Agreed. When Evelyn said, "It's not my time to go in"...I was thinking, "yes, you're right. It's not." Then she said, "And it's not Wes' either." And then I was thinking, "I disagree." Wes and CJ have proven to be the weakest teams there and should have been in that exile if 2 teams from that alliance had to go in. I still don't see why they just didn't send in Kenny and Laurel!
Cj and Ryan have proven to be the weakest teams. Ryan's team no matter how well they do in the challenges will be considered a joke by the competitors and the viewers.

Ryan almost won last week...and fought for an hour and a half tonight. I am by no means a Ryan fan, but he's proven more than Wes has.

Wes and Ev are best friends, Danny and Wes were best friends...

I'm going to have to agree with Buck when it comes to Ryan. He has done much better this time around. I'm proud of him. :)

All this talk of who's the better man is getting a little irrelevant, no offense.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out who is a better competitor between Wes and Ryan. Line up all the guys and tell one he can have one guy to go into an elimination round with for X amount of dollars. The person chosen 99/100 times will be Ryan.

I think Wes is more athletic than Ryan...yes...but IN THIS CHALLENGE (and yes, the challenges should matter...key word is SHOULD) Ryan has done better. Period. EDIT: Ryan & Theresa have done better than Wes & Mandi.

Casey is in the same boat, wait they all came from FM1. That just sums up how well that cast turned out.

(most wins, etc.)
No hate, it's just simply stating that the producers & directors went too far to fill every stereotype in that casting which then turned these challenges into "jokes" for lack of a better word. You don't have to "earn" your money on the field like you used to and true competitors are being forced out by sheer numbers now. Wins after D1 don't mean anything anymore if you've noticed. No one cares if you've won this show, in the media/socially/politically anywhere, because it seems like they don't actually "earn" it. I remember when Wes won the duel he got publicity and everyone actually cared who won during that season. Challenges and performance meant something back then, now its all strategy because they don't want to compete but rather figure out how to make their 15 minutes of fame last as long as it can.
As you watch fellow FM1 contestant Kenny dominate this season, fellow FM1 contestant Evan dominate The Duel 2, and fellow FM1 contestant Evelyn dominate The Island. ;)
Yea, pretty sad how the challenges have become isn't it. Seriously, I tried to enjoy the last five or so challenges but they're more frustrating and cynical then entertaining now. Doesn't mean I won't watch but I die a little inside when any of these guys besides Landon are classified as good athletes.
Ryan and Theresa have done well in the past few missions, but I wouldn't necessarily say they are better than Wes and Mandi. Kenny and Laurel get to choose what order the teams compete in, and I do think that gives Ryan and Theresa a slight edge over Wes and Mandi, since they can see what strategies work and which ones don't. Individually, Ryan isn't a very impressive competitor, but the paired aspect of this challenge marginalizes that -- likewise with Wes (good competitor) and Mandi (...not so good).
1) That Exile was hilarious... couldn't stop the giggles. But the producers are a bunch of do**hes for making CJ & Syd finish after their non-start. 2) I'm not sure why the voting went down how it did after they convinced Kenny to get Landon voted in. Seems pretty cut and dry to me. Wes/Mandi/Ev/Luke/CJ/Syd/Jen/Ryan/Theresa > #s in Kenny's alliance, so it should have been Landon vs Kenny. Wes should have got the wishy washy peeps in the middle to man up and vote Kenny in. It would have been a good idea considering a strong team would have been guaranteed to leave, as Wes staying would benefit every other team. Which leads to my point 3... 3) How can Wes honestly think he even has a snowball's chance in **** of winning the finals with his dead-weight partner. Is he really deluded irl? I guess most of us will never know. But I think it's funny that he's bartering with everyone for what amounts to a free pass to the finals when clearly, he chose the absolute weakest possible girl in ep 1 and had no chance to win. On the flip side, why would anyone want to get rid of him? If I were Landon or Kenny, my ideal competition for the finals would be Wes/Mandi, Ryan/Theresa and probably CJ or Danny. But as we all know from years of watching these things, almost noone wants to man up and take out the strong players early.

Sure I enjoy the physical competition aspect, but having these games be about more than physical prowess makes things interesting it allows underdogs to succeed. If the game was purely physical you'd have a person like Landon consistently taking home the money and we'd all be bored with that pretty quick. I mean look how quickly people are bored with Kenny and Laurel dominating.
Wes and Ev played a great game the first 3 episodes, and they've been playing dumb ever since. They got rid of Sarah and Paula early on to cut off Kenny's votes, and an opportunity came to throw Kenny into Exile tonight and they instead tried to figure out a way how not to get themselves thrown in, instead of making a logical move, like throwing in Kenny and Laurel against Landon and Carley (who very well could have beaten them). What the **** do Wes and Ev owe Kenny anyway? He ****ed both of them over on the last Challenge. They should have convinced Kenny to lean on Pete to vote Landon and Carley then immediately reneged on their word and vote Kenny and Laurel in to face them. You could have gotten rid of him tonight. MORONS! I know it was a shady move on Wes and Ev's part to throw in CJ against Landon, but seriously Kenny...you calling somebody a ******* is like Helen Keller calling somebody blind. I know it was ridiculous that Wes/CJ lost against Kenny/Pete, but I think that had more to do with the girls. Mandi in particular was completely useless. Really miffed that the two teams who are trying to stay out of the drama ended up having to go against each other. At this point, Landon is the only one I'd like to see win. Screw the rest of these idiots.

I guess what I really want is an American Gladiators reality tv show hybrid.

People don't just like Landon because he's a good competitor, but also because he's also one of the few genuinely nice people on these shows. Landon could win 5 Challenges in a row and I'd be fine with it.

