The Challenge: Rivals - Sarah Rice

However, the Real World: Brooklyn housemate is nothing if not driven and she wants another crack at victory. But Sarah can sometimes be her own worst enemy, and her tendency towards over-confidence could spell her downfall. And when Sarah is paired with a notoriously under-confident and unproven partner, will she manage to keep her cool? One way or another, Sarah will have her work cut out for her this season.
I'm really looking forward to seeing how she interacts with Katelynn: will she let Sarah side with Kenny, or will she mess it up for them?
Sarah always looks pretty in her Challenge bio pictures, but she really does need to take a break from the Challenges. It seems to me that she's too into it just like another cast member that we all know and love lol.
Poor Sarah, she's decent but Kate sucks.

But that's just me.
FYI, Sarah will not be in the US for the premier of Rivals. She is on vacation for a month with Susie (RR) in Brazil.
If I was asked back, time and time again. I would accept, time and time again. But that's just me.
I would too haha. Not gonna lie though, I have thought of Sarah as a Challenge ***** but she's not an awful competitor and can be involved in some drama so she's alright. I just don't like how she made the final her first challenge and seemed to fall into a Challenge Queen-type role.

Probably put down Katelynn every chance she got.
I can only imagine how she acted on Rivals. Probably put down Katelynn every chance she got.
That doesn't seem like a smart strategy for someone who wants so badly to win. Perhaps this is another pair where being rivals is greatly overstated. I'm sure after the episodes begin to air that Katelynn will let us know what really happened. She's always been candid to a fault.
Not a popular opinion here but I really like Sarah. She just seems so damn insecure, like she desperately wants to be liked and accepted by the kool kidz, so she licks their boots while kicking the underdog. I think if she had some of Evelyn's F-U attitude and confidence when it comes to handling the cliques and "top dog" players, she could balance herself out better on these challenges. And um yeah, she could work on her tact and social skills a bit more, although her collapse in the Cutthroat final seemed to humble her a bit. I'd like to see her do well. Except for some missteps, she has performed strongly and is a powerhouse dolphin of a swimmer.

She is a strong, confident person who has overcome adversity. So she wants to be accepted. We all want to be accepted as human being. She has shown true greatness with her love, great attitude, and courage. You could ask for a better person because she's what many wish they could be. Nevertheless, she is a wonderful human being.

I hope you realize that all those by now clichéd sentences you use with regards to her lose any meaning by repeating them constantly?!
I think I would like her more if she got those tattoos removed. There is something about a girl with that much ink that really makes them unattractive regardless of how pretty their face is.

I'd rather be accepted as a robot, or a deity, or a super computer. More money in robots, deities and super computers. A few people who have shown true greatness with their love, great attitude, and courage: Martin Luther King Jr., Gandhi, and Jesus. Sarah is alright, but she lacks conviction and consistency in her behavior. I have not seen her show true greatness with her love on these shows. I've seen her make out with a tool or two, and criticize newbies. I kinda hope your post was facetious.
I kinda hope your post was facetious.
Having read [strike]too many[/strike] some of trees' posts about Sarah before, unfortunately, it is not...
You praise, and praise, and praise, and then say "Nevertheless, she is a wonderful human being" - that does not even make sense. I hope you realize that all those by now clichéd sentences you use with regards to her lose any meaning by repeating them constantly?!
Maybe it all loses meaning for you because you never liked her anyways. Thus, someone posting something like what I posted would not be given a favorable outlook. How about instead of nevertheless I use the word overall. Overall, she's a wonderful human being.
Maybe it all loses meaning for you because you never liked her anyways. Thus, someone posting something like what I posted would not be given a favorable outlook. How about instead of nevertheless I use the word overall. Overall, she's a wonderful human being.
I think the main problem is that you say it as though it is fact. And you've probably said it in about 1/4 of your posts. Sarah Rice is a human being. That cannot be disputed and anyone who would wish to do so may need their eyes checked. Sarah Rice is a wonderful human being. That is opinion. Absolute, without doubt, opinion. It's great that you like Sarah. People have obsessed over much worse. But you've got to come up with something other than "wonderful human being". Throw in a different adjective. Maybe a few verbs. For example: Sarah Rice is a swimming human being. We have seen her swim (and quite well, might I add), so that's pretty hard to debate. Sarah, last I checked, is a member here. If she would like to come and defend some of the comments people have made, she is more than welcome to do it. Who knows, maybe she even agrees with some of the posts. She does not need you defending her every action and calling her a ________ human being at every turn. No one is perfect. It gets old. It really does. And it's starting to get old faster. I knew it would only be a matter of time before you showed up again and made a comment about how Sarah is a wonderful human being, but you have to realize that every single time you say it, it begins to annoy more and more people. [strike]You're turning[/strike] You've turned into a one trick pony.

What I don't like is pretty much summarised in Molds' awesome post above.

They could just post their opposing view. Of course my post is an opinion just like most posts on this forum. I never said she was "perfect" , but I think she is a wonderful human being. I try my best not to get involved unless I feel Sara is getting trashed. You may have a view that annoys certain people, but as long as it's within the rules there should be no problem. I'm a moderator over at another board and I accept all viewpoints posted as long as they don't break the rules, spew hate towards another member, and are relevant to the thread topic. A lot of posters here spew negativity and hate about Sara. Then post it as it is a fact abut how horrible or bad she is.

Personally, I'd re-evaluate my time priorities if I were to receive the reception you do on occasion (or nearly always). :give_rose:
How did I know that I would be reading some "wonderful human being" comments when I clicked on this thread...ugh. Slow your roll.

I would like to think that there are some here who enjoy me being here including you. I know we have had a few good talks in the past. Your right V1man. I personally hate the drama. I just drop in from time to time and catch up on the "reality shows" that I like and give my view/opinion of them. Btw, it's good to see you around again. I do apologize if I offended anyone.
Can I just say that I love trees12 and find you to be hilarious? It's ironic though because I think Sarah is the worst.

Sarah's always been one of my favourite female competitors; she's one of the few I don't mind seeing on almost every challenge.
AHAHAHA I love Trees.
Also I'm fully aware Sara's a member here. I know more in regards to Sara than some may know or believe. I'm not here to prove anything, but rather to express what I know and feel in regards to Sara. However, I do realize that they're my opinions/ view of her. To all the posters here who enjoy my company on the boards: Thank You. I appreciate your support of someone like myself. Go Sara!!! I conclude this post saying I'm glad to be here posting with you all and I hope to see more love/acceptance on these boards. God Bless!
Also, her name is spelled "Sarah". Just a FYI.
I know its spelled Sarah ,it was a typo on my part. I was up late when I wrote that and was very tired.
As Derrick put it, "she's been a camp counselor for a bit too long..." Other than that, I have no comment.
