Original Season: Real World: Paris Status: Veteran Challenges Won: None Rival Teammate: Chris "C.T." Tamburello MTV Bio: Last seen on Duel 2 getting brutally punched in the face by his former Real World: Paris roommate, CT, Adam returns for another shot at Challenge glory. But has Adam gotten over the notorious incident? Adam admits, "You have to tell yourself that you're a better person moving forward. I'm trying to get to a place where I can forgive him for what he did and take responsibility for my part in it. But it is tough!" One thing that Adam can look forward to this season is discovering a Challenge romance.

This is a sexy pic right here! Love everything about it ;)
I really like this kid. The only time when I was disappointed aout him was Gauntlet 3, when he helped to Paula, not to his friend Katie. But in fact, he is one of the most interesting people here
Adam looks different, but not in a bad way. Good to see him back on a Challenge!
Possibly my least favorite behind Adam R. Seems like the shadiest, most conniving person on the challenge
Possibly my least favorite behind Adam R. Seems like the shadiest, most conniving person on the challenge
Can you do better than "seems like?" That is not the reputation he has among the cast.
I don't think he seems shady or conniving at all. Like, 0%. Nothing.
I'm not sure why, but I've never really liked Adam. He annoys me.
Can you do better than "seems like?" That is not the reputation he has among the cast.
plotting with Frank to have CT thrown into the Gauntlet for one
plotting with Frank to have CT thrown into the Gauntlet for one
Isn't that part of the game. People have to do something to get someone into the eliminations. Seems rather obvious to me. There is always "plotting," but most of it never makes it into an episode.
plotting with Frank to have CT thrown into the Gauntlet for one
Yes, and once the "plot" (aka strategy) blew up in their faces, Adam did not throw a tantrum nor go into a paranoia about everyone being against him, which is the drama queen route many other BMPers have taken. He simply acknowledged karma biting him on the *** (Katie), shrugged it off, sucked it up, and promptly sent Danny home. That was actually a great plan on Frank and Adam's part, except that (I think) Johanna didn't want to send Danny home? Isn't that why she wanted to throw in Adam against Danny instead of CT? And she somehow roped the majority of her team into her plan because we all know who was really calling the shots on the Rookies, and it sure wasn't Frank despite his mantrums? (I think Johanna is very underrated as a strategist but that's just me and for another thread.)
CT & Adam initially got along really well on their Real World season, he was probably closer to Adam than anybody in the house until he started to pick up on Adam's deceptiveness and shadiness... he can read people like that a mile away and that's a major reason as to why they've never gotten along since the midway point of their Real World season. There is a reason far beyond CT being hot tempered as to why Adam has been verbally called out, had a beer poured on him, and been punched in the face by CT during their times together on these shows. Adam's cowardice and talking about CT negatively behind his back are as big of a catalyst to their negative feelings towards each other as anything.
i don't care how much a person can be "deceptive and shady" as you put it...NO ONE deserves to get punched in the face like that don't get me wrong...i love CT and what he brings on these shows...but CT is equally to blame...don't just say its all adam's fault
i don't care how much a person can be "deceptive and shady" as you put it...NO ONE deserves to get punched in the face like that
No one deserves to get their eye lacerated by having a beer can smashed in the side of their face either. That happened first, and then CT punched Adam.
Why do I think of Malibu Barbie whenever I hear this guy's name?
Honestly, I think he's kind of a tool. JMO.
Honestly, I think he's kind of a tool. JMO.
I totally agree...and while I felt a little like "look away" when he got pummeled. I did feel he deserved it, you can say no one deserves that, but for every action there is a reaction, some chose to be the bigger person, but knowing CT's history adam was not only a tool but an idiot.

I'm disappointed.

While Adam was not being very respectful, there's a huge gap between words and physical violence, and I think CT just went way, way too far. There is a reason why people get sent home for it and I'm glad that they do. I find it cringe-inducing that the cast on the Jersey Shore is allowed to fight so much physically. I also think both Adam and CT have grown since then and I would be surprised if there was violence between them.

He & CT will be an interesting team, to say the least. That's what I'm talking about, B.M.P.!
Adam said on his Twitter that he got 12 stitches total from his fight with CT, I didn't think he got laced open THAT bad.
Adam said on his Twitter that he got 12 stitches total from his fight with CT, I didn't think he got laced open THAT bad.
Yeah he said some where on his back?? How that happens I have no clue. He gave CT a few also.
I remember on the Dailies video when they were in the bedroom & Adam still had the pajamas on, CT put him in a headlock and slammed him on the floor and it sounded like something glass shattered on the floor. Maybe that's when he got the cut on his back? And Adam didn't give CT any stitches with his fists, he did it with the cheapshot he gave him with the beer can before the fight really started. The only thing Adam connected on with his fists during that whole fight was Dunbar's face.

I thought it was funny Adam was trying to troll Adam Royer on Twitter for his pathetic punch last week, saying that if any of the legitimate tough guys on the cast had a wide open shot like that, it would've been lights out. At least Adam Royer made contact with the guy he was swinging at.
Townie, being Ct's friend, do you know if he forgave Adam for the **** talking he did to him behind his back? And, if Adam forgave him for REAL this time and they can be courteous?
