Dan always gets credit for the argument, but honestly she owned him. He called her a stupid ***** and she called hima ****ing ****** and ******. ****, he was stunned.
Also, remember Melissa initially was coming off as the sweet and innocent one. And later on the cast saw her bad side. Especially with her hanging with Flora. I remember Cynthia saying they didn't mind Flora being - well, being Flora, so much - but it bothered them that Melissa had been sly.
I love that cast. Upon rewatching New York I, I love Julie. She is so normal and pretty. I love the homeless episode with Darlene. Wonder whatever happend to her...
So where would you like to see The Real World be held at for the next few seasons?
For me It would be Atlanta, Houstin, and somewhere tropical and sunny like Key West, San Diego, and Cancun.
How about you all?
i think it would be cool to have a season out of the country, like maybe some where in eruope or asia
Which Real World castmember do you feel is the least well known to the public and just dissapeared after their season...
I feel Beth A., Mohammad, the London cast minus Jacinda, Sarah and Joe from Miami, Justin and Kaia from Hawaii, Kelley from N.O, Nicole B2NY, Carrie, Simon, Willie, Jose, and Sarah from Hollywood.
Sarah from hollywood! Did she ever get married?
Yeah to be honest, Sarah was the only nice one on Miami, yet I ended up loving the cast of Miami for the most part.
Really, you thought only Sarah was nice? The only really abrasive person to me was Flora. And though she was, for viewers it was entertaining. Dan was dramatic at times and seemed like he could be something to deal with maybe every now and then. Joe seemed difficult with the business deal and seemed like he could have his little moods sometimes. Of course Melissa had her obnoxious moments. I have seen people refer to Cynthia as the b word, but I don't get that. I think Cynthia was one of the coolest castmembers of RW. I didn't get the b vibe from her at all. I can't remember anything bad from Mike.

Yup. I sincerely think that Sarah was the only nice one. Doesn't mean the other cast members didn't have their moments or I didn't like them. I just feel as though Sarah was the only nice one. Remember her little friends?
Also, some Real World cities I think are possible for the season after DC. I dont think they will do Detroit or Atlanta only because they have been mentioned for so long and so has DC, and they decided to do DC. They cant do all these cities at once.
The Real World: Raleigh
Boise
Cincinnati
Vancouver

I agree. I actually liked Paris a lot.
Yes, Raleigh, Boise, Cincinnati, Vancouver...all sound great. Wish they would do Detroit & Atlanta too.
I think they may go to Europe next season...maybe Madrid or Rome. I'm starting to notice a trend:
RW:NY=RW:Brooklyn
RW:LA=RW:Cancun
RW:SF=RW:DC
So maybe RW:24 will be out of the country location? LOL
I'm sort of surprised that out of all the locations the Real World has been at, only New York has been repeated. I'm thinking they'll be doing another season in Los Angeles in a few years.
Will the real world ever have:
-An Asian Male
-An atheist and a Christian
-An Overweight person
-A racist person or close minded
-A Homophobic
-Someone with a mental disorder
-Someone with Diabetes
-A person who has or had Depression
-Obesity (didn't put it with overweight, because I think there is a difference)
-Someone who "hates" their own culture or Religion
-Even a person considered a "dork" or "geek"
I will love to see the Real World include different stories from my list. Those are issues that we face today, and no one likes to speak about it, and be real. When will society "stop being polite, and start getting REAL"?

Lamb Chop, season 20 was originally Back 2 LA, but instead subtitled Hollywood. Its the same idea though.
RW 1-NY
Rw 10- B2NY
RW 2-Los Angeles
RW 20-Hollywood
Close minded was definitely on there Producer. Mike from Real World Back to NY is an example.
And I am pretty sure depression affects everyone at some point.

Yes, but there is A LOT of new faces watching the show. It's time to bring someone else.

They have to have an asian male sometime.
I believe in some sense I am sure there has been an athiest and a Christian, just no conflict was ever brought up. It reminds me of the Passion of the Christ argument during RW: Philadelphia.
An overweight person, yes, soon. I mean they have had Heather, Sharon, Leah, and RR had Donnell. So I think if one is interesting enough, then yes.
Racist or close minded? This is the basic idea of Real World. They cast people like Julie [NY] for this effect, and it usually doesnt work. With more open minded people then ever today, I do not think we will see an extreme racist. the closest thing you will get is Kimberly and Frank's unknowing racism.
Mental disorder has been covered, Joey [Hollywood] bipolarism.
Diabetes would be a good storyline. I know too many people that suffer from this. Possbly could go along with the overweight/obese castmember.
Obese is possible. In todays times it would be a good idea. Usually obese people I know are hilarious, so I think it would be a good idea.
Hating your own culture would be interesting. I remember Nicole during B2NY accusing Malik of this.
The "dork" or "geek" has been covered by Judd, Sarah [Miami] and Sarah [Hollywood] to an extent. I hear there is an extreme dork on this summers Big Brother. He would be interesting
Topics that haven't been covered or should be covered again:
- Someone with OCD
- Someone with psychic abilities
- Someone who was or is homeless
- A recovering drug/meth addict
- Someone with cancer ( I realize that this was partially covered with Kevin from B2NY, but it would be interesting to have someone struggling with cancer on the show)
- Someone with a severe disability
- Someone who may have had a limb amputated
- An extreme racist who is unwilling to change
- A bi-racial person that hates one side of their culture
- An adopted person
- Someone who recently found out they had HIV
- Someone with schizophrenia
- A reformed sex-addict (may include prostitutes)
- Someone who recently immigrated to the United States
- An anti-social narcissist
- A right wing conservative/ traditionalist
- Someone who is considered a little person
- A guy struggling with anorexia
