They are better sources than you are, no? Yes, they are. So is 51 Minds, and they told me it is airing so it WILL. You say you don't even watch this show so I don't understand why you keep acting as if you know everything on it. Just wait, within the next three weeks the cast will be revealed.

They didn't have to re-edit it. They were editing ILM3 the whole time up until it got canceled. So, then they started to edit ILM4. So it was from scratch and they are putting a disclaimer up at the beginning to explain the skip of season 3.

That's your opinion. But you are also someone who is a fan of MTV challenges and specifically Fresh Meaters so this statement makes me laugh. Anyone on Vh1 and any 51 Minds produced show is a million times better than any challenge or anyone on it. 51 Minds shows have better castmembers, better shows, better drama, and they aren't annoying but very fun to watch. I dont sit through these shows being so irritated by the castmembers that I wish death upon them. They are very funny and refreshing.

I just don't understand what source could be more reliable then Punisher stating he got the most reliable source from 51 Minds telling him its going to air. I assume that Molds sources are not as good as someone involved directly with the production of the show.
Also, if you state you don't like VH1 shows saying that it will suck because it's VH1, what kind of sources would you have. I assume you may have good MTV related sources, but VH1, since you hate it I really doubt it.

LOL! Don't worry, it will air. There is still an open slot for the most important hour of VH1 shows, Monday at 9pm. That is meant to be their biggest timeslot. They put their best shows on that timeslot. So it must be ILM4, just wait and see everyone. Molds sources are either fake or false because I got it from the horses mouth itself. Sources don't match up to the real thing. Why would they go through a 2 month editing process then cancel it, it will air. They even set the premiere date and everything, he even said the supertrailer is done. They have everything ready.

I hope you are right about it airing, but I am still not completely convinced it is a sure thing to air. I wont be until I see a commercial for it.
I don't need to wait, 51 Minds obviously went through everything with lawyers about ILM4. ILM3 was the only one needed to be canceled, the MWAM guys on ILM4 will not sue them cause they WANT the show to air. That is what will make them happy, not make them want to sue them. I can't stress it enough, I GOT IT STRAIGHT OUT OF THE HORSES MOUTH! The producer is who Punisher asked for god sake! The producer is the one who helps edit the show, distribute it and decides when they want to give it to VH1 to air.

When it comes to suing, I highly doubt any of these VH1 personalities have the brains to think of suing VH1 or 51 Minds. And even if they tried, I'm sure 51 Minds would easily crush them because 1.) They probably have a much stronger legal team than one person 2.) I'm sure there is a lot in the contract between a contestant and the company that prevents suing under certain circumstances, and 3.) Nothing (none of the murders) occurred on either of the shows. So I don't think there's much proof that 51 Minds is liable. Yeah something COULD have occurred, but it's all "what if's".
So I think in short, 51 Minds and VH1 are safe from being sued.

Not all of them have lawyers. But it was ILM3 who had the killer. ILM4 doesn't have him on it, so why could they sue them for ILM4? He was on ILM3 and Megan Wants A Millionaire and that is all. Those two were canceled so I see no harm with ILM4.

The shows are what is called an "asset" of 51 Minds. Once ILM4 or anything related to it (trailer, cast release, etc) is released to the general public, it becomes an asset.
When you sue someone, you want to sue them for all they are worth. That includes any assets. The more assets, the better, the more money you get.

Oh, right. 51 Minds don't seem to be that scared since they still are going to show Entertainer's show, confirmed Rock of Love 4, New York confirmed I Love NY 3, Megan is getting a new show and Daisy of Love 2. I heard casting starts in Jan for DOL2.
But... I think what VH1 is trying to do is slow down on the 51 Minds shows. They sued to have like 3-4 airing at the same time, but now they are only having 1 or 2 per week. I think 51 Minds are going to continue but I just think they are going to slow down. Poprah from IWTWFD2 said she had a meeting with 51 Minds about something that can change her life. I guess she may be getting her own show too. I still think ILM4 will air if they plan on airing Entertainers show.
But when you are saying they will be sued. By who though? The cast mates don't plan on that, Weasel said that's what his lawyer was for and he lost the battle. 51 Minds won that and Weasel may have actually won ILM3 since he was the only one from the show who got involved with a lawyer. He definitely got to the final 2. So he either came 2nd or won.
