At this stage of the game, Brad is replacing Danny as the paranoid prickly dude. On the plus side, Brad ain't talking smack like in the way Danny would normally do in confessionals, but on the flip side to that coin, his paranoia has reached the Danny level of "trimming the fat" mode. In this case, the only "fat" Brad feels the team needs to have trimmed is Miss Casey.
And as much as I like Brad he can't get mad at the fact that Casey is still there. Becasue he (and the rest of the challengers team) had the chance to get rid of her and they didn't do it. That's their own fault.
Adam is one of the least likable people ever on the challenge? There's a reason for what happened with him and CT...
He may be one of the most unlikeable people, but that's to us. A lot of the cast members like him. Anyways, this episode wasn't that boring to me. I think the mission they did looked fun, painful or not. And I was happy Sarah won and mixed about Darrell winning.
Casey has always been a bad competitor since Fresh Meat. On this challenge, she is accused of smoking and drinking all the time. Has she ever smoked before? She was never really shown as one of the crazier drunks, and her attitude changed a little. I think that before she used to get really upset when she lost and wanted to do well. She seems sort of complacent now. On Gauntlet 3, she even sacrificed herself because she knew she was her team's weak link, and now she seems more selfish and about making it to the end, and there isn't anything wrong with that but there is a shift.

I wonder if BMP is trying to portray her as the next Katie in terms of bringing up the smoking habit, at least. Katie would usually smoke at least 2 packs a day.
Casey is in no way Katie!!!
I thought that the comment that Kenny made about Sarah enjoying this more than her real life was hilarious! I do feel bad for her because she has no clue that make fun of her.
I really like Sarah and her attitud, but I agree she shouldnt told to Susie and Johana what was Challenger´s moves, even if this moves were not the best ones. I hope she didnt do this on purpose, because I really like her.
So good to see Johana go home, she wasnt doing anything in that challenge, just gave drama when Wes was in there.
About Brad situation with Casey, I think he compared her to Big E just because Big E was the cool guy on the past challenge and the team didnt send him to face off just because he was "friend", but at the end they noticed what a bad choice it was. I think this was what Brad mean, because Big E was a mess just in the final mission... Casey had suck in every single challenge!!!!
And finally, I really really hope Cohutta doesnt end up in a "relationship" with Casey... she is not good enough for him... and I even read she has a husband... dont know if this is true

It's Susie, not Casey. And yeah, she has a husband, at least last time i checked.
As for the Casey/Eric deal, good points there. I agree with what you said.

They were even making fun of her on the ruins replay..and she was sitting there with them.
You all know what i really think? i think that is very interesting that Wes's departure had a completely opposite effect on his ex girlfriends.. Kelly Anne, became more social and accepted and focus on the game.. whereas Jo became more detached and numb.. if you see all episodes, while wes was there, she was everywhere hanging out and really pump, and sneaking around for one on one discussions with Wes or about Wes.. after he left, she seems to only want to be on bed or away from people on the dailies, she is either moving away from the action, or laying down.. all conversations with her including appear to be initiated by people coming to where she is at, and sometimes, she is present on a conversation but not participating in them at all.. i think that having him around and loosing him again really affected her (even though imo she can do way better than Wes..)... plus she couldnt have the distraction of Kenny, since he wanted to behave due to his girlfriend back home.. plus the super fan always behind him..
and i will venture to guess, that she knew she had a better chance against Kim (or Casey) than against the really motivated Sarah, but she wanted Sarah to get her money.. im not 100% sure she throw the challenge, but by been "mentally ok with loosing" she couldnt win.. which she could have, since her face off on the island, was also water related, she said it was her element, and she did very well on it..
i am sad to see her go, but is better someone who really wanted to keep in it was able to.
Can I just say its really hard to root for anybody on this challenge besides Cohutta and Dunbar?
Its really sad to hear Brad talk about how these challenges are his life, he just sounds so desperate.
I would say Sarah but considering some of the stuff that I've heard went on behind the scenes..yeah I'm not gonna go there.
I haven't really been rooting on a team, but individual people. Actually, in a way, I am kind of going through the motions with this show now. It doesn't really have anything to do with certain people that were eliminated or sent home, either.
At this point, i'm starting to believe that the Champions truly have it in the bag. The mission record is embarrassing, ESPECIALLY if you're on the Challengers team. Brad is starting to lose it and it's very possible that he's gonna go loco.
I definitely felt bad for Cohutta being eliminated, he was pretty much the male version of Duel 2 Kim. Both won their first two eliminations against veterans, and both didn't have their third time being the charm, resulting in that one being the end of their winning streak.:(
On the plus side, thank God that Johanna is finally outta there!!! Susie may be a lot of things, but the main reasons she's the last female on the Champions team is due to her forming the right connections with her team, as well as NEVER giving up mentally before facing off. Now that she's pretty much gonna be on the remaining female eliminations by default, and the fact that the remaining Challenger females ain't exactly THAT strong, i expect Susie to further extend her undefeated elimination face off winning streak for sure!
Home. Where she should be.
lol bite your tongue OPD - Veronica is one of the true vets left and her presence was really missed on this episode. IMO anyway
i think the champs are gonna put darrell in the ruins again and he goes off that could be why he on fresh meat2. there are two ruins left? yeah somebody is going to get screwed over at the last minute by kenny, evan, and johnny.
I wasn't rooting for a team either, but there are certain people I did/do want to win...
I know some people won't like the people I am going to name, but this is an open forum to discuss your thoughts so here are/were the people I want/wanted to see win:
Katie, Ibis, Veronica, Brad, Cohutta, Wes, Johnny and KellyAnne.
Both my reasons are from a personal and strategic viewpoint, for almost all of the above mentioned cast members.

Kellyanne and Sarah are the strongest girls on the challengers team with Kim not too far behind.

True but if the males in the Champions team are okay with letting Susie stay, i don't think she'll be facing KA or Sarah. And since so far it looks like Susie gets to pick, of course she'd go for the easier surefire victories with Kim and Casey when the next female eliminations come around. She'd be foolish not to, considering both KA and Sarah do have a chance at beating her while Kim and Casey is the better strategy.

I concur! Kim is much stronger than Casey, but not as strong as KA or Sarah.
Thus, Susie as we all here know choose Kim and Casey taking them both out in separate elimination rounds.
Just to say it was sad to see Cohutta go home for two reasons really. 1. I happen to like him...he is easily one of the most likable guys in my opinion. 2. His wins in the Ruins were the few shinning moments for the Challengers. The Champions control the game and have managed to keep a strong team while the Challengers have lost almost all their guys. Sad to say but their chances of winning are very slim.
And Brad has every right to be frustrated but it's pointless to confront Casey. They had a perfect chance to get rid of her but never did. Getting rid of Casey now is like switching seats on the Titanic...a little too late.
I was happy to see Johanna go home but sad to see Cohutta go home! So it was a good / bad episode for me!
question. johanna said something about this being the first time she has ever had to go head to head with someone... so she really has coasted through these things?? i never really liked her on these challenges (i liked her on RW) because it always SEEMED like she was coasting through and never having to prove herself as a competitor, but I thought maybe that was just how she was being portrayed.... my opinion of her as a competitor has dropped yet another level. ( but i think she seems like an okay person in life)
She went in on the Island, but I don't think that was counted as head to head, since she went against two other people in the first, and three in the second.
If Johanna was such a horrible competitor she would have already been gone. Evan and Kenny wouldn't risk it.
