Not bad for an special that was hardly promoted. Not great by any means either.

I would have had no idea it was on if not for the thread here. 

Zero advertising for this and it does better than a show that they poured their heart and soul into promoting lol.

This had zero promotion and still did better than Lohan Beach club sksksksks

I mean the show has a fanbase so it’ll never just completely tank but it could do better. I don’t really see the premiere doing much better. 700k-800k viewers at most. While this season looks good I see the ratings being nothing special but I blame the vets cast for that. Nothing special. ☕️

It got half a million on a show with ZERO advertising. They have done a decent job promoting the premiere. The vets are casual favorites. I think it will do well, y’all just have unreal expectations for the numbers. TV viewership isn’t what it used to be with streaming and dvr.

I see the premiere getting 700K maybe 800K with the proper promotion next week. They’ve done tremendously good with the layout and overall presentation of the season. I don’t see any reason why anyone wouldn’t be optimistic about watching with everything they’ve presented.

I don’t even know what that means or what a KVM is so this insult is a big miss... yikes. 

Apparently a lot of casuals actually liked the special from what I saw.

Maybe, just maybe, if they played reruns or marathons of other challenges... then maybe, I know I’m going out on a limb here. But maybe, that would build interest with other people(especially tv surfers). Instead of doing 72 hours of ridiculous then bam! The Challenge.

that’s actually how I got into the show. I remember channel surfing and I saw Sarah and I think Katie in a ring elimination and I stayed on the channel

I heard that Rob signed a deal with them to keep his show in repeats a certain amount of the year to keep his show relevant.

I feel like it becomes counterproductive at some point. If I constantly see a rerun of this god forsaken show all the time, I will assume that it is on all of the time and avoid the channel. For anyone to agree to this amount airtime is ludicrous.
