Bahaha already laughing just a little at the first one.

Question: There’s buzz that the upcoming Glee death is Emma! Can you please deny or confirm this, because I will cry if it’s true! —Nicole
Ausiello: Save your tears, Nic. Emma’s not croaking, although your question nearly scared the OCD-afflicted character’s alter ego to death. “I’d just like to know why anyone would think it’s Emma,” inquires a befuddled Jayma Mays. “Does she get into an antibacterial fit and over-antibacterialize herself?! [Laughs] You know, that can kill if you don’t have enough germs in your body — maybe that’s what they’re thinking?” Or maybe, just possibly, they weren’t thinking at all. Just putting that out there.
Question: What can you tell us about the upcoming Glee death? —Katie
Ausiello: The dearly departed is female. And not named Emma.
Question: Was last week’s Glee John Stamos’ final episode as Carl? —Emily
Ausiello: Sure seems that way. At the very least it’s the end of the road for Emma and Carl. “The way they left it last week, it does seem that it’s over,” says Mays. “I’m sure so much of it has to do with John Stamos’ schedule as well, but I would love to have more stuff with him in whatever capacity that would be.”
It is totally Coach B based on that comment I mentioned that she signed onto a Chelsea Handler show.
EDIT: Per thie following site, the person who dies is a female so Coach B is doomed IMO.
All of the articles I have read regarding the Chelsea Handler show only mention a guest appearance, not as a regular. I know what story they signed her on for from the book and her character would only be making one appearance.

I wonder if we could possibly include April in the death speculation. That's my next guess. Although I wouldn't ever want them to kill off Cheno. She's amazing.

Apparently, Kristen Chenoweth will be at Nationals?

You can listen to Friday here and the others as well.

It was actually a really great episode. I'm hoping Rachel gets back with Finn, but I absolutely love Jesse. Rolling in the deep was fantastic. I am still wondering who dies. I'm starting to hope it will be Quinn even though I know it's not.
Agreed, they also seem to love Quinn... (the producers etc cuz she's always in pics, ads etc that I've seen). It'd actually be great if she died... but I doubt. I also love jesse, but I hoped Rachel wouldn't have gone back to him. They show her as this strong "doesn't need a man," independent woman sometimes... then they make her pine desperately after Finn forever or take Jesse back so quickly.
Wow. "Prom Queen" was actually kind of good. I think what I've come to realize with Glee is that, with the exception of "Night of Neglect," the episodes that Ian Brennan writes are the ones I tend to enjoy. He seems to be the one that writes a story for a story's sake rather than write a story based around a series of musical numbers.
The only problem I had with this episode was Kurt/Karofsky. The way Kurt was pressuring Karofsky was a little too much for me. I figured Kurt of all people would understand the pressure Karofsky is under and wouldn't badger him the way he did. It kind of seemed almost like a different form of bullying.
For some reason, I now have a feeling that Howard Bamboo will be biting the bullet in next week's episode. I feel he could fit the description of "beloved" character... and he certainly wasn't who any of us expected... and with Sue in a scene with him next week (that they showed in the preview), I'm sure the writers will make a way for her to attend the funeral as well. The only thing I'm not sure of is how his death could cause a couple to break up.
UNLESS, Terri Schuester starts a relationship with Will again and when Howard dies Will realizes what Terri was doing (working with Sue) and then breaks it off with her.
Well, those are my thoughts at 10 o'clock at night. Hope they made sense. :)

I don't think Howard falls into the "female" type that they said would be dying.
Alas, I'm wrong again...
This link breaks it down into bullet points for those of you like me who don't remember every single spoiler pertaining to the death:

According to this, the finale is the biggest episode ever and is also when the death will occur. Great article though.
You could say Glee's Season 2 finale, airing May 24, has been two years in the making. After all, it was always co-creator Ryan Murphy's intention to shepherd his freakishly talented group of misfits to meet their destiny: the fictitious national glee club championships in New York. And like the Fox show's characters, who devour Manhattan in a frenetic first-timer's visit, Glee hit NYC over five days in April with the sort of precision you might expect of a commando military mission: 10 moving targets, including Times Square and Central Park, which serve as part of the glee club's life-changing tour of the city. The episode ends with the climactic competition and a death -- victim as yet unknown ...
Oh this makes me happy. Although I'm hoping Chris Colfer can pull it off and not ruin it :D
Amongst the details about the $6 million dollar episode is word that the cast filmed in the Gershwin Theatre, home to Broadway's WICKED. This is supposedly a song from Nationals...I really hope not.

I also find it very strange that Matt Morrison is singing a song from his own album in the finale.
YouTube - Still Got Tonight - Matthew Morrison
I was initially really didn't like Pure Imagination when I listened to it yesterday because Kurt starts the song off and I thought he was singing the entire song. No one can beat Gene Wilder though :D Also the Matt Morrison song okay, but definitely not Nationals worthy.
Also the Matt Morrison song okay, but definitely not Nationals worthy.
I don't think he's singing it at Nationals... it's supposed to show how big of a dreamer he is and how he still longs to perform on broadway.

This link leads to a synopsis for "Funeral." I never noticed before, but Mrs. Fabray is going to be featured in the episode. While I don't think she fits the mold of "beloved" character, most of the other press releases say 1) it's not someone that any of us would expect 2) they're female 3) the loss "rocks one of McKinley's own" (and now I realize why my Howard Bamboo theory was even less feasible).
I still have NO idea who will die, but I just thought it was kind of interesting that Charlotte Ross is listed as a guest star, especially after not appearing for a while in season 2 until this week's episode. In fact, I'm pretty sure "Prom Queen" was the first time she appeared during season 2.
If Judy Fabray was to die, I'm sure Quinn would be upset, and that could definitely lead to her breaking up with Finn... only time will tell.
Pure imagination is really pretty but not nationals material.
That's because it's not nationals material. These are the songs for the episode before nationals.

You know, I never get why they sing really good songs during the seasons and anti-climatic songs for their competitions. IMO at least. Except the original songs and don't rain on my parade.

I don't either, although I kind of understand they wanted sectionals to be underwhelming so they would tie with the Warblers.
I really liked the songs they did for sectionals and regionals last year. This year, not so much.
I hate the songs thet did for sectionals this year...I loved regionals and sectionals last year. I just don't understand why they do such awesome songs for the show but the competitions suck this year. That original song loser like me is TERRIBLE. Every time I hear it I want to gauge my eyes out. It sounds like kids bop. Get it right was pretty good but not sectionals material.
I saw the Glee volume 6 or whatever, and I don't even recognize most of the songs near the bottom of the album, presumably from the last 2 episodes...
I loved the Journey medley they did last year, and I never expected them to top it but this doesn't bode well for me.
