I don't think they'd do one either way unless they were to cast some weaker males and some really, really strong females (Rachel, Ev, etc.) that could actually compete with the guys. The first BOTS wasn't full of tons of strong guys, but BOTS2 definitely was.

Jesus, they were really grasping at straws that season.. The good news is, it'll be almost impossible to do another vets vs rookies thing, if they should ever do another Gauntlet. So, they can stop doing such a terrible job at balancing the teams.

Once you've done two, you're a Veteran so it would be hard to find that many people with only one or no challenges under their belt. Just look at the Rookies of G3 now. Of them, only Zach, Angel, and Alex would still be considered Rookies.

For me I would say Gauntlet 2.[/quote] I loved Gauntlet II. Probably one of my favorite challenges all time. Sucky finale, however, which was the one true flaw I saw with the show. But yes, GII was definitely my favorite Gauntlet season. GIII was real fun to watch, but on paper the rookie team versus season 1 and 2 is laughable - at best. I love Alton and Lando.

On a different note, I recently watched Inferno III over again and .. here it comes .. I actually liked Johnny Bananas. Besides Alton, he was the only "Good Guy" I liked. Funny Bananas and Paula were on the Good Guy side. Poor Danny...does anyone besides Melinda and his close family ever like him or enjoy him on these shows? I am pretty sure most of Boston would agree and prefer CT on a warpath over Danny any day. *Edit: I actually liked Danny on RW:Austin and definitely felt for him when his mother passed away and the trauma he endured during shooting Austin. He seemed genuine and I think participating in the RR/RW Challenge shows kind of transformed Danny into this character that I can't imagine anyone liking or enjoying. Just my opinion though ;) Danny should fight Bananas and Derek (RR) for the coveted title of Elimination Round Challenge Choke Artist.

With the Duel and Ruins challenge already over for 2009 which challenge format do you want to see in 2010?...My choice is Battle of the Sexes 3, what's yours?

Gauntlet 2 would be my favorite as well, with Gauntlet 1 ranking in a close second. Both are in my Top 5 challenges, for sure.

I would like to see another Inferno/Gauntlet, preferably like GII where captain is in the gauntlet versus own teammate. I can't help but commend the way Alton played the game, and the whole rookie team rather, and would love to see challenges get back to more of a respect and honor basis rather than manipulation and screwing over friends, girlfriends, etc. Those were my favorite shows, and showed more of a "Team Spirit" aspect. I am probably overruled since screwing people over and manipulating to victory is more interesting to watch. So to answer, a Gauntlet/Inferno would be fun to watch if they were able to get back one or two old vets and add a few strong newbies. Good Guy versus Bad Ass would work too ;)

Well I know we probably won't be seeing another BOTS, so I'd want to see a Gauntlet 4 or another new concept. An Island 2 wouldn't be bad too, if improvements were made.

I think they're gonna do another Fresh Meat next... but I would like another Gauntlet, Inferno, or BOTSeasons.

I would love to see a second Fresh Meat season, hopefully with some cute and super buff athletic males, like Evan, who provide good commentary preferably can compete on a Landon/Alton/Abe/CT level. Is that asking for too much? Also, for the girls I would like to see some Evelyn's emerge. Hell, if they did a Fresh Meat 2 I would totally send in a tape since I love physical outdoorsy competitive stuff ;)

The thought of another Fresh Meat makes me cringe. No offense to anybody who wants one, but I just do not at all. I don't see any need to bring in new castmembers anyways, when we have Sydney, Hollywood, Brooklyn, and soon Cancun. Plus, I'm sure some of the "alumni" on it would be original Fresh Meaters, and that would be terrible.

The cast on the rookie side was meh, but loved it!! The Duel 2 and the Island don't compare at all but the original Gauntlet was gold.

There is nothing left to do with The Gauntlet, and The Inferno is done, because most cast members are bad Asses. The Duel is so different that I wouldn't mind seeing it more. A 2nd Fresh Meat is out of the question pretty much. I think V1 said that the whole idea is pretty much burried. Island would need major changes done.
