I'm finding it interesting. The rope thing for the women was an interesting idea, but the editing sucked -- along with really ****** camera work. Cheap production work (ie, not enough cameras) really pushes my buttons.
There were multiple times when the cameras were zoomed in too much, and I thought someone was going to fall and they were going to miss it. At other times, the cuts were really fast, like one after another which made me think that they didn't have enough good footage of the challenge. Kind of annoying.
We are missing Coral, Beth, and CT. Good chunk of drama there. I need one of Katie's random outbursts, pleaseeee. I'm getting sick of the most drama being about the picking order like some stupid dodgeball game.

Katie's confessionals this episode really made me laugh though. But you have to figure most of the drama is going to come from the picking order because the Challenge revolves around this.

Its all dumb because if your not safe from the Duel, you can go in no matter what. It's stupid.

That's exactly why there is drama. I agree it is stupid and inevitable if you go in The Duel, but no one wants to be there, so I can understand the drama behind it.

I don't. Your only safe if your exempt from the Duel therefore the picking order is irrelevant. I understand the whole, lets save our friends but still. Its just dumb.
It was funny when Landon asked Ruthie if she wanted to play Paper Scissor Rock... I've never heard it like that. Its always been Rock Paper Scissors for me. And the duel between Brit and Brooke was not epic at all. Except for the Arsonists Get All the Girls song. I wish Davis beat Evan. Evan had a better strategy to get the top ones first. But I was laughing hearing him scream and whine.

I noticed that as well. It was weird hearing him say it like that.

Actually I had a long discusiion about this once and that was how it used to be said.
I liked the fact that now every Duel is out there in the open so quickly, so everyone can prepare themselves for battle.
TJ, I was going to say the same thing, but I don't think she is out of the loop, I just think everybody else has someone else to save before her.
Why would Paula picking Dunbar this time make the alliance question Evan? What was the order for this week supposed to be? Was Dunbar supposed to be the guy left at the end?
Diem has her FM buddies to save her. Eric picked her. Evan, if he doesn't have to pick Paula, and he is picked before Diem, would probably pick her.

My guess is yes, not to mention I think that Dunbar has no place in their alliance so picking Paula would be another strike and picking Dunbar, who is strong and not in their alliance would just be a bad decision.

But at that point in which Paula was picked, there was no one left in that big alliance. Just Dunbar, Jenn, and Davis.

Yeah but I am guessing since Dunbar is a threat, they would just want him to be gone, along with Paula. Also, maybe because there is the possibility he will pick Paula which they don't want.
Also, this episode just provided more reason as to why I love Jenn! :)
I like Jenn, too. I didn't see her season, but she was one of people I liked on I3, and I like her on this challenge as well.
I have liked her on every season she has been on.
When she was comforting both Paula(ugh) and Nehemiah, she showed that she is a caring person.
And next week looks like the revival of Jenn and Rachel. ;)

If that is what you would like to call it!
I'm really enjoying this challenge, I'm so glad that the veterans have won the last two challenges. I can't believe Nehemiah picked Paula. Kinda ruined the episode for me. And all this partner talk is confusing.
If that is what you would like to call it!
I am trying to mke it as simple as possible. :)
Not to mention the Challenge next week looks hilarious.
WHY Nehemiah WHY WHY WHY DID YOU PICK PAULA INSTEAD OF BROOKE? DO YOU KNOW HOW GLORIOUS IT WOULD'VE BEEN IF PAULA AND DUNBAR WENT INTO THE DUEL AND (POSSIBLY) LOST? YOU RUINED THAT FOR ME MAN!
Also I hate the fact that they are focusing on Paula and Evan so much. What exactly was Paula Crying about? didn't she just screw over Ryan last episode? And now she's ****** that Evan screwed her? She has no room to be upset, She made her bed and now she's gotta lie in it.
And as for Evan...I wish Davis would've beaten him. I really do. Just so we can focus on the people that I actually care about this challenge.
Also doesn't Brittni's Hair look like a wig?
That is all.
Like some of you, I was hoping that Nehemiah would pick Paula. I have no idea what he was thinking. There must be a stronger alliance there than I thought. I'm going to have to rewatch the episodes.
I thought it was great watching Evan squirm before the duel. And the way he confronted Davis about picking him....blech. Man he needs to get over himself.

I'm from Chicago and everyone calls it Paper Scissors Rock. It's actually weird to hear it any other way. I know Landon went to Wisconsin-Madison, so I'll ***ume he is from the Midwest. It's a midwest thing.
Anyways, good episode but BOO I wish Nehemiah stuck by Davis and Brooke because Paula and Dunbar in the Duel would have made this one a happy viewer, but too bad.
I'm loving Kim this challenge. So happy she is doing well. Also, Ruthie and Landon both kicked *** in that challenge so good for them. And Brooke looks so beautiful this challenge. Too bad I won't get to see her looking so **** good anymore. :(
Its all dumb because if your not safe from the Duel, you can go in no matter what. It's stupid.
Exactly.
Everyone should just go into the Duel and just go balls to the wall to stay there. Everyone's going to have to go in at some point. It seems like none of them get this.
I think that this season could have been the one where the elimination battle's would be epic.

Um...I'm originally from Michigan, and I've always called it rock paper scissors. It's not a Midwest thing.

It's entirely possible, and considering people like Mark and Rachel, likely, that someone could make it to the finals without ever seeing a Duel.
