RW/RR Challenge: The Ruins - Spoilers & Speculation

The only reason Ev being out is a good thing, is to show NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE is safe. By the way Beth didn't easily beat Svetlana, wasn't that Duel 40 minutes long, and if Svet didn't give that last little push, Beth would not have rip the flag out. Either way back on topic, these challenges are unpredictable, and you may never know how things will go down. I'm still shock Sarah is there.

I am just curious. :) I do seem to remember their Duel being a long one, but I can't say for sure though. I definiately remember the final push that Svitz gave though because it looked like it took everything she had in her to do it.

If I remember correctly wasn't Beth pacing herself? She figured she could put Svetlana away whenever she wanted so she was playing with her. Kinda like the cat toying with the mouse..... I think that producer is surprised that Sarah has not been targeted to go into the elimination round yet being that she is a rookie to the challenges? Chet and Brianna have already gone in. I was curious myself I have no clue if she is a great competitor or if she is in an alliance. In any case she must be doing something right to have lasted this long so go Sarah!

I respect that BMP is making a decent effort to keep the details quiet and I'm going along with it.

Beth did pace herself; actually she simply stood her ground and waited for Svetlana to tire. When that happened, she simply pushed the pole forward. People in the other alliance were yelling at Svetlana to get back on the pole -- mostly to help her look better in the edit of Beth's obvious victory. Beth had no problem with that. Beth actually did not rip the flag. She was leaning over the pole with either her feet off the ground or just her toes touching, so she could reach the caribinier and unhook it. It was at that moment that Svetlana pushed on the pole and the flag (a small square of silk) and caribiner separated. It was never part of the game design for this to happen. It then took 30 minutes for the judges (the producers) to decide what to tell TJ to do. We asked later for a written copy of the rules. We're still waiting for it. And now fully back on topic: Eve studied that duel very carefully in case it was one offered on this challenge. She knew what to do to avoid similar disaster.

Thanks V1 for the details, well it's all in the pass, and the cards fell where they fell. Either way, I'm going to specialute Sarah took Ev out. The reason why I say that, Sarah is still on the challenge. Rookies usually never make it this far. Sarah must have beaten Ev (how idk), and then the girls probably didn't want to face her anymore. If it's challenger vs champion, the only girls Ev could have face was Sarah, Bri, Kellyanne, Casey, and Kim. Shavoun and Diem where out of the game.

But wouldn't Chet be in that same alliance as Sarah?? The only thing that makes sense is, she is freaking strong, or what I said above. There's also another thing. What about if this challenge is all about partners. 1 challenger and 1 Champion....of course opposite *** (1 male/1 female). Ev and her partner could have lost, she did lose on FM. Sarah could also have a strong partner, or someone in the JEK alliance.

I could have swore Bacchus posted that there were two teams, but I could be wrong.

No wonder Rachel is not on this show. It is teams, and not pairs and riding their coattails, and Evelyn was here.

Rachel good friends with EV ? The only people on this challenge that I know Rachel is good friends with are Brad, Derrick, Katie, Ibis, and Diem.
