, not holding my breath.
The challenge was basically a long jump. The long jump is an Olympic event. Let me cite wikipedia for you, my good chum. "The long jump is a track and field event in which athletes combine speed, strength, and agility in an attempt to leap as far from the take-off point as possible. This event has been an Olympic medal event since the first modern Olympics in 1896 and has a history in the ancient Olympics." - Wikipedia The article goes on to say that the technique has four main components, blah blah blah. The point I am making is, what looks easy on the television screen is a different story when you are the one performing it. Figured CT/Adam would have a good jump, seeings as how CT has the strongest legs of anybody in the Challenge. I enjoyed the episode. It certainly wasn't epic, but I watched it in it's entirety and found myself looking forward to the next episode. If the majority of the viewing audience felt the same way, then this is a good start. -The TJ acknowledgment was cool. -I like that Adam is still punching with his wrist instead of his fist. -CT seems mellow. But Adam K.'s words will likely prove prophetic when CT/Adam start facing real adversity. Hope he keeps it together and takes his aggression to the Challenge. If he shouts at people, that's fine too, I guess. Better than punching someone. And you know he will use his fist, not his wrist. -Ty is as synonymous with the term ****** bag as anyone in the world. Ever. -Maybe it's just me, but Mandi looks better on this Challenge than other ones. -Awkward moments are awesome. Evan/Nehemiah hug. Evelyn/TJ handshake. Robin's attempt at oratory. Tyrie and Jasmine's... thing. Give me more awkward. I wanna see Theresa throw herself at CT, fail, then throw herself at Wes again, only to have CT break it to him that Wes got sloppy-seconded again. Hell, maybe that is how their big argument starts. -Davis and Tyrie are such a bad team. It's a shame, because Tyrie is so stubbornly optimistic, and Davis is just resigned to a quick exit. -I think Laurel is more like Evan than she is like Kenny. Evan was always the one scheming and plotting. -Katelynn gave Laurel the equivalent of a verbal ***** slap. And Laurel had no response. That was pretty cool. -People seemed surprised Aneesa finally (for the third time or so) got ELIMINATED in an ELIMINATION ROUND. Aneesa has a fun personality for these shows, but come on kids. Elimination queen? What? Susie Meister is the elimination queen. -The fact that Leroy is so self-assured is admirable. I'm glad that this rookie won't take a back seat and let the his fate be controlled by them that would get off on controlling rooks. -Adam R. punched a dude with his wrist. WHY DOES HE KEEP PUNCHING PEOPLE/OBJECTS WITH HIS WRIST?! WHY ADAM?! TELL ME WHY BRO! TL;DR VERSION: Whimmy wham wham wazzle!
I wanted to see Aneesa & Robin and Adam & CT. There were no daily clips so I decided to watch. Unfortunate that Aneesa and Robin went home first. Love the lead in clips for the challenge. Love that the episode was spread out among the competitors. Would have been annoying it if was dominated by a certain group. I don't like this movie-looking cinematography. Was the cast really in the dark about TJ hosting? I am wondering if they just had interviews of the cast speculating so they could feature what happened to TJ. He is definitely not my favorite host, but I said to myself that as long as he recovered from his accident, I would not mind him hosting. Glad he is OK. Sarah seemed a bit delusional in the beginning. Loved Leroy telling Wes he didn't trust him. Ty is just embarrassing. He needs to totally disappear from these shows. So awkward, he reminds me of Stephen in a way. That fight was so dumb. Poor Mandi. Liked the mission. Interesting that the newest challenge people and the oldest challenge people tied each other. The DQs were crazy. After one team of my gender DQed, I probably would have just focused on making sure not to go over the line. Not the winning spirit, but at least we'd be safe from being up for an automatic going into elimination. CT was shot in the back? Missed the background on that. CT is someone who, even before he started punching people on challenges, was never my favorite. But he amazed me with his competitive ability. This challenge he is one of the most interesting people to me, and I sincerely hope he has changed for the better. I can tell he does have a nice, caring side. Yes, CT could be the one to really make things interesting this challenge. Especially because of what he said to Kenny and Wes. LOL at Robin being the one calling Paula top heavy.

