I don't know if anybody watches Real Housewives of NJ but Audrianna was Sue Sylvester for Halloween. They called her costume a gym teacher in the episode but it probably had something to do with rights because I remember reading about in a magazine but it was on this weeks episode.
Does anybody know if that Glee contest show will be available to watch online? I don't get Oxygen station and I am so bummed I won't otherwise get to see it. They should do it on Fox since that is Glee's network.

I wonder if he's the one being referred to as "Bubba". I've read a few things about new characters they're casting for and I can't say I'm impressed with any of them. Hopefully he can sing!
I'm hoping this is just another hint that Alex won't win The Glee Project if they casted this guy.
Oh I hope not...Samuel or Damien FTW!

I am guessing that it is Damian who won if it is a male. I don't see that Sam has any range as an actor and Alex is too much like the other characters. Since the winner is supposed to be a foil for Sue in her campaign for Congress, I am guessing it is something like she targets Damian's character as being a foreigner who is to blame for all that is wrong with the US. I don't see how Alex or Sam or Lindsey could fit into that sort of storyarch they have hinted at. EDIT: By the way, Celtic Thunder has brought in a new youngish baritone which has been Damian's niche in the group which may be a clue.
There is a rumor floating around that Blaine is transferring to McKinley...and he'll apparently be singing "It's Not Unusual" in the opener. The first episode will be titled "The Purple Piano Project". I guess Quinn burns a piano down?
Oh I hope not...Samuel or Damien FTW!
I've been rooting for Damian, Marissa, and Lindsay...glad two made it to the final!!! I have to say though, I think Alex has an amazing voice! Out of the final 4 he would be my 3rd choice to win. For some reason I don't really dig Samuel. Not that I dislike him, I just don't find myself rooting for him.
I am guessing that it is Damian who won if it is a male. Not that I dislike him, I just don't find myself rooting for him.
I like Samuel and Damien because they're different. They would also be extremely easy to write for. Damien is the exchange student, Samuel is the "outcast in a rock band" guy. Lindsay reminds me entirely too much of Rachel, and Alex is like a Mercedes/Kurt lovechild. I suppose if Lea Michele is leaving at the end of the season, Lindsay could be a great person to bring in. But I just don't find myself cheering for her...something about her just seems fake. As for Alex...he's just too gay for me, if that makes sense. I am not a fan of the dressing in drag every single time (I see he does it for the finale as well). Are you kidding? If he did that at McKinley, he'd get torn apart. Blaine, Kurt and Santana are enough for me. From spoilers, I have seen that they are bringing in some rock-ish characters, so maybe that's a sign that Sam wins? They've brought in a couple of new characters: one is Sugar (played by Vanessa Lengies, who I recognize from Are You Afraid of the Dark? and Waiting). She is described as "a cross between Molly Shannon and a New Jersey Housewife. Sugar was born with a silver spoon in her mouth and a tin ear. Basically, she can’t carry a tune to save her life, but I’m guessing that won’t stop her from auditioning for a spot in New Directions." The other is Sheila, who's only been described as a punk. Based on pictures I've seen for the first episode, Quinn may be one of her new friends. And maybe she's friends with Sam? Another sad note: Cheno, Gwyneth, and Charice are all not returning. I could care less about Paltrow and Charice, but Cheno? I died a little. Idina Menzel is slated to return though. Naya Rivera said she would be "graduating" at the end of season 3. Not sure what that means for her character.

