From what I saw, it looked like they lost because Sydney and Mandi were getting manhandled by Jill and Laurel, both of who were a bit more rested up than their male partners. But thats just me.
That's how I also saw it. Kenny & Pete were awesome, but Jillian & Laurel played a bigger part in that win than they were given credit for. Wes and Ev, in all their brilliance, forgot that Sydney and Mandi are no competition for Jillian and Laurel. Again, they were too fixated on beating "Kenny". Wes and CJ had no where to go, but they still should've been able to hold up longer against Kenny and Pete, who were just deliciously bad ***. I thought Ev/Luke & Jenn/Noor had a way better shot at beating Kenny/Laurel & Jillian/Pete. Ev & Jenn would've probably held up stronger against Jillian & Laurel, giving Luke and Noor, who both are strong endurance-wise (and Noor is just an incredible performer overall), more room and a chance to overtake an exhausted Kenny & Pete. Then again, I think Kenny is way underestimated as a performer and Pete is also stronger than he's given credit for because of the DQs (caused by Jillian), so Mr. Beautiful and Mr. Pretty could've very well held off just about anyone at that point. Regarding Ryan, he & Theresa steamrolled Jillian & Pete and opened up the door for Landon & Carly to overtake Kenny & Laurel, which they were unable to do. Kenny & Laurel couldn't go anywhere because they were cut off by Ryan & Theresa, but did a great job holding Landon & Carly off. Even when the women dropped out, Ryan was holding the log with his back to give Landon the chance to overtake Kenny. Ultimately, Pete's endurance as a lacrosse player (as with Jillian) kicked into gear and he was able to overtake Ryan and give Kenny the room he needed to overtake Landon. I think Landon is stronger than Kenny as an overall performer, but in this venue, I have to tip my hat to Kenny. He held off Landon and then outpushed him. I don't think anyone except Darrell would've been stronger than him for this specific challenge. It's been one hilariously horrible strategy after another for Wes. Seriously, he masterminded a grand scheme before even getting to the Challenge and seeing who was partnered with whom? I found that pretty **** amusing to begin with.
Wes' team was probably outclassed by at least 100 lbs total among Kenny's 4.
...or... Maybe Wes and CJ aren't all they're hyped up to be. Kenny and Pete are pretty big guys..
I agree with this post. I agree with any post mentioning how bad Wes actually is. But I did think CJ would be a little stronger, considering what he does but I guess not that strong.
I agree with this post. I agree with any post mentioning how bad Wes actually is. But I did think CJ would be a little stronger, considering what he does but I guess not that strong.
He's a...wait, what does he do? Oh that's right...
He's a...wait, what does he do? Oh that's right...
He kicks balls. He doesn't kick as s though.
He kicks balls. He doesn't kick as s though.
Not for a living he doesn't... I think he's professionally good looking.
What the **** does he do then? What every other challenge person does? Nothing?
Sydney said they threw the exile...its on one of her tweets.
but what for?
Landon had a better shot at beating Kenny... perhaps they arranged a prize split. That's something I would try to make happen anyway at the beginning if I was there.

I'm with cystic on this one...Mandi and Sydney absolutely got destroyed in that log pushing mission. I'm much more inclined to believe that the girls lost it for them. Wes and Ev played a great strategic game in the first 3 episodes, and have made a litany of dumb moves since and have lost all their power in the game. Putting Landon vs. CJ proved that Wes and Ev are now strictly in self-preservation mode. By selling their friends down the river, they have proven that they are just as bad as JEK. Before, I was on Wes/Ev's side because I considered it the lesser of two evils, but I can't defend anything they've done since Paula got bounced. They had control of the game once they got rid of Sarah and Paula's teams, and they have completely ****ed it up by making stupid decisions and thinking they have control over people. Their hubris has caught up to them. At this point, I hope that somehow we get rid of Kenny, Wes AND Ev before the final so that way I at least won't be that upset about who ends up winning it all.
Strictly forbidden.
Yeah, but that goes down all the time.
Yeah, but that goes down all the time.
ORLY...and you know this how?
ORLY...and you know this how?
Theo talked about it on BOTS2. He was serious about it. I was also told by someone that it went down on the duel 2 and inferno 2 as well.