And in the female category it would come down to Ev, Laurel, and Rachel. I see what you're saying because I am very much a Landon fan, but I can't imagine being entertained by a purely physical competition that is why I watch sporting events and when it came down to it I would much rather watch professional athletes compete over reality tv stars. That's why the aspect of manipulating the game adds a bonus reason for me to watch.
Congratulations Wes, you are proving to be the winner you always say you are. =D HAHAHA at TJ going "He ain't here..." and then him laughing.

Look no further than the I2. Yea he was a great, no, outstanding competitor but half the guys there were. Now its a bunch of jokes like Kenny/Wes running around with their mouths rather than ability. This is what the challenge is to me: Let's say in your neighborhood you had a locally owned Ma and Pa's hangout/eatery where you and everyone around could hang out and enjoy yourselves. This was the challenge back in the ol' days. However, the couple Ma and Pa give their business to their twenty five year old nephew who turns it into a teenage hangout with his friends. You and everyone in the community tries to adjust but slowly and surely you guys disappear and don't enjoy your time. That's the fanbase. Now everyone hopes that Ma and Pa take the business back from their retarted nephew. Ma and Pa being the old school true veterans of the challenge. The nephew being Evan/Kenny/Johnny/Post D1 Derrick/Post Ep.2 Ruins Wes/Paula/etc. But we all know it will never happen because Ma and Pa have moved on leaving us to either go to the new hangout or stop watching. That's why everyone was so happy to see Wes come back, being on the borderline of the old school/new school and having that Ct like edge. But slowly he has become one at least of what we get to see. Derrick too. That is just disheartening and I am not saying they are bad people, just that I want that competitive edge. Pray to the gods Ct comes back. That's all I can do now.

Sure there are some things that stay the same and stay classic, but those are important things in life. The challenge is no where near being important. You may not like Wes now, and neither do I, but without Wes, there would have been nothing on this challenge. Without Kenny, there would have been nothing on this challenge. And since you brought up Post D1 Derrick: Of course he has changed, he did what he had to to win and everyone who has not won yet should take a page out of his book. The challenges have changed and there is nothing we can do about it except accept it. I have, and others have, so I think it might be time you do.
So if Kenny/Laurel win do they give Ryan/Theresa, Pete/Jill anything for the Alliance? Otherwise whats the point? Johnny is as big of a ****** as Wes. Wes will never win this challenge or any others due to the fact he is as dumb as a stump. He has the weakest partner in Mandi and how about that challenge when he tried to put her on his back?? stupid is just plain stupid! no alliance can over come that. The only thing I can see is that Wes and Kenny made a packt, to come in and act like they hate each other, use eveyone else to get them to the finals and share the loot! I mean is there any reason why Wes/Mandi are still there? So many other teams are stronger.

Wes and Mandi are still there because up until recently, they had the numbers to keep themselves out. Kenny knows Wes is no threat, that's why he hasn't sent him in so far. I don't think Kenny or Wes would ever split their winnings with someone else.
From Sydney's Twitter. She is not happy. I wonder how long it actually took them... Thought it was something funny/witty that i wanted to share and we could laugh at. Of course I know that people change, but I don't care about these guys. I only care about what I am given on my television screen every wednesday night. If you become emotionally attached to these people then thats you, but I tend to just look at the product I am given.
Lol I love Kenny more and more with every episode. "I should write a book, 'How to Dismantle an Entire Alliance' by Mr. Beautiful." I think Kenny is showing how good at this game he really is. I also liked that he and Laurel were willing to go into the exile instead of Jill and Pete. Unlike Wes and Evelyn who will throw anyone they can under the bus just to keep themselves alive another day. What really annoyed me was how when Landon got thrown in against CJ Wes once again felt like he was entitled to an appology or that Landon shouldn't have been mad about it. Who does Wes think he is? Kenny has been saying all along that he will protect his friends and if they go down he's going to go down with them. I guess it just shows what Wes is willing to give up because of these games. I was pretty surprised that after competing for an hour against Landon and Ryan that Kenny and Pete seemed to beat CJ and Wes so easily. The exile was kind of funny at the end when CJ was yelling for Landon and TJ is just staring at them with a straight face and goes "He ain't here...." then telling them how awesome they are at this.
Kenny has always been a likable guy. I've been preaching that for years.
Right. Calling women stupid, ugly, crazy, worthless, fat.... That sounds likeable to me.
LOL.....the reason Kenny was able to turn the table, was because he picked good competitors for his alliance. I mean come on, Kenny/Laurel win everything, Jill/Pete eliminate people. I think I love the fantastic four too much lol.
What I have learned throughout watching these challenges is that in order to have a formidable alliance, you must have 1 of 2 things going for you (1.) Be a very strong, if not the strongest competitor and align yourself with other strong players that can assuere challenge victories or (2.) Be a subpar player and keep the numbers in your favor, and KEEP YOUR WORD until the very end. Wes/Ev made a huge mistake a week ago by not throwing in Ryan or Jenn in sake of saving Danny. They lost the majority then. Kenny is looking like Nostradamus or some great prophet on this challenge and have completely dismantled Wes/Ev's majority. He's kept his word with ALL of his alliance members, established dominance, and exposed Wes for the selfish attitude he has shown to his aligning members. The commercial for next week's episode during the 11pmPST running of Ep 6 shows the culmination of his ability to seize control of the game. Evelyn did what she could to help them win last night, and it was a good move. however, for Wes/CJ to get smoked like that after Kenny/Pete struggled for 1.5 hrs in the previous heat says alot. This isn't the same Wes from Duel 1 or The Ruins. As for last night's Exile, it was very similar to the one Kenny/Laurel did weeks before. Landon and Carley smoked their time. Furthermore, Wes should have been priveleged that Landon aligned himself with Wes, and then to turn on someone of Landon's calibre .........................................SUICIDE!
