Basically a club promotion company doing its job promoting clubs and making shit up. It is already common knowledge that filming will not begin until mid-August at best...
I'm a Floyd regular. when filming starts i'll take a camera w/me just in case. you know, for the sake of the forum. Really, tho, I can't see a bunch of 20-year olds in a bar so mellow. It has a bacci court, but there's only so much interesting footage you can get out of a hot girl bending down to roll her ball just sooooo far down the alley without eliminating her ball. I also have some 'cougar' tendency (such an obnoxious description). Maybe I'll befriend one of the guys. I won't, however, go into a RW house. Being on TV is not one of my goals in life.
Also, if any of them are under 21, they won't get into a bar. Maybe a club where you see LiLo and Brit, but most bars in NYC card. especially if there's a camera nearby.

They all card people. The Hollywood cast member who may not be named met Reva at teh club "Sugar" in Hollywood [url=http://dimentia.com/sugar/]Sugar ::: The Sweetest Club in Hollywood![/url]. She had a fake ID at the time and was not yet 21.
I thought Greg, Bri, and Sarah were underage at the beginning of filiming. Sarah turned 21 on the show, and Greg and Bri never turned 21 on the show, right?
I don't remember Sarah going out to too many clubs. But it seemed like we saw at Greg and Bri at more than one club.

I am surprised that they got away with underage drinking so freely on camera in clubs and especially in the house, without legal issues being raised. BMP must somehow indemnify themselves. I am not sure how that works being you have to assume BMP does lease the building in which the production is being filmed and would seemingly be responsible for illegal actively on the premises.
As for the clubs in LA, it is a well know reality that they will let quasi famous people in to drink in order to help promote their establishments. It is a calculated risk and it would seem like the authorities only care when the news media flaunts it.
On the east coast in cities like New York and Boston, you get caught serving to minors and it is game over for the club (bye bye liquor license!) That makes me think that they would be less likely to let minors in on camera (as good brooklyn alluded.)
I used to know the bars in Beantown that I could take my underage friends, but they were always dives off the beaten path, with all the hip places carding hard.
Hmm. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing Julie drink during the first NY season, and I remember Rachel using fake ID's in BtNY (I remember the guy who checked her ID gave an incredulous look, but let her in anyway).

i know in the house anything goes. but in San Diego wasn't someone turned away from a bar with a fake ID? That's what will happen here. Did everyone go to bars in the second New York season?

If they really wanna get drunk they'll find a way, maybe not get into clubs all the time but they definitely find ways.

yea well whatever the case is, they will be able to get ahold of alcohol whether they are legal or not. That is just how it is. In Hollywood, both Greg and Briana were barely 20yrs old and were drinking like sailors!!..not to mention Sarah. but oh well, its all apart of the game. the referees dont give a ****!..lol. so lets play ball!!!!! hahaa
