I'm guessing he meant that as a joke.
A buddy of mine try out for the real world and he got a mentally challenged problem And a very interesting story he was in the age range and everything. I guess BMP got thiers picks. they didnt pick him
I think it would be cool if the Real world casted someone who was in a wheelchair. This would bring more awarness and they are usually ignored. I think it would also be unique if they had a an aboriginal American castmember. I don't know if this has ever happened as well.

I think someone in a wheelchair is probably a bad idea just because of the layouts of all the houses and because I could easily see that person getting left out of a lot.
It could be, but it also could be a good way in which the world could get informed on their daily struggles as well. I also have thought about it and think that someone who is blind would also be a cool perspective in which the real world has never covered. I don't know though if it would be possible but the ultimate fighter had someone who was deaf as well. These are people who I would like to see potrayed on t.v.

I deaf person would be even more problematic since communication is a big part of the show. If I were in the house with a deaf person, I wouldn't mind it. I think it would be fun just so long as I could understand him/her--some deaf people are better speakers than others. There was a deaf kid in my dorm who played soccer, spoke well, and did well in school. A lot of people were surprised he was deaf. I have also known deaf people who could not communicate well at all other than in writing or sign which would suck on RW. A blind person, however, would be a brilliant idea IMO if you got the right one--hip with a good sense of humor and generally good disposition.
I mainly wrote don a deaf person because they have been on television such as Matt Hamill who is a UFC fighter and Marlee Matlin who is an actress have managed to have careers in jobs that are about talking and communication.
my point is on the thier website it says 18-24. but they have people that are 25 on the show. at the casting call in dc some people where 25 and they wouldnt let them apply

There is some kind of thing where you have to be 24 on the first day of production, but can turn 25 on the show... Can't remember where I read it.
While I agree that its important to have a diverse cast, its also more important that the cast is interesting and have strong background stories as well as strong beliefs and future aspirations. The reason why it always seems like the same set of 'characters' is because THAT is the diversity. It comes in varying degrees each season.
I wish people on the forums, news article comment pages, and twitter would stop complaining that there is only one black guy in 'chocolate city' (DC season). There was also only one blonde girl, no conservatives, etc. (don't see anyone complaining about that!) yet the cast is still very diverse and come from all different walks of life. The comments about 'there should be more blacks on the DC season' are disgusting because they focus on race, not individualism. Its NOT about the color of your skin, its about who you are as an individual. If they had chosen several blacks simply because it was DC, people would be saying 'oh, whats its only blacks because its DC?'
Bunim Murray and MTV have been doing this for years and have recieved so many candidates. I'm confident that they chose the best possible cast based on both individual merit as well as how they would interact as a group.
People seem to always find something to complain about. If you are unhappy with the way things are in the world, quit complaining and start acting to change it.

Not me I'm pretty sure this cast will suck just like most of the other modern seasons have.

Your just a big ball of positivity aren't you.

While keeping within the topic of diversity...Do you mind explaining why you feel this way about this and previous casts? Or perhaps what you would like to have seen instead for the DC cast? What would you like to see for future casts ?
That would make for a much better (and constructive!) post than just a broad statement blatant negativity saying that they "will suck".
TJ - :thank_you2: ditto
Maybe they sucked cause the lack of not only diversity but interpersonal problems.Brooklyn I loved but they put people with similair interests and attitudes making for a bland cast,Cancun had diversity but most werent real/There I loved Jasmine,Ayiia and Bronne and the rest beside Joey and Jonna faded in from time to time.I think if we get diverse people like older RW were everyone had diffrent hopes and atiitudes and likes.I feel if they just go back o 7 roomates it would be easier to focus on everyone like Hollywood and Sydney were every got camera time.Sarah,Jd,Katelynn,Chet,Ryan all had storylines the other three not so much they had 30 min/sec clips every random momnet same with Cancun Jasmine/Jonna were the last half while Ayiia/Joey were the beg. and Bronne Toward the middle with that one episode Emilee,CJ,and Derek were like camera crew DC From the trailer/Spoilers shows me who there going to be focus on Callie,Andrew,Erika, and Maybe Mike,Josh .With Emily-Ty-Ashley serving Two Episodes of randoom drama for a break from te Main Rommates.
LMAO at Emilee, Derek, and CJ being the camera crew.
As for DC, how you judge how much airtime they will get from the trailer? Jonna and Jasmine didn't get any airtime in the Cancun trailer and they pretty much got the whole entire second half of the season to themselves.
I remember thinking that I would love Jonna but it didn't quite end up like that! Jasmine was great but she pretty much had to carry the whole second part of the season.

Im basing loosly off the Trailer more on spoliers that we heard It seemed Ashley,Emily or Ty are more low-key cause we only heard few thing about them more things about the others

Actually there has been a lot of discussion about Ty, have you seen his vevmo thread or the have you kept up with Wiggy's twitter? There's alot more info floating around than you think. I feel like I actually know the roommates already.
Me Too I just want 7 roomates cause one or more always disappear even when there seven 8 just seems really big IDK why .Hopefully theres no BoyS vs Girls its getting to childish.Just took a look at Ty page I feel dumb lol.If season 24 matches Location with Asian -Male,Hindi Indian Girl,Afro Female,Puerto Rican Male,Long Blonde Girl,Blonde Guy,Black Haired Guy and Short Blonde. It would bring diversity not saying personility.
I think Ty will be doing some crazy things. I also think Andrew will be really funny. They also can't have a ful cast of personalities or else the balance of the show would be out of wack.
I meant the people who attract the camera, through their personality or their actions. Yes, I know everyone has a personality and some of them are more over the top, that is why the whole cast can't be that way or else they kind of overdue it. It would be the same if everyone was mellow.
