RW/RR Challenge: The Ruins - Spoilers & Speculation

May be I'll be able to lighten the mood here a bit with my back on topic speculation... I was doing some research today for my trip that I'm planning to Thailand for next year and was reading about the Phi Phi Islands of which one of the six was devasted in the huge tsunami of 2004. Although reconstruction has begun, the entire island's infrastructure was destroyed and they are still in the mist of redevelopment. Not sure if it has been mentioned where this challenge was filmed exactly in Thailand and don't quite have the energy/time to go through all the posts/pages, but the Phi Phi Islands sound to me like the perfect location to film a challenge called "The Ruins"! Just throwing that out there...If anyone's heard what airport the losers where departing from if it's Phuket, Trang, or Krabi it's a good possibility they were on one of the Phi Phi Islands! Wow a lot went down....I was going to say something, but you guys already took care of that a'&@!#e.....it's sad when you see, part of society hasn't evovle yet mentally. Either way, I'm rooting for Sarah/KA....I have a gut feeling they are going to pull a huge upset.

Bacchus posted that there were two teams in the beginning and the same two teams at the end. It is in the departure thread. There are not enough rookies for it be veterans vs. rookies.

Now I wonder if the title will have anything to do with the tsunami as Phuket was also hit by it but they are much farther along in the redevlopment stages.