While it is very good and really intense just seems the same for everything. But again, it is really intense which is a good thing for him. I also wasn't fond of his performance of 'Animal' by Neon Trees. I have to admit I think the reason I haven't rooted for him is because I have seen him as the biggest threat to my favorites. There is no doubt he has talent though. I definitely see how Lindsay is fake, especially when she cried after hearing that Alex did during vocals. But she is pretty talented and I can see her as a potential replacement to Lea too...though I'd prefer Damian wins. Ahh yes, Alex. Well I am definitely a supporter of same *** relationships and gay rights but I have never really liked drag. Just not into that, and the only reason I like him is because I think he has a really good voice. Haven't really liked his attitude at all, too cocky and superior. But I agree, for the show, the three gay characters are enough. The new rock-ish characters could mean Samuel wins but maybe it means they found some other actors/actresses to fill that particular role and someone else wins? Kristin, Gwyneth and Charice aren't returning? That is sad :( I love Cheno and Paltrow and enjoyed their characters too. Sunshine was alright, did like her performance of All by Myself though. Lol I feel like Menzel and Michele could seriously be mother/daughter!! Too bad about Santana graduating, she grew on me haha.

I also have no problems with same *** relationships or gay rights, but I just don't like something about Alex. I'm not sure if it's the drag thing, but I just...meh. And I don't like his attitude. I get that Ryan Murphy is gay, and that he's very proud, and he appears to be bringing some sort of awareness to gay culture, but it just seems like too much. I don't like that Kurt only ever sings Broadway. The first time I saw Alex, I honestly thought he was a girl. If I closed my eyes and listened to him talk and sing, I would swear he was a girl. Nothing wrong with it, he's got an amazing voice...just not what I'm personally looking for. I want some eye candy, ****it! I think it could go any way right now, but Ryan Murphy did say that the person who won wasn't who he thought would win at the beginning of the competition. So I'm leaning toward Damien or Alex, as Sam and Lindsay weren't in the bottom until last week. Fingers crossed for Damien!! This actually just came to me...there is a spoiler that Sue is running for Congress and that the winner of Glee Project is one of her major antagonists. Maybe she is taking a big stance on immigration and considers Damien to be an illegal immigrant? That'd be kind of funny. I was also really sad to hear that Cheno wasn't coming back. And as soon as they were in talks to have Idina Menzel on the show, I immediately said "I bet that's her mom!" I'm really hoping season 3 shows more of Cheyenne Jackson's role with Vocal Adrenaline.

I think the issue for me with Alex is that it feels to me like he has adopted this Aretha Franklin/almost-transgendered persona not because that is who he is but as some way to avoid being who he really is, if that makes any sense. Its like his whole personality is a defense mechanism. Since the winner of TGP only gets 7 episodes, I would not assume that it will be a character that survives more than a single story-arch. Whoever the winner is appears to be to Ryan Murphy's right side when it is announced based on the preview because that is the way he appears to be looking. There is that persistent rumor that Lindsay won and will be playing the rocker-chick but I just don't see how that would even remotely tie into a Sue for Congress storyline. Damian is the most likely winner to me unless he lost, Chord Overstreet quit, and then Damian was hired outside the contest. I don't think Blaine will transfer until they find another McKinley link to a Warbler storyline as I read somewhere awhile back that the Warblers would still be around in Season 3. EDIT: According to this article, the 3D Movie spoils Damian as the winner http://www.irishcentral.com/news/Most-read---Glee-the-3D-Concert-Movie-accidentally-reveals-Damian-McGinty-as-the-winner-of-Glee-Project-127908473.html

So the winners are both Sam and Damian and the other two get 2 episode contracts
So the winners are both Sam and Damian and the other two get 2 episode contracts
I'm watching it now, although I accidentally spoiled myself while Googling somewhere to watch it. Of course, it was OnDemand on my TV. :( I am really glad Alex didn't win. I think that if he had come into the competition as someone who was always dressed in drag and always competed as a transsexual, he probably could have had this competition in the bag. That is an aspect of life that just isn't covered in television. But him dressing up in drag for his performances only gives me the impression that he's not comfortable with who he is as himself...so he has to be someone else. I think it was kind of a cop out to offer all four finalists episodes. Call me a hardass, but I don't like it when everyone wins. I like one winner. And I have a feeling that we'll be seeing more of the other people on the show too. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad that Sam and Damien won (as they were my 2 favorites left) but are they going to be on TV at the same time? That kind of takes focus away. I think it'd be a good idea to have whoever they think is stronger go first, then potentially offer them an extended spot on the show while the other person goes through the tryout for ND. For example, if they had Damien go first and then decided he just wasn't good for Glee, they could come up with the excuse that he got deported, or his visa was denied, etc etc.

