I don't think they would do that, but it would be cool if they let fans vote for the city.
Honestly, I feel like I trust BMP with casting more than I do the public. They interview the potentials far more than any of us would during the online process. I feel like they have made enough great seasons off casting, that if the people voted for the whole season, it just wouldn't work. The cast would not be dynamic with each other.
I'm not saying that they wouldn't make the small group of 15 or 20 but then they could leave the rest to us. We as fans could be given this luxury even once not only do I think it would make for a more interesting cast. I find they usually go for 2 types of casts the serious cast i.e. Brooklyn, or Philly or the second option is the crazy seasons i.e. Sydney, Austin, and a few others. It would also give us invested interest in the people that are on the show as we have choosen them. A flaw to this though could lead to us having to take the blame. Really I only bring this up because the last 2 seasons I thhink their were only a couple good castmates i.e. J.D. he was awesome, Ryan, Joey, Bronne, and Katelyn.

Wow, I can't believe you guys are going to steretype Missoula like that. Maybe, just maybe they went to Missoula because Katelyn from Real World Brooklyn is from there and they would try their luck agian. Also from what I have heard for casting for this season it seems like they openly (to the media which directly is viewed by us) that they don't know what they are looking for. So I personally will not judge the cast until we see it.
I thought she originally from their. Then she moved down to Florida. She even stated in her the after show there were only 2 reasons why she was staying in Florida.
1.Her job
2.Her awesome apartment
and so when she quit her job she couldn't afford her apartment and moved back to Montana.

they did an online voting thing for back to new york and Lori got casted from it =) I think that was a good pick.
So0o0o does anyone know how far along they are in the casting process. Like do they have any candidates yet or are they all still in preliminary stages? I find it odd because it seems like a long process, but those that interviewed early on could possibly be really far in -yet they still have open calls till the end of this week i think. O well, just my thoughts.
PS. anyone have friends in the process that are kinda far in. I'm rooting for my girl!

I got a question about the recruiting via email request in the driving distance of the cities they listed, Is that for to get a vip pass in the cities they are doing the mass calls in> or if they think your interesting, they will meet you in the requested city from the list you choose to have them recruit you?
I think it would be so cool to see my home country represented on the real World. Canada but not the place everyone usually thinks of i.e. Toronto or Vancouver but instead Montreal, or maybe the capital of the Country Canada Ottawa.

My friend sent in her home tape last week, i think the home tape is like one of the later stages of the process...but i'm not sure. either way I'm happy for her. I hope they pick her so I can visit her in a really cool destination!!!
