Haha thats very funny. They are also a baseball team from Texas who swept the red sox about three weeks ago and are going to do it again this weekend.
I guess not. :D

Ok well 2 out of 3 wont be bad. It will give us a half game lead in the wildcard. Boston got lucky last night.

Frank Francisco was only the fourth pitcher this decade to give up 7+ hits and 6+ runs in a save situation. Talk about getting brutalized!

It really was brutal. One of those situations where you are so embarrassed that you have to look away. Can we do it again tonight though? ;)

It is Penny on the mound, so our bats are going to have to be hitting.
p.s. I miss Youk!

************ as my friends like to say. The bats need to show up tonight.
I have always been a Youk fan ever since he started with us and was shuttling between Pawtucket, Lowell and Fenway all the time. I miss his sweaty head, his ridiculous(ly awesome!) ****** hair, his funny faces, oh yeah and his baseball skills! ;) Oh Greek God of Walks, come back to us!!

Yeah that was a very ugly outing. I was so suprised he did so poorly because before he was injured he had been lights out all year. But i think it was a fluke and we will rough up Penny tonight.
WOW! The man who cant pitch worth a **** finally WON! Ironically, the man who can't hit for **** actually got an RBI single. GOd .125 vs righties......omg why did we pick him up.
So I am stuck watching the Dodgers/Cubs game out here on the west coast and missing all this great offense!! Way to come out early Sox! Now just stick with it through all 9 innings :)
Oh dammmmmmmn. This is just cold hard revenge today! I'm loving it!
p.s. Bad week to have Burnett on my fantasy roster. Oh well. I don't mind taking one for the team. :D

Agreed! Just wish I could be watching it. Hopefully we don't wear out our bats and this can continue tomorrow when I can watch some Yankee crushing!
Rangers avoided the sweep today. Now we need the yankees to beat the sox tonight, so we can be 1 game behind in the wildcard. I hate saying this but lets go Yankees!!
Can that girl who was just accidentally broadcast just stay on air and take the place of Joe Morgan? Please?! I hope they keep having technical problems with Joe Morgans mic so that he can jsut stay quiet for the next few hours :)
Also, did I mention I hate Jeter? Cause I do.
Jeter is a punk. He and A-Rod are two peas in a pod...
Actually, player for player the Yankees have more *******s per capita than any other MLB team. Not sure why (maybe Steinbrenner brings in like minded folks?)

I've heard there are squabbles happening between their respective girlfriends, Kate Hudson and Minka Kelly, that resembles the relationship the two players have. Their ego's can't seem to fit in one giant new dressing room...
Truthfully, Joba is my least favorite Yankee to come through in a while.
Errors rule (when they are not made by the Sox)!
We needed that gift...although Beckett is bound to give up another run this inning...
Oh....look at the time. Hung is just about on! :D
Haha, I am holding out hope that the relievers will come in and blow it! I only get to watch a handful of games, so I'll stick around for a bit longer ;)

I understand. For you this is like going to see a movie. No matter how bad it is, you'll see it through.
For me this is like a daily soap and if I don't like the current story arc - I'll change the channel. ;)
