I had a week off, so in my boredom I read this whole series again. Including Midnight Sun. I also read all the posts in this thread to see where everybody stood with these books and movies.
I used to make fun of all these people addicted to Twilight, I could not see what the big deal was. Then I read the books, Stephenie Meyer is such a descriptive writer, she makes you feel as if you were there.
I want to know more about Bella and Edward's life together after she becomes a vampire. I want to know more about Reneesme and Jacob. Hell I want to know more about the other covens and the Volturi.
I feel like the movies cannot come out fast enough!
Do you think they will do Breaking Dawn in 1 movie or 2?

I did too, and with as much that happens in that book, I cannot see it being broken down into 1 movie. There is just too much to cover!

I say they do casing calls witha specific description and get a bunch of kids that look very similar to play her at each phase of her quick aging process...I could live with CGI once she hit a certain age...like where she can walk and talk on her own that way they can make the mannerism's more mature than a real child's would be.

I agree. The only the problem I think they would encounter with CGI is when she is only a few days old. They said CGI hasn't hit that stage yet, but I'm sure it would get there soon.

I think they should cast a few real babies for the first week or two of her life so that we get the full effect of a new born baby... even a toddler for when Bella first wakes up but once she starts walking and talking to switch it to CGI.

I agree Stacee....not to mention the child has to be able to touch people's faces on cue. It will be very interesting to see how they work out Reneesme in the storyline.

I am impatient waiting for New Moon - gahhhh they should not have started promoting it so early!! Although New Moon is my least favorite book in the series. I've always hated Jacob (however Taylor is hot, just not R Patz or Kellan FINE). I am REALLY looking forward to Eclipse though ... Rosalie and Jasper were not explored nearly enough in Twilight.
I'm thinking about reading the series for a 4th time - should I? I don't wanna burn out (if thats even possible) but its like visiting an old friend - gawd how pathetic am I???
