When MTV was casting for Road Rules, Rachel Robinson from Campus Crawl was on the short list but because Veronica was already on the cast, Rachel was not included. It would have just been unfair for both of them to be on the RV with their close relationship based on the voting dynamics of that season. Rachel was disappointed as she really wanted to do Road Rules again, but not resentful. I'll bet that scenario plays out to some extent with each challenge.
