WOW, I love the New Moon trailer. Jacob and the wolf part was the best, for me. Just loved, loved, loved it. I can't wait for the movie!
I loved it too. My poor dog was fast alseep next to me on the couch, and I screamed when it was over. I think I gave her a heart attack.
I loved it too. My poor dog was fast alseep next to me on the couch, and I screamed when it was over. Poor thing...that is okay though because he still loves me. So how many other people watched the wolf transformation in slow mo like I did, LOL...it was bad ***.

Exactly how I pictures the wolves without looking super fake. I think I watched it like ten times, to see Bella's change of clothing in the scene and the transformation.

Because if she knows it is Jake chasing him, that would not be as good as the book where it completely freaks her out that she is about to be killed by a vampire then huge wolves come and chase him off.

I know the trailor only showed a few seconds of Jasper, but he already looks more natural. I know he was supposed to look uncomfortable all the time, but I always thought he looked more constipated than he looked like he was trying not to kill everyone. And Jacob at the end...tempts me over to Team Jacob.

He is, by far, my favorite character in the books (haven't read Breaking Dawn because I am scared, don't want to see the lame ending with the baby Meyer created). In the books, I despise Edward. The movie makes me like him though because Rob is so hot. But I cannot wait to see how Jacob is portrayed in New Moon, kind of like a savior to Bella. Taylor Lautner is definitely my jail bait crush (17, I am 21 lol)
Yeah I have a jail bait crush on Taylor as well, I told my little sister that she needs to meet and marry him, LOL. I have always loved Jacob I was never a "team anyone" Because I like all of the guys in the books...Edward, Jacob, Emmett, Jasper, Carlisle and even Sam because of how he is with Emily.

I would take any of them. :)
Agreed Stacee and needs, oh how I adore all of the Twilight Men. Seriously though, I need to stop watching the trailer for New Moon ;)
Says who?
Right...I watch it at least 3 times a day...I am sure it will be more on the weekends :D

I agree that the young man that plays the werewolf guy (with the long hair) is VERY cute....
Yeah I had to restrain myself to make my description PG as well...
Yeah, he really committed to the part by working out extra hard...When the preview came on my sister and I were both watching and her BF was there and when that preview came on and we saw him shirtless we kicked the guys out of the room for some instant replays, LOL.

Yeah, I think Taylor is sexy and think in like a year or two he will be even more fine (and I won't feel like a pedofile saying so!). The fact that he put on 30 lbs of muscle for a role shows his commitment. He has about eight weeks, or so I read on Perez Hilton, before Eclipse begins being filmed and he is required to put on some more muscle/lbs since Jacob grows in size and mass with each book. I have such high hopes for New Moon, and I really hope they portray Bella's love for Jake as strong as it is in the book. Its one of those "Guy Next Door who will do anything for me" type loves and then in Eclipse she realizes she is IN love with him too. You know, the whole transition of brother and best friend to I hate you, but I don't want to live without you, oh wait... I love you. My only worry is that in the movies they might portray Bella in a more nonchalent friendship relationship (which Kristen pulls off well). Eh, its hard to describe what I am trying to say I guess so I will just have to wait and see. :P I just cannot wait!!

I just grinned and hit replay on the trailer. :) (As I am sure OPD will tell me, I will miss him...but Jacob and Edward will help keep me company)
Eh, its hard to describe what I am trying to say I guess so I will just have to wait and see. :P I just cannot wait!!
I know exactly what you are saying...in the 2nd book she feels like he is her brother...or almost like a twin because she feels so connected to him but with Kristen's acting it may look like she is just indifferent to the whole connection that they share instead of showing it as "fate" bringing them together.

Bella and Jacob's relationship isn't just a, "Hey, I like to spend time with you. Help entertain me since Edward left." It's so multideminsional and the triangle between Bella, Edward, and Jacob is so much a part of the story. I felt like the first movie failed in showing just how absolutely Bella loved Edward and needed Edward. Hopefully the new director does better getting the relationships to come across like they did in the books. I feel you LC, I feel like words cannot describe how I want it!

Kristin is a horrible actress, she is awkward and awkward to watch. The cast is perfect, with the exception of her. Rob is amazing.
Hurray, people understood and agree! Stacee, you said it perfectly. Kristen's acting can come off as indifferent as she has that "vibe" sometimes. Like at the end of the movie, when Jacob goes to the prom to warn her, in the book Bella seemed surprised and assuring, teasing Jake about the car part he was receiving. In the movie, it seemed Bella was annoyed and was just like "Later". I think with the proper direction Kristen can achieve what I am hoping for. I don't expect it to be just like the book, but I feel like straying from the Bella-Jacob relationship a bit will screw up the love triangle that is such a huge part of the series. Either way, I am just super happy that the character of Jacob gets more screen time. I love me some vampires, but I love me some wolves as they are equally as cool =)

By the way, did anyone think Kristin dropping the award was on purpose? Because we all know how Bella is supposed to be clumsy.
That is why it baffles me that twilight won so my awards the other night. Kristin is a horrible actress, she is awkward and awkward to watch. The cast is perfect, with the exception of her. Rob is amazing.
Yeah, like the hospital scene where she begs him to not leave her, it was almost painful to watch. And it is funny, in interviews Rob is constantly praising Kristen's acting ability. Maybe it is the direction? I don't want to write Kristen off because I am such a Twilight fanatic, but I wasn't too thrilled with the Bella portrayal. Bella annoyed me the most in the books, but I still love the complexity of the character. I hope Kristen pulls it off, and we will definitely find out with New Moon. I feel like Eclipse is going to be her hardest feat, since its kind of like the "climax" of the series and the love triangle. I guess I just hope Jacob isn't shafted, because Bella indeed loves him dearly, its just such a multifaceted relationship that grows throughout the series. Its hopefully not going to be like someone worded above me, a "I need you in my life to occupy me and take my mind of Edward" because it quickly becomes more than that. Edit: Hehe TJ, I think she meant to drop it? It was awkward for sure, but I think planned. She came up with the whole almost kiss thing Rob said in an interview. Who knew she was such an awkward mastermind ;)
I thought she did it on purpose. I think she said something about it right after she dropped it.
