Despite humiliating back-to-back defeats in the The Ruins and Fresh Meat II, Wes returns with his mega-sized ego intact, and his determination to win stronger than ever. But this time around, he'll be paired with his greatest enemy. Wes is less than thrilled, "He is one of the dumbest individuals I've ever met." Will former champion Wes pull it together and work with his nemesis to win another Challenge? Or will this alpha-dog head home with his tail between his legs?
and the cocky jerk is back...
and the cocky jerk is back...
You could write this on almost ever guy and Laurel's thread lol
You could write this on almost ever guy and Laurel's thread lol
Now that made me LOL. But I still like wes...for now.
You could write this on almost ever guy and Laurel's thread lol
Hahaha, funny. I do like Laurel though.
I wonder will Wes be annoying (in an arrogant way) on this Challenge too...
Hopefully he makes up for his lackluster showing on FM2.
Now that made me LOL. But I still like wes...for now.
phew...that made me feel better...thought I was the only one that likes Wes on these challenges.
phew...that made me feel better...thought I was the only one that likes Wes on these challenges.
As long as im here, you're never alone in liking Wes on any challenge. He's my favorite male challenger ever. And i've seen every challenge from Battle of the Seasons to Cutthroat lol
I like Wes, but I think the only reason why is because I despise Kenny, Evan, and Johnny so much. Now that Wes is paired with Kenny, I may not root for him.
He looks like Woll Smoth is that photo...
He looks like Woll Smoth is that photo...
At first I just thought you were drunk/illiterate... Well played.
This guy is the most overrated individual competitor in challenge history as far as I'm concerned. I like how he made the excuse that he just "gave up" on Fresh Meat 2 to save face because his girl partner (Mandi), his girl opponent (Evelyn), and her weak partner (Luke) killed the Exile with little difficulty while he was doubled over sucking wind every time they showed him.

On his first challenge, he had very little weight to carry in the exiles, and on top of that, didn't one or two of Wes and Casey's forget to grab the flag and lost the lead because of it? I give him props for beating Derrick on the Duel 1, but he got lucky that the final mission had the soccer shootout, otherwise he would have lost to Brad. He was a run of the mill average competitor on both the Ruins and Fresh Meat 2 in my opinion. He barely beat Chet in the first Ruin, and beat Nick Brown, who has shown himself to be one of the all-time worst competitors we've seen.
And then against cohutta he showed he doesn't have the brains that he pretends to have.
It should be noted that according to Veronica (I think), the Champion team was yelling things to Wes during that Ruins so he would screw up and lose, where the Challenger team was giving Cohutta the correct instructions to reach the end. What I forget to mention in my previous post was the Turn Style mission on Fresh Meat 2 that Evelyn threw so that Wes and CJ could go in at full strength against an exhausted Kenny and Pete. It really dawned on me how overrated Wes was when Kenny and Pete mopped the floor with Wes and CJ.

And Laurel and Jillian are a lot stronger than Sydney and Mandi.
The combined weight of Kenny & Pete was probably around 390 pounds... the combined weight of Wes and CJ was probably around 360 pounds. That's only a 30 pound difference. Plus, Kenny and Pete both have a lot of babyfat on them and were physically spent and both Wes and CJ both look like they lift weights and do cardio 24/7. With a partner like CJ, Mr. "I can bench 350 and squat 400 for 10 sets of 10" should've been able to win something like that pretty easily. I think Wes' claims of what he does in the weight room are B.S.
I think Wes' claims of what he does in the weight room are B.S.
Well that's shocking. What man over reports their weight lifting abilities? :wink2: I also think Wes is also very overrated even though I like what he brings to challenges as a whole. I'm curious as to how much of a backseat he will take on this challenge to Kenny's political gaming though.
If you watch the video of that challenge closely Wes and CJ were actually beating Kenny and Peter until Laurel and Jillian swung Mandi and Sydney fully around.
Wes and CJ still should have easily been able to finish Kenny and Pete off if Wes was as powerful as he liked to boast. Kenny and Pete had just completed a long, grueling round and were spent. Wes and CJ were fresh and supposedly strong. Sure, when Laurel was in she was absolutely helping them win, but once they dropped the women out, Wes and CJ should have been able to finish them off given the hype and nonsense Wes was spouting about his skillz. Even Evelyn seemed flabbergasted that they sucked that one was badly as they did.

Mandi and that other girl sucked and Laurel and Jill pushed them half way across right away, and yeah at first Wes and CJ were winning but then it ended up being all four of them vs Wes and CJ. Ev should have never thrown it, she could've done better than Mandi and Sydney combined. I dont think CJ is that strong either that dude sucked pretty much the whole show.

The heaviest sets he did were at 405 and he did 1 set of 8 with that weight and needed help from his training partners with the last rep or two... and little Wes is trying to sell to people that he did 10 sets of 10 with 400 pounds in under 40 minutes.
Like i said before Wes is my favorite male challenge ever and my 2nd favorite overall. That will never change. I, for one, find his ridiculous claims and delusions to be funnier than any of JEK's one-liners. I'm not one of those delusional "fans" who think he is the greatest ever, im one who likes him for who is is, an egotistical, meat head who thinks his **** don't stink. :)

It's strange because from what little I saw of him on RW Austin I didnt like, but after Fresh Meat I completely changed my mind.

Geez, he gives Adam R. a run for his money at being....actually I'd say they're both neck and neck at being the biggest ********** I've ever watched on TV.
You aren't the only one who thinks that Wes is ridiculous
How do you even know thats him? I don't add these people on Facebook but when you search his name a different profile comes up. I have heard of people making fake profiles of other people for some strange reason.
I think Wes will be fine. It looks like he and CT have some conflict, though.
