That's what I would've done if I were in his place too.
Yeah but didn't they just make up the ripping the flag rule for Push Me in the middle of the competition after Beth ripped the flag vs. Svetlana? If so, that's really cheap. And I agree with Townie about Brad beating Landon, that was the biggest BS elimination round I've seen.
TJ said you got DQ'ed for ripping the flag off before Beth and Svetlana played Push Me, he specifically said you had to unclip the flag. Beth clearly did rip the flag off though, it wasn't even connected to the clip when she pulled it up. Chris didn't do that though. They had a little metal ring that was used to shorten the slack in the string so that it would stay flat on the ground. That ring is the thing he pulled on and broke. When he held up the flag afterwards, the flag, string, and clip were all still together.

But are you sure TJ said you got DQ'ed for ripping the flag before the first Push Me elimination happened ? Because if he didn't, I just think it's cheap to make up rules as the game goes.
So i was going through my sisters facebook photos and came across a picture of her and Kenny and Evan. LOL! She doesn't watch the challenges so she didn't know who they were. It was spring break so I guess she met them while partying. so funny how she randomly met them and had no idea who they were. This was in March 2008, so right before filming of The Island I think?

When they did the Push Me Duels, they showed a close-up shot of the flag and how it was attached, I wish I could get a picture from that so I could circle out exactly what it was that CT pulled on and broke to make it a little more clearer about what I'm referring to.
On D2? I say it's a fair loss. Brad just out smarted him, just like he did CT on D1. If Wes would of had any of the other ruins they had, he would have destroyed Cohutta. Guess Wes's brains aren't as good as his brauns.
That's really lame to say cause I could go on about how if so and so had a different game against so and so they would have won. But you get what is dealt to you and you roll with it. Wes got beat and he lost and it happens. Like if CT picked pole wrestle against Brad he would have tossed him around and if Landon go the puzzle thing he would have won. Wes is beatable and was beat. He isn't as good as everyone wishes he was.

MTV remote control blog just posted their list of top 5 most memorable challengers. Beth, Coral, Bananas, Rachel, Cohutta. Which is an awful list. Coral and Beth are fine but the other 3 definitely don't deserve to be there.
MTV remote control blog just posted their list of top 5 most memorable challengers. Beth, Coral, Bananas, Rachel, Cohutta.
Cohutta? Bananas? No, just no. Rachel I could see being debatable although I still say no. At least, more debatable than Cohutta and Bananas who shouldn't even be top 20. Beth and Coral definitely in my top five most memorable. Coral may be #1. The rest of that list is just ridiculous.
Cohutta? Bananas? What about Veronica, Miz, and CT???
I can think of many many more memorable people then Rachel, Cohutta, Johnny and maybe Beth.
Above Cohutta and Johnny for memorability I would rank: Diem, Evan, Ev, Kenny, Derrick, Katie, Tonya, Veronica, Brad, Robin, Abram, Aneesa, CT, Darrell, Paula, Julie, Syrus, The Miz, Tina, Mark, Emily Bailey, Theo, Ruthie, Jodi, Puck, Shane, Trishelle, Ace, Ibis, Frank, Landon, Johanna, MJ, Wes, KellyAnne, Susie, Casey, Rachel, Coral and Beth. Not necessary in that order. So, pretty much everyone.
What the **** has Ibis ever done? Johnny is DEFINETLY more memorable than her....

Apparently there is some half-wit fanbase out there that voted for Bananas as a most memorable challenger...Seriously, what the ****? Excuse me while I go shake my head in shame.
I think I remember Ibis really easily because she's on my twitter, so therefore she's memorable to me. But agreed that Johnny may be more to other people. I only think of him when I think of JEK but even then I think of Evan and Kenny, and then that other guy.

I am not saying he would be in my top 5 but I mean come on MJ? Maybe if you consider remembering the tobacco in his lip. Plus there are some people on your list that have caused very little drama, and have been on few challenges- Puck (he is one of the most memorable RW cast members, but not challenges) Frank, Paula, Julie, Syurs, Ace, Jodi, Robin......
I literally went... think of challenge contestants. And those were the ones I could think of without to much difficulty. Pretty sure if I did that without the context of Cohutta and Johnny being discussed, I would forget them. Maybe I would think of Johnny when I thought of Evan and Kenny. Well, yah I probably would, but not on his own. And please, the Puck spitting saga?! How is that not memorable? You don't think Robin is memorable? I'm still trying to forget her.

And she won the Challenge. Katie and Veronica are memorable because of their Inferno I cat fight. CT is memorable because despite being a power player, he has yet to win a challenge. Johnny is "memorable" because he's pretty annoying and has a big mouth. It just really depends on what you define as memorable. I still say that list is bogus, though...

I loved the intro to meet the meat..no doubt the fresh meat are some of the most notorious challenge players of the new generation.
**** @ Kenny referring to he and Evan as the two greatest champions.
Yeah I'm sure he said that before they did the Duel. When they did the Push Me Duels, they showed a close-up shot of the flag and how it was attached,
they could shoot this scene after the duel was over for making viewers understand why Beth was DQ about the list - buhahaha, Cohutta?! xD xD i bet that's becoz of his beating Wes

Wes is just in a better physical shape then Cohutta. Every other Ruin was pretty much strength and endurance base. Therefore, Wes would have easily beaten him in the other Ruins.

Because a thing that makes you a good competitor is rolling with the punches. Like I don't think Derrick would have lost against Timmy had they done Beach Brawl, however, they didn't get it but I don't call Derrick's loss a fluke. It is not a fluke that Cohutta beat Wes. It was a fair and square game and he did better.

All I'm saying is Wes would have beaten Cohutta if it were the other Ruins.

Originally I was replying to Desertpuma but you jumped in to defend Wes and I just don't like Wes, so I like to take every opportunity to talk about how he isn't as good as everyone thinks.
Haha trust me, I do not think Wes is amongst the elites, say Alton, Lando, ect. All I was saying is that Wes isn't smart. Back to my original point, the other Ruins were stacked in his favor. It's like one of those moments where you mess up and it cost you big, then everything gets easier after you messed up. I love Wes, but in the Ruins, I started to dislike him for constantly down grading Cohutta. He got what he deserved, however, I can't stand how lucky Kenny is getting for such a mediocre player.

I don't like his "my way or now way" attitude. Wes is far from the top and I think he's overrated.

Majority of the guys will carry their own weight in a final. I'm just a physically minded person. That's why I love people like Evelyn and Wes,which everyone hates, because they are great competitors. Yes, Wes attitudes does suck, but out of physical competition wise, I think he's at least top 10.
