How about you all?[/quote] I liked the Duel 2 cast better, although there were a few people I could do without (Nedermeyer, Paula, Robin, Ryan). There was just no excitement to the challenge, and everyone just followed the big alliance. I liked the first Duel better because of the "outcast" alliance. The whole list thing was boring and predictable. Unless you count the CT fight, there was no REAL drama. The love "triangles" don't count either.

I agree with the thought that Duel 2's cast was better than Duel's cast. Duel 2 was dull, but I didn't really enjoy Duel much, either, and it has been at the bottom of my list for a while now. Duel 2 will be down there with it, though. I also agree that Duel did have an edge on Duel 2 in terms of the the outsiders versus the insiders story.

I prefer team challenges, they are way more exciting.

My favorite Gauntlet season, hands down was the first one. The other two don't even come close IMO. I know we didn't discuss Infernos, but my favorite out of those was the first one as well. I just got done rewatching it the other day and it was A LOT better than I remember it being. I haven't seen Inferno II in a long time, so I'll need to rewatch that one. I must've been one of the few to actually enjoy Duel II... I mean it wasn't the best challenge ever, but I liked seeing Rachel and Mark do well.

The best ones are always the originals (Inferno 1 , Gauntlet 1 , BOTS 1, and the First Duel). Inferno 2 was great, but the first one was better. Inferno 3...one the worst challenges to date.

Is there a whatever happened to...? thread. because I remember Shayne from Australia saying he wanted to do challenges and hes never showed up. Same with Msaada. And even Ayanna hasnt been back.

I loved Inferno 1. Nothing could beat the Leah v. Kendal Inferno when everyone went bat**** insane and all of a sudden there's a shot of David streaking through the Inferno.

Haha... Stale meat. That's a good one. :) I remember back when Speak Reality and Tubescan were up and running, I read that M'saada wanted to do a challenge but had never been asked. So I don't remember a whole lot about Inferno 3. I actually think I stopped watching it at the end. I remember Jenn went into the Inferno a lot, but what was the reasoning for that? Was it the rookie thing?

That's when she was with Dave also, so that may have had something to do with it. But I liked her on the Gauntlet because she cussed Road Rules out after they had sent Sarah into the Gauntlet... I liked that she stood up for Sarah but then she kind of tried to get Sarah to go into the last Gauntlet I feel like? I remember her always being gung ho for Sarah not going in and then in one of the last Gauntlets she was all for Sarah going in, which I found hypocritical. But maybe I'm remembering wrong.

RR actually had a rule that round that they couldn't vote Sarah in, so it came down to Darrell, Dave, and Cara and obviously out of those three it was going to be Cara.

Me either TJ. I like them both separately, but together not so much.

The weird thing with Susie is that she sort of came out of nowhere with these challenges. Her RR season was in 1998 and she did Extreme Challenge and then disappeared. Then out of nowhere she came back to do Gauntlet II and now she does challenges a lot, and each one that she does I tend to dislike her more and more, which is a shame because I LOVED her on RR: Down Under.

I don't remember Inferno III a whole lot, but one of the few things I remember was how the Bad ***** kept sending Susie in and they had this one mission where they had to gather up giraffes or something. Cara was throwing it so Susie could get the lifesaver or something. Why I chose to remember that, I have no idea.

Probably the Island, just because I like team challenges better.

The Island, but I do give it credit at being the first attempt to cast Vets again.
