Although, I'm not sure if they should have made her hallucinations of Edward visible unlike just hearing his voice in the book....... don't get me wrong, I'm all for seeing more of R-Patz, but I do think it would have been a stronger ending when they reunite in Italy if we hadn't seen much of him during the months they were seperated...

Looks like we are getting a new Victoria...Rachelle Lefevre is doing a movie with Dennis Hoffman so they recasted the role and Bryce Dallas Howard will play her for the third movie Eclipse.
I really like BDH a lot so I am not complaining, LOL.
What has BDH been in? I'm not familiar with her.
I just hope she looks similiar to the original Victoria, b/c if she didn't look anything like the Victoria of the first two movies it could come off as cheesy.

I don't know if this was discussed before, but I was on IMBD.com and saw that the release date for Eclipse is June 30,2010. I think that they should have waited at least a year after New Moon to release this.

Haha. I don't mind it being released soon at all, it's just that I thought the producers would put more time into it. But I think the directors are brilliant, and regardless of how long production takes, I know Eclipse will be very EPIC!:D

I think part of the reason that they are rushing production so much is well, yes it's a cash cow. BUt there's also the concern that the vampires aren't supposed to age. And having a bunch of actors in their late teens to early twenties it's going to be difficult to pull that off if they spaced the movies out more. I just hope the rush to get the series in the can doesn't take anything away from the quality of the films.
I liked Kristen Stewart as Bella until I've read about some of the snotty remarks she has made about the films. It seems that she kind of mocks it, but no matter what you think of the story, this role is the oppurtunity of a lifetime for any young actress. And let's face it sister; you're not Johnny Depp or Leo Dicaprio, it's a bit early for you to be taking stands on your artistic integrity. She's an okay actress, but her performances seem to fall somewhat flat at times.
I never would have pictured Nikki Reed as Rosalie, and I totally agree that someone else should have gotten it. I loved her in the movie 13, but after reading the books she doesn't embody Rosalie Hale at all.
Of course I looooove R-Patz as Edward Cullen, and the guy who plays Emmet fits the part perfectly. The actor playing Jasper hasn't really had a chance to be a big enough part of the storyline for me to make a fair judgement yet. And I really love the actors playing Alice and Jacob, I think they fit what I pictured while reading the book perfectly!

I was at my mom's yesterday with a People mag with R-Patz on the cover and she had the nerve to say she didn't think he was very hot! Of course I had to come to his honor for 20 minutes debating his sexy bad boy qualities and appeal! Le sigh. Some people just don't get it. ;)

I know that this is unpopular but I do not like Robert as Edward or Kristen as Bella. When I read the books I never pictured them as those two. And I read the books after the first movie came out. I have nothing against either Robert or Kristin, I like them both, but they are not Bella or Edward to me.

Robert was not Edward to me either until I saw the previews and the movie...I think he played the Edward part with equal amounts of dreaminess and dark self-loathing creepiness that Edward embodies in the book.
Kristen I thought was...[I]meh[/I]...but it is her attitude towards the entire series that really bugs me and makes me dislike her. She is just so ungrateful of the success and money and recognition that this has brought her, but if she didn't want any of that, she should have never accepted the part. Twilight was a phenomonon before the movies so she should have know what comes with the territory. She needs to be grateful to the fans who pay to see her movies that in turn supports her pot head ways.
