What Could Be Done to Improve the Challenges?

Of course TJ. Things have to get worse before they get better and I think luck will come back. The Ruins should be promising because of a new idea, and a great cast! Two major things they improved on.

Now all of them, with the exception of The Miz, have returned. So I have already thought the era was ending only to have my hopes return!

As long as any combination of Paula, Casey, Evan, Kenny, John or Johanna are there, the Corals, the Beths, etc., would get put on the back burner. It was like that on [I]Duel 2, The Island[/I] and [I]Gauntlet 3[/I]. The editors need to get their priorities straight.

She said The Duel 2 was her favorite challenge), but I know eventually Johnny, Kenny, Evan, Casey, Paula, Diem, etc. will have to stop doing challenges someday. I'm just happy to see that my love Veronica is back after a 4 year hiatus from challenges!

I think the whole Talpa Media Acquisition of BMP can improve the challenges. Also, BMP can definitely improve the challenges by bringing back CT....just kidding.

Once they saw their huge casting mistake, BMP brought back the veterans to give life to the challenges. Problem with that is that it just all seems like recycled drama. Hopefully, Talpa resources will improve BMP casting. I do think that they should do another season of Road Rules or Fresh Meat. If they keep casting the same people, it really does not matter how exciting they make the missions.

It doesn't matter how many people they cast, it depends on who accepts their invitations to the challenges. I'm sure BMP would love for alot of the older vets to come back but people move on with their lives. Why do people continue to think that they just invite the same people everytime? Its all on who accepts their invitations. Most of the people either have moved on, or are doing something in their life and a challenge is not something they want to do. Its not like they plan to have the same people on every challenge. Not everyone who did the Real World/ Road Rules wants to be on 85 challenges for the rest of their lives. People move on. BMP can invite anybody they please, its up the actual cast members to accept them. Ibis is a great example. I heard she has been getting invited back for years but has been in school. A cast member is not going to come on a show just to make the audience happy, they are real people have lives too. And now that she's done, she can come back to the challenges if she wants. And why does everyone think everyone in the world hates Fresh Meat? A ton of people especially younger viewers, love Kenny and Evan. We on Vevmo do not represent everyone that watches challenges. And its not just Fresh Meat that appear on every challenge or every other challenge. AND Btw, Casey hasn't been on a challenge since Gauntlet 3, so I don't know anyone's saying she's on every challenge. (OPD insert the beating the dead horse picture please)

I don't like Casey either but we haven't seen her in awhile. The Gauntlet was taped in 2007, its been awhile for her.

I'm not saying that the cast is completely to blame for this but I do think it is a contributing factor. As for Casey, yes, we haven't seen her in a while but she doesn't bring much to the challenge. I just can't wrap my head around why BMP would cast the blonde bimbo with no endearing qualities over someone like Aviv. Kenny, Evan and Diem do have a fanbase but I don't think they're as fanatical as fans of the veterans who tune in just to see their favorites like Coral, The Miz and even CT.

Actually I never saw that season (fresh meat), was it really that terrible though? I don't know, I just get tired of seeing the same people in back to back to back to back to back challenges, no matter where they're from. It had Coral, Theo, Tonya, Derrick, Darrell, and Tina. It wasn't as bad as I3 or the Island. Coral had some good quotes, you can still watch it on mtv.com Oh and DEAD at your hang nail comment. Seriously though thats what its like around here.