My thoughts after finally watching the episode in full: Kenny and Evan get over yourselves (the whole "kings" line). CT and Leroy are refreshing on this season. The perfect foils to JEK, along with Wes and Nehemiah. Even though they are paired with them. I thought the first mission was solid, The first mission is usually pretty simple. FM 1 was literally walking backwards and forward. Inferno 3 was the untangled one. Compared to other 1st missions this one was actually somewhat of a challenge. The two teams in the Jungle should have been two DQ pairs. However, women are notorious in these challenges for not being logical. The Sexes seasons come to mind as well as Brianna picking Susie on the Ruins. My two favorite female pairs dominated! Props to the Rookies for winning!! Lol @ Adam for trying to quote Leroy and failing. He is however more tolerable on this challenge than on his actual season. I can't stand Laurel, glad Katelynn was there to serve her though. I agree it's ridiculous how many finals she's made it to. And yeah she's another Kenny in that she's scared as **** to go into an elimination round. Pathetic the way she tries to mask it. She is a coward. This whole bandwagon thing is so annoying. Mostly cause it's like actual Vets following Laurel of all people? Pretty sure like someone said earlier, Laurel/Jenn and JEK are in cahoots or something. Glad Ty picked on Laurel I like Ty this season so far, which is strange since before I couldn't stand him. Not enough Camila this episode, but I can wait. Lol @ Ty, Tyrie, and Tyler all together again plus 2 Adams. Glad Mike came, but I liked the Adam/Leroy rival dynamic more. The rules should simply be worse two teams go into the Jungle. Paula vs Aneesa for the 4th(?) time. Wish there was at least one more "real" vet pair. I dislike Kenny, Laurel, and Evan a little more after this episode. Hoping one of JEK leaves next week, not Wes though haha. Lol at sitting on laps
Preview for the next episode shows the car crushing mission (spoils a DQ in it) and Jasmine's breaking the mirror.
Didn't Paula lose the first female elimination in the Duel 1?
What did Ty say to Laurel?
What did Ty say to Laurel?
Something about having cellulite.
What did Ty say to Laurel?
He commented on her height and said something about cellulite on her legs. Normal ******* stuff that comes outta the mouths of people who act like they have never been drunk before.
Where is the preview for the 2nd episode, I had to watch the episode that aired at 1am but at the end it just showed the whole "this season on rivals" preview, and I don't see it on the mtv site.
Susie Meister is the elimination queen.
I think we can be friends.
"complete nerd, the worst haircut i've ever seen". classic hilarious kenny line.
I laughed when Ty said "Laurel you're that tall and still have cellulite on the back of your legs, that's hella attractive." Usually I wouldn't laugh at something like that but Laurel deserves her own medicine.
Someone made this statement earlier but I just wanna concur that I also dislike the cinematography this challenge and Cutthroat started using. It doesn't look the same as all the other ones. I believe its the same look Las Vegas used. Didn't like that either.
Didn't Paula lose the first female elimination in the Duel 1?
Yup. I wonder why they decided to give the men a break this year.
Overall, I enjoyed this premiere and hopefully the ratings are good enough for a renewal. I need these shows in my life! My only complaint is that there are no Road Rules competitors. *cough*NeedsmoreKatieDoyle*cough*
Katie was asked to do this challenge but she declined.
I am waiting for their drama when CT gets up in his face how he reacts.
Wes isn't stupid. He knows CT is trying to push him into a fight, so he's not going to react. Wes will just stand there and watch as CT acts like the bully that he is and probably laugh at him later. Wes is a pretty chill guy. He doesn't fly off the handle anymore.
