I think it was said that because he was "banned from the challenges", he isn't allowed to promote MTV challenges.
He's not promoting this on MTV's behalf. He is trying to get people in a bar.
Working for an appearance fee at a bar has nothing to do with if he is banned or not from Challenges, lol.
If he was banned, he wouldn't be promoting their shows for anything. He'd tell whoever wanted him to promote the show to get f----d if that were the case.

LOL, I just got it.
You mean the incident where ADAM attacked CT & was subsequently beaten to a pulp for doing so? Funny how some people seem to forget who put their hands on who first and who threw the first aggressive offensive exchange of the whole thing.
Oh yeah, that incident. The one where Adam patted CT's arm. Yeah, that was pretty brutal. I am just relieved that CT survived such a fatal onslaught.
Now I don't really excuse Adam for idiotically laying his hands on CT, but justifying the fight with "he started it first" seems just as asanine if I were to take Adam's side. It's ridiculous...
Grabbed his shoulder, hit him on the arm, hit him on the stomach, hit him in the head with a can, and pushed him... all of this after he was told NOT to touch him. He put his hands on CT in an aggressive, confrontational manner at least FIVE times.
If you were in CT's shoes and you had somebody half your size that you knew you could smash calling you a coward and putting their hands on you in that manner, I doubt you would stand there and take it. If Adam didn't want to get punched in the face repeatedly and get his face shredded on a brick wall, he probably shouldn't have done what he did. I don't exactly know what he was trying to accomplish or what he thought would precipitate from his actions to be quite honest. If he wanted to stand up and prove himself to Chris in a fight I don't know what he thought the outcome was going to be.

Remember when CT poured beer on Adam on the gauntlet 3 for trying to break up an argument? Or in Paris when CT kept shoving Adam for again DOING NOTHING. Adam acted like that on the Duel 2 because of those past times when Adam did nothing and now he's finally doing something about CT pushing him around
Adam put himself in those situations for that stuff to happen. Chris doesn't need Adam to be there chirping in his ear and pretending to have his back when he's a two-faced backstabber who can't be trusted. I don't know what Amish community half you people grew up in but where I come from, if somebody calls you a coward and does what Adam did to Chris when they were on that challenge, that means they're looking for a fight, and that's exactly what Chris gave him.

Townie, I feel so bad for you cause everyone is against you. It's kind of entertaining actually, how these people try to defend Adam. Adam knew what was at stake, and his thoughts were completely irrational. Actually, no they weren't. He intended for a fight, and a fight he got. His bad. I'm on your side Townie.
It's those same people who try to defend the little ****** bag in Paris that Chris decked a few times; making him out to be some innocent victim and Chris to be a bully. That kid verbally harassed Chris in the club repeatedly, threw ice cubes at him and the camera men, and used some cruel, vulgar language towards the girls that Chris, Adam, and Ace were hanging out with that night. That kid is actually the one who CALLED CHRIS outside for an altercation, and Chris met him outside. He initially just asked him what his problem was and why he was being such a *****, and all the kid would do was make snippy little comments and would come up and nudge him with his shoulder. He could tell Chris was upset & was getting more upset by this guy not leveling with him and the kid kept egging him on because he didn't think he was going to do anything about it. Chris gave the kid a few love taps basically as an F-you and to say do something if you're gonna pick a fight or get lost, and the kid decided to get lost.
Having never watched Paris but seeing the Challenges, it was not just Adam's fault but Diem's as well. Chris just never got pushed into taking a swing at her and I don't think he would ever need to. He knows where she stands.
CT will never win, because he instigates fights with everyone. Simple as that.
If he does return, he'll have no alliance. Not to mention he might disqualify himself in a mission or the final.
I personally think Alton should return, because nobody will EVER match up to his standards.

You're pretty foolish if you think he'll have no alliances. If he comes back and it's a team challenge, the alliances will come to him, he won't have to go looking for them. Everybody, and I mean everybody, on these challenges is scared to face him in an elimination so people will do whatever it takes to not have to see him in one. Evan & Kenny control the game now and they'll do whatever it takes to ensure that they will not have to cross paths with him, and they will keep their minions happy by not feeding them to CT either because that would cause their minions to turn on them.
CT doesn't have a Twitter account. All of the people from MTV shows that the fake account is following are people he doesn't even get along with or like.
Townie I just want to say I agree with you too. I love C.T and while I do believe he has some issues. I hope he can get them resolved and come back to the challenges. As for the Adam fight. I honestly think he was hurt by Diem and Adam's conversation. And when Adam went to him and said "I have your back" It must have been a slap in the face. And When watching the aftershow he did apologise to Adam. Which is something I would not have done.
As for the Davis punch that was out of line. But for some reason men like to hit each other when they are drunk. Or maybe it's just men from Boston who do that.
Dude CT is one the number 1 guy I wish who would come back. He beat Evan in Duel1 and screwed over Johnny in G3. People call him the time bomb on challenges and are afraid to face him in elimination due to his size and aggression. He is like Freddy in a challenge people are always worried about him even JEK.
If Evan ever appears on another challenge with CT, he will be terminated very early in the game. He may as well not even get on the plane because he'll be going right back.

