Ct is banned from MTV? D:
I want him on the 20th
challenge and whoop
Kenny/Evan/Johnny's ***!
him and Wes in a Alliance
against them ahhhh I'd watch
that!
He's not banned and I don't think he'd align himself with Wes.
The likelyhood of CT joining up with Wes is extremely low as on the last challenge that they were both on CT was threatening him before he was sent home and felt that Wes played him. I would see CT more likely trying to go under the radar and with that probably being apart of the main alliance. Until the end when they would most definately try to eliminate him.

As is the likelihood of seeing Chris "Insurance Liability" Tamburello on a future challenge...

Wait, does this mean that he is actually trying to work out a separate deal with production? If I recall correctly there was a suggestion on this board to include certain provisions in his contract. But is that even legal? Also it will be a big slap in the face to the other castmembers.
Seems kinda odd since his facebook has no reference to the challenges, he isn't friends with any of the cast and he hasn't been doing any bar appearances. (I know Cohutta, Derrick and Diem did a college lecture appearance this past fall and Katie, Nick & JEK have been doing the bar tour with the Cancun cast). It just looks like he really could care less.
I think its been mentioned that his "facebook" isnt his facebook. As for the provisions, that was my idea, which I dont see why its unfair to the rest of the cast to have him sign a document where if he gets physical with anyone (whether at the start of the challenge or end) he has to give up a large sum of cash, or even not be able to use the RW to gain more money. The only person it would affect is him.

It is actually his FB, one of his friends runs it for him. It is used for promoting CT's events.

He has been doing many club appearances from what I was told. I was even at an event he had. Just because he don't go with a group of people dont mean bars don't ask for him. He is one of the most requested castmembers.
I am not sure about all of the legal stuff, I'm just reporting on what I was told.
Here is some info about one of his past events events!

This is his real facebook: Chris Tamburello. Members of his family and his girlfriend's family are friends.
I think that it is unfair to the rest of the cast because once again CT is given another chance. Yes, the situation on Duel 2 with Adam was heighten due to the death of his brother but he was already getting into fights during the Paris season so he obviously has not learned his lesson.
Also, unless he is willing to pay for his own insurance upfront(which probably twice as much as the other castmembers), production will have to foot the bill before he even sets foot on a challenge.

This is the closest thing to CT's real facebook. He does check it, but his friend uses it for him and his events a majority of the time.

Yep, I've seen those but those are more like hosting gigs around Boston instead of the traveling bar appearances. He seems to be busy with his gig as a trainer. I don't think he even promoted a New Year's event. It looks like he spent New Year's Eve with his girlfriend and a few friends at Tresca, a pricey restaurant in Boston.
I know that I might have not come off as a fan but I actually like CT and I think it's good that it looks like he might have move on from the challenges. We all have to grow up sometime.
I think he did promote a NYE event, but not positive because I wasn't in the country. I am glad that your a fan!! We don't have too many Ct fans around here! LOL
I like CT, and do think if he can take care of his demons he can comeback, sadly in these things its hard to prove your different before hand. I think he does deserve a win like Derrick got.
I want CT to come back on the challenges for some reason.
I do too. I think he's such a good addition to the show competition wise. And I actually like him, as long as he keeps his temper under control.
He should have defiinately won a challenge by now and to me he is the second person I would like most to see win. (Brad being first) Though he has squandered allot of opportunities in the past and what is to say he wouldn't just do the same thing agian.

That's what we thought when CT punched Davis in the face..
This guy is a beast man he gets into people's heads. No guy can sleep on a challenge when he is around and no one wants to compete against him in eliminations. If he comes back he will win a challenge eventually. He took out Evan in Duel 1 and made him so scared that he tried to cheat and write the puzzle on his arm.
When do I get my wish for a matchup of CT, Wes and Brad vs JEK on a challenge?
The only way that would happen is if they were on different teams. Wes, Ct, and Brad on a team, and even then there would probably be bigger conflict between Wes and CT than inbetween teams.
There has been a lot of "off" information in this topic as it pertains to Chris.
Chris does not intend to do a challenge in the immediate future, but he does intend to return. He is NOT banned despite the rumors going around. By the immediate future, I mean he will not participate in one within the next year. His family has hit a lot of bumps in the road with his brother's case and it is going to take some time for things to get moving in the direction that the family is satisfied with to ensure that justice is served. Chris has been actively involved in this process, attending various hearings with his parents and helping gather support to get the case moving in the right direction.
He is currently in the best physical condition of his life. He is bigger and more cut than he was even on the first Duel, so you can expect him to be in the best shape of his life when he does return. Becoming a personal trainer has really gone a long ways in getting him back to his physical peak. You can also expect him to be on his best behavior when he comes back, so don't get your hopes up to see him getting drunk and into brawls. Alcohol & recreational substances really got him off track in life there for awhile, as I'm sure everybody could see that he was clearly not the same guy that just had a bad temper after the first Duel... you could see there was something else going on with him. To his credit, he has straightened all that out.
As far as who he will align himself with, all I will say is he will do whatever is best for him to ensure he wins. Legal fees are not cheap and he is quite determined to help his family out in that regard in any way he can. He does harbor some sour grapes towards a few people that he was on the last challenge with because he has proof that a lot of them were in on collaborating together to get him kicked off. How that will affect who he rolls with or if he rolls with anybody, I don't know. He really hasn't had any contact and hasn't been close with anybody from the shows since the Duel 2. Chris really doesn't trust anybody on these shows so to say he will 100% be in an alliance with anybody is a bit of a stretch.

Nice and honest first post! Welcome to vevmo!
Well, I just think that there are a lot of misconceptions about Chris out there that are not accurate; like he is a psychotic alcoholic on the verge of snapping on anybody at anytime. Chris rarely ever drank before he started doing television shows and even during his first few shows, he really didn't like to drink. He'll be the first to tell you that he's a lightweight in that regard. It was around the time of the first Duel when he and his older brother sort of re-united; they had not seen or spoken to each other in years. His brother had a lot of problems and baggage that he was dealing with and to say he had somewhat of a negative influence on CT's lifestyle for a couple years there would be an understatement.
CT didn't get into heavy drinking, drug usage, or any of that stuff until he started hanging around his older brother on a regular basis. CT was starting to go down that path of letting alcohol and other substances take control of him, but his brother's death was a wake up call that you can't live your life like that with out it eventually catching up to you. All of those factors played a role in what happened there and Chris woke up and realized that that stuff is just stupid and that kind of lifestyle will never end well for anybody who continues to immerse themselves in it. In a lot of ways, it took an event such as his older brother's tragic demise for him to actually realize that. Chris was always a competitive guy growing up and had a bit of a temper, but nowhere near the magnitude it was amplified to once he started hanging out with him and got into drinking and the drugs.
I remember visiting him out in the Bay when he was living out there for awhile, and you guys wouldn't have believed what I saw. Here was the mighty, athletic CT so messed up on whatever it was he was on that he had to be carried up the steps over somebody's shoulder just to get into his own place. He was that out of it.
