Well the thread is basically what it asks in the topic, which was your favourite Real World? Mine If I had to choose would be: 1. New York 2. Hawaii 3. Miami 4. Seattle 5. Hollywood (this one seems real like the older seasons)
1.Back to NY- I think I liked this season so much because it dealt with a lot of real life problems. It wasn't just the castmembers being drunk, it was showing exactly what the show said and that was seven strangers who are completely different. From Mika and Coral's discussion about racism to Malik and Nicole about inter-racial relationships.
2.Hollywood-Every episode has been amazing. Everyone has a problem and a story to listen to. This has also been a very emotional season.
3.Hawaii-I think she was one of the first seasons to have a castmember have such a bad issue like Ruthie did. Her alcoholism was intense.
4.New Orleans-This season had some great casting. Julie and Melissa were the stars of that season and the season was so fun to watch.
5.Boston-Everything about this season was dramatic. And Syrus was hilarious on this season.
I am going to have to say San francisco, there were so many issues covered in this season. Good and Bad, but for any one who watched it I don't they could ever forget Pedro.

I agree with your 2,3, and 4.
I would have to say that ratings and the number of episodes proved that RW Las Vegas was the best. I was cuaght up in the Irulan and Alton saga lol. I also loved Back 2 NY as we got the introduction of The Miz and Queen Coral! New Orleans was the first season I saw so it holds a special place to me and every season after that was good until PARIS!
I'm also very entertained by this season!
1. Las Vegas
2. Back 2 NY
3.Chicago
4.New Orleans
5. Hollywood
CHECK MY SWAGG!!!
looks like we have the same taste in reality TV, I still feel the love :)
How do you even remember New York? You look younger than me.
Not that I'm all that young, but you know.
Back to NY is definitely up there with me because it brought us Coral and Miz for one but Las Vegas does hold a special place for me too as it was the first I watched. Also Hollywood has really grown on me too. In a way there are certain points of every season that I like.
I'm sorry but my heart kind of aches for those of you who have said Vegas is the first season of Real World you have watched....LoL call me sentimental (and I'm only 26) but Vegas was the beginning of the downward spiral of what more recent RR's have become...Drunken foolishness, fights, threesomes, and hook-ups. Believe it or not, that used to be only a small focus of the show, where as now it seems to be the standard. Do I sound like an old lady?? :)

No, because I have to agree with everything you said. I mentioned in my post about Back to NY that that season had so many problems but they were real life issues and not a drunken rage.
Vegas while an okay season changed the show to being about seven strangers who get drunk and fight. I still have watched every season and the show is still my favorite, but Vegas started the change.

Yes now go away lol jk Seriously though many people do consider that the one that started the trend. I wouldn't say it was my absolute favorite but it was the first I watched so it makes it on my list. Plus what's wrong with threesomes? lol

Vegas sucked major *****. I hated it! So much so that I didn't watch for four seasons after it. Everyone there was super scummy, insane, or both. Yuck!
1.new York (i Watched On Youtube And It Was Awesome I Loved Every Single Minute Of It!)
2.chicago (this Is When I Started Watching The Real World Religiously, The Septemeber 11th Episode Touched Me, My Heart Also Went Out To Tonya For Dealing With Everything From Kidney Stones To Medical Bills)

4.hawaii(i Wished I Could Have Watched More Of This Season, I Saw Most Of It During Mtv's Epic Weekend Marathons).
5.back To Nyc(one Of The Best, To See Mike And Coral Change After That Truly Showed What People Do In The Real World... Change
6.hollywood(i Still Love It! Even Tho It Isnt On The Top Of My List Doesnt Mean That I Dont Enjoy It!)

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on that sept 11 episode?
Does anyone know where I can get my hands on that sept 11 episode?
No...but I did read somewhere (I'll have to check my source) that their Sept. 11 reactions were fake and re-taped because they were actually at a ball game or something at the time. I'll have to try and find that story because I was really surprised initally how tastefully that episode was done.

wow I can't imagine it was fake, it really touched me.
Well this isn't the same piece I read just recently, but it's all I can find right now.

1. Miami
2. Boston
3. San Diego
4. Paris
5. New Orleans
6. Chicago
7. Back To New York
8. Las Vegas
9. Key West
10. Hawaii
11. Austin
12. Seattle
13. Sydney
14. Philly
15. New York
16. Los Angelas
17. London
18. Denver
19. San Francisco
1-9 were the best seasons and were RW when it was at it's best. However, I honestly enjoyed EVERY season in one way or another but I would say Denver and San Francisco were the weakest seasons. Since Hollywood isn't over I'm not going to put it in but at the moment I'd say it's somewhere around Austin and Hawaii.
Paris top 5!!!??? Interesting....:ph34r2:
Yep. Everybody complains that it was boring but for me it had a good cast with an interesting dynamic. It was a nice contrast to Vegas IMO. Plus the locale of Paris intrigues me.

Cool cool. I did like the cast.
I have to agree. I liked the cast, but everything about the season I hated. Not enough sufficient drama. Not really any real life problems were affecting anyone.
Seasons 1-11, besides Season 4, are amazing.
