At the Library- hey Gina!
So I'm trying to kill time here at the public library...haven't seen the Ruins yet but hopefully it isn't too miserable to watch. Still hate those *****ers.
I'm sure I will see it soon though- in the meantime, my Yankees continue to dominate!!!
In short, yes I am still alive. I've just been away for a minute. Thank you all for the support and I will try and respond adequately soon.

Yes, I'm aware of that blog. I'm under the impression that she either didn't write it, or wrote it while still in Canada.
I have noticed (and have been told) that Ev is a regular MySpacer-someone that logs in every day, approves comments, adds friends, etc.
After the log-in on the 8th, she did not log in until the 14th (or 15th, I can't remember), which seems fairly odd had she been off the challenge.
With the 8th being around a halfway point for the challenge, they may have been given limited Internet access-enough time for Ev to either log in and post a short blog, or send an email to have someone else do it.
In addition to that, eliminations are generally on Tuesdays and Fridays; writing a blog on Thursday seems a bit out of place.
Looks like Ryan actually learned how to play the game,Katelynn may be against the whole Wes and Kenny alliance.Mandi And Jen seem to bump heads and alot of the girls look the same.
OK...based on social networking shtuff, I've gotten some more spoilers...
-The "Exile King" Wes only went into one Exile this season...and he got beat.
-Kenny, Landon, and Jillian all went into at least 2 Exiles.
-Jeff seriously hurt his knee during his Exile.
-The first five teams out only went into one Exile.
-At least five teams won at least one Exile.
Yeah he was the big dog on the last 3, but with Landon on this one, he doesn't seem like the big dog. But I do still think he's up there as one of the best.
Which Fresh Meat kissed Ryan in the trailer? I didn't know any of them were gay.
Yeah I didn't know any of them were gay either. It could just be a straight guy too.
I couldn't tell who was the guy and girl making out at the end of the trailer.

Straight guys don't really make out with other guys.
I saw Vinny and Sarah, Laurel and Kenny, Ryan and Luke. I'll double check it to see which couple you're talking about.
Also saw Jenn making out with Pete, and two girls in a shower, one of which appeared to be (big surprise) Paula.
As for the couple at the end...I am not positive. Definitely 2 Fresh Meaters...a girl with darker skin which I'm pretty sure is Laurel, and a guy which I'm pretty sure is Pete.
It says on his myspace he's straight. but you're right straight guys don't really make out with gay guys unless they're like drugged up rockstars (Dave Navarro)
A few more tidbits (thanks, social networks!):
-The last 4 Exiles took place within a week of each other.
-The team that went into the last Exile had less than 24 hours to recoop for the final mission, most likely putting them at a huge disadvantage.
-Out of the final 4 teams, all went into at least one Exile; three went into at least two.
-The teams that won the first three Exiles were in the final 4.
To be completely honest, I never thought Wes was one of the elite competitors on these challenges to begin with so I'm not shocked to see him lose on The Ruins & then lose again on this challenge.
These Exiles are really not all that complicated... you carry a weight and run with it. Any of the top tier male competitors on the challenges would not have much difficulty in performing well in them, and if you look back at who Wes and Casey beat in their Exiles, those teams were not exactly world beaters. Plus, they are team elimination face-offs so you don't have the true 1-on-1, head-to-head physical aspect of seeing who is better.
He did win the first Duel, but lets be honest, that cast had a lot of cupcakes on it. Evan & CT consistently out performed Wes by a longshot in basically every challenge except for the two that were swimming based. I also have no doubt that the two of them would've mopped the floor with Wes quite easily in any of the Duels. Three of the four Duels were strength/endurance based and Wes took almost 20 minutes to wrestle a pole away from a 160 pound guy. The cards just fell in his favor on that challenge and stuff worked out for him as perfectly as it could've possibly gone with CT taking out Evan and CT getting DQ'ed against Brad... the two strongest guys on the show got eliminated and Wes never had to go up against either of them in a do-or-die scenario.
He's a great schemer & great at getting drama going and is good TV... but as far as this whole aura of him being an unstoppable, unbeatable force on these challenges... he is not in the same league as the top tier guys.

That makes me SO happy! I much more enjoy seeing teams that fought for their spots more than just socially...

Well said townie.
I think it would be really funny if Kenny was the one who sent home Wes.
