Hit the PrtScn (Print Screen) key on your keyboard. It's next to Scroll Lock in the top rightish. Then just paste it into Paint or whatever simple image editing program that comes with every computer.
As i said before this to me is all the same stuff they said on the aftershows/podcast. I'd rather just have **** they should have shown for 2 hours of new clips than re capping what each of them already recapped

I honestly don't fault him for that because people have said much worst about/to him. lol
Adam just needs to grow up. And learn how to handle his liquor. And know that he will never be as popular as a Jersey Shore member. He was just 3 weeks on the Real World. The shortest Real Worlder stay in history and the show really continued being great without him there.
Nany keeps saying at like 3 different stages first during the show,than after, and today she is moving on and changed. But that means at 3 different stages she didn't if she keeps saying it again and is contacting/hooking up with Adam during 2 of the 3 stages i said above. It's like an addiction she can't stay away from troubled guys no matter how hard she tries. It's not hard to not speak to someone if you live far, look at Mike/Dustin.

So Cooke has been with a married man and Heather threw that out there. Not cool, but I guess she was "protecting herself" from Cooke's side comments. Kind of immature if you ask me on Heather's part. I guess they both were in the wrong but Heather should have been the bigger person.
Okay, I have to thank the editor who decided to use the soundbite of Leroy saying "I seen you with a **** in your hand" as the soundbite in the ending credits. I laughed for an inappropriate amount of time after that.