To me, they fall into the same category as clowns---not sure why since I have no issue with gays but it creeps me out. No idea about the storylines for the winning pair. I have heard rumors that the winner may end up being a full-time roll for Season 4 (assuming because Chord Overstreet quit). I don't mind the other two getting a couple shows and would like to see some of the others come on (there were several very talented people in the pool IMO), but I do not like two people getting the grand prize. I have seen an on-set photo that had Lindsay in it, so here appearances should be early in the season.

I hate cop outs.

I liked a lot of the Glee project kids better than the cast of Glee so I don't know if it is a cop out. I would rather have seen Hannah get a couple episode than Alex or Lindsay, but truth be told, I would have loved to see them replace about half the current cast with these kids.

But now I come here so I hear much more about tons of shows!! Which is a good thing in my book!! :sun_bespectacled: I hope we see more of her as well! But I agree, Alex definitely has an attitude that could use improving. Really I'm more than just a supporter of the rights as it affects me, but I wasn't a fan of his. I absolutely love Kurt, but it does bug me too sometimes with many of the songs he has to do. Maybe that is why I love Blaine more, because Broadway and show tunes isn't all being gay is about. Hahaha definitely agree with the wanting eye candy!!! There is too much for me to quote so I think I'll just talk about it. I'm really happy for Damian!!!! And Samuel adds another element to the show with his religious and rock status. Should be interesting to see how they are incorporated, I like the idea of seeing who does better then extending an offer to be on more episodes. I also think that some of the eliminated glee project cast will make some appearances. They seemed to like a lot of them haha. However I also don't like how, in a way every finalist won. Getting to be on 2 episodes on Glee? Definitely a successful campaign if you ask me, just not the best. Cop out for the judges making the decisions!!!

I've seen some speculation on some blogs based on some casting calls and cast hints that Quinn and Puck's baby Beth may be reappearing in Season 3. Doesn't excite me, but some of you ladies go ga-ga for babies....
So stoked about this!!!

Made me throw up a little in my mouth. I hate Lea generally and I hate her more after reading a recent story that the reason Sunshine's role was dialed back and then axed was because Lea freaked out knowing she was more talented and had a lot to do with their decision. I did read on TVline that they write Sam out by just saying he moved during the summer. I wouldn't be surprised to see them try to bring him back in Season 4 if there is one. Maybe after a couple 1 episode appearances on sitcoms, Chord Overstreet will see that he ain't quite the huge star he thinks he is.

According to gleefanslive.com spoilers, Damian will be Rory, an exchange student living with Brittany appearing in Episode 4, and Quinn will quit the Glee club to run with a darker crowd.

They make **** up. You can't believe everything you read. If you notice Ryan Murphy's personality or paid attention to him in interviews, you can clearly tell that he's not one to be pushed around by his actors. I doubt he would listen to anything Lea had to say in regards to her maintaining the "star" position.

Ryan does what Fox tells him to do, plain and simple. Either way, I still hate Lea. She is just a needy drama queen in my opinion regardless if this particular story is true or not.
Now mind you I know nothing about the behind the scenes of the show, but if I had to guess why Charice's episode count was cut back, I would guess it was probably because she was a terrible actress.
First listen Friday is back!!! Songs on the premiere (They changed the way you can listen and it's annoying and doesn't even say who originally sung the song. You also have to "like" the FB page): "We Got the Beat" "Anything Goes/Anything You Can Do" "Ding **** the Witch is Dead" "It's not Unusual" Here's the link First Listen Friday Also on the set list: "You Can't Stop the Beat" 'Glee' Exclusive: Hear New Directions' 'You Can't Stop the Beat' from the season 3 premiere here | The Music Mix | EW.com
Still haven't decided if I'm actually gonna watch season 3 yet. And those songs seem rather.... strange.. very broadway-y.