Only the first two components of the JEK trio should worry. CT actually likes Kenny and gets along with him really well.

Are you assuming that CT will eliminate Evan? Because honestly, with the way those two win things, and the likelihood that they'll be on the same team, I don't see them going up against each other that early in the game, if ever.

Unless it is an INDIVIDUAL challenge.
Unless it is an INDIVIDUAL challenge.
In which case, it's likely that one or the other will win and be safe from the Duel. Unless you're suggesting that CT actually holds such a grudge against Evan that he would purposely lose and tell everyone to pick him last, JUST for the sake of calling out Evan?
This could give some insight as to when to expect CT back for another challenge after this trial is concluded
Shooting suspect will face murder charge

WHITE RIVER JUNCTION, Vt. — A prosecutor is seeking to reinstate a second-degree murder charge against a Springfield, Vt., man who claimed self-defense in a fatal shooting during a melee in Chester, Vt., in 2008.
In the latest twist in a complicated prosecution, Kyle Bolaski, who had been facing a 30-year maximum sentence on a manslaughter charge, could now face a maximum of life in prison if convicted of killing Vincent Tamburello. Bolaski was charged with second-degree murder immediately after the shooting, but Windsor County State’s Attorney Robert Sand quickly dropped the charge, saying he would be unable to convince a jury of Bolaski’s guilt.
But Sand recused himself from the case in February after the Tamburello family assailed his decision to abandon the murder charge, and the new prosecutor, Deputy Franklin County State’s Attorney John Lavoie, this week announced he would restart the murder prosecution.
Kevin Griffin, Bolaski’s lawyer, criticized Lavoie’s decision Tuesday, saying no new evidence has arisen to support the more serious charge.
“I am mystified by the actions of the prosecutors in this case,” Griffin said. “But that’s why we have juries, and we’ve always believed a jury of his peers will understand exactly what happened that day.”
But members of the Tamburello family, who have driven en masse from Boston to White River Junction for court hearings and have hired a lawyer to press their views, hailed the decision Tuesday.
“The family is extremely pleased and grateful that the new prosecutor is focusing on the evidence in the case, because we felt all along that any reasonable review of the evidence pointed to second-degree murder, at a minimum,” said Tim Bradl, the family’s Boston-based attorney.
Lavoie declined to comment on the new charge until Bolaski is arraigned, likely within the next week or two. Lavoie announced his decision in Windsor District Court on Monday.
Both lawyers said they are unlikely to reach a plea deal; a jury trial for Bolaski is probable, perhaps this summer.
The prosecution of the August 2008 shooting has been complicated from the beginning by Bolaski’s claim of self-defense against Tamburello, who ran at him with an ax.
According to court documents, Tamburello, 32, who recently had moved to Vermont from the Boston area, and others were feuding with Bolaski’s friends over a woman. The groups clashed at Mackenzie Field in Chester, where Tamburello stepped out of his car with an ax, ran to Bolaski’s truck and hacked it several times.
Bolaski grabbed a .30-06-caliber hunting rifle and shot Tamburello in the left leg. Tamburello fell to the ground, and Bolaski fired a second, fatal shot.
Bolaski told police that he fired the second shot because Tamburello kept coming toward him, but the Vermont Medical Examiner’s Office ruled that Tamburello died at the scene from a gunshot to his back.
Sand believed that Bolaski acted in self-defense when firing the first shot and would not have been prosecuted had he stopped. But once Tamburello was down, Sand argued, Bolaski was no longer in danger and did not have a legal right to fire again.
In an unusual move, Sand voluntarily presented Bolaski’s case to a grand jury last year, to see if the panel thought there was enough evidence to justify proceeding with the murder case. (In New Hampshire, grand juries are routinely convened to decide whether to proceed with felony charges. In Vermont, they are rarely used, and prosecutors almost always proceed to a regular jury trial.)
The grand jury refused to issue a murder indictment, and while their decision was not binding, Sand decided a murder conviction against Bolaski was unlikely and dropped the charge.

I don't believe my post was suggesting anything MP, only stating that they could go against each other if it was an INDIVIDUAL challenge.
