Calm down now. I am so sorry, you are right, read your post wrong. She is pretty funny. But I really started to like her when she stopped being funny and tore Julie apart on the first episode of Battle of Sexes. I was like "alright Melissa!". I hate Julie.

1. RW9 New Orleans- by far the best blend of comedy and drama. everyone learned something and every episode was intriguing. their trip to africa was amazing tv.
2. RW14 San Diego- this also was a very funny season. no one learned anything and it wasnt that dramatic in terms of social issues, just drunk drama, but it still was very entertaining to me. loved the cast.
3. RW21 Brooklyn- good cast. GREAT social issues drama.
4. RW6 Boston- the cast was super dynamic and genesis was an amazing cast member. along with elka... montana was such a bad girl! loved it.
5. RW1 New York- the original season is amazing. julie really learned a lot and the cast just seemed like they had an amazing experience
Well I'm young so I haven't seen all the season. I started watching the RW series when I was 8. The first season I ever saw was Hawaii. Loved Loved Loved it!
1. Hawaii: I was absolutely mesmerized by the cast members, From the first episode when Teck and Ruthie jumped into the pool butt naked and Kaia walking around the house topless. Teck was the man, Ruthie was the girl everyone was rooting for and Kaia was just hot. (It has been so long I don't remember much of anything, but all I know is that it was my favorite season)
2. Sydney- Loved Loved Loved this season. I watched the whole season about 3 different times. The main character was Parisa. I loved Parisia's journey through the season. She tried to befriended everyone (with the exception of Trisha). Eventhough most of her cast mates treated Parisa terribly she always extended the olive branch to her cast mates even when they didn't deserve it. Towards the end of the season, Parisa is fed up with the way she has been treated in the house, she stands her grounds and finds her own voice. And everyone is friends at the end. Loved Issac, Norrine (not an official cast member), Trisha (even though she was a big *****), Shavonn (she had really big ***** : )), and Ashlii. Parisa is my all time favorite cast member!
3. Cancun- Loved it for the drunken craziness. Ayiias madness and Jonna (HoNNa) was entertaining.
4. Austine- Wes is the man. Danny's fight. Malinda is awesome.
My fave cast members are Parisa, Trisha, Issac, Kaia, Teck, Ruthie, Malinda, Wes, Ayiiia and Jonna. Oh, oh and cant for get Coral!
Seasons I absolutely hated: Brooklyn (how can they make New York City seem so boring?), Hollywood (Kim, Sarah, Dave, and Will annoyed me throughout the season), Philadelphia (Like many people, I was so upset when the black came out gay! sorry I was thrown off gaurd, I don't like surprises) and DC (boring!).

If I saw this season it would have probably been my favorite season. LOL the mail fight was funny.
I watched a little of RW Hollywood, Brooklyn, didn't watch Cancun and I'm watching a little DC. All the ones before RW Hollywood I enjoyed and watched 100%. I don't really have a favorite, but there are people that I really did like from each season.
Yea no lie i was 6 too, and I the first real world I watched was Chicago.
By far I have to say Chicago was my favorite, Aneesa was a hot mess and I like her for that.

I just remembered that season and I did watch it. I only remember Aneesa walking around naked and Tanya fighting Aneesa for the phone on Sept 11.
I first watched half of San Diego although I don't remember it too much and all of Philadelphis. I have seen a few past seasons however.
I really liked Key West, Denver, New Orleans, and Philadelphia
I would relaly like to see Seattle, Paris, and Chicago

Heres the thing about Las Vegas you need to consider:
They were in Las Vegas...hello of course there going to be doing alot of drinking and partying and stuff because really thats what you do in Vegas...not only that but when your thrown into a house with 6 people you really know nothing about with cameras looking at you and video taping your every move, you feel really nervous about it so of course drinking is a great way of releasing all that tension, I mean idk about back in the day but they might not have drunk as much during there first few weeks but really your in Vegas and everytime you guys walk into a bar people are buying you shots like crazy. I think Vegas just modeled it and people now who go on the show use is as like a role model so they like to get drunk of course to deal with the stress at first.
Another thing to consider. Did vegas really have that much sex and trashy things that other seasons didn't? I mean sure yes the first few episodes Trishelle and Stephen did do alot of bad things but I mean come on they were drunk and outgoing who wouldn't have sex with Stephen if he wanted you to but even they had feelings for one another obviously as there time their went on...lol Not only that but the Threesome was hardly even a threesome....from what I recall they were in bathing suits in a hotub and no one was being penetrated, also I don't even remember Brynn getting any from Stephen just Trishelle ...Other than that I don't remember this season really being that "trashy" as they say. Las Vegas dealt with alot of serious issues as well like: Altons homophobia, Altons brother being kidnapped and murdered, Arissas family problems, Arissas bf's infideltiy, Arissas anger issues, Trishelle still recovering from her mothers death, Trishelle feeling horrible about all the sex that was going on, Brynns panic attacks, the pregnancy scare, Irulans trust issues with Alton...
really was vegas that bad?? sure the first few episodes were a little bit "crazy" but honestly if you actually watched it I guarantee everyone who likes Real World would love it. The cast was so great and interesting not to mention hot...I still have yet to find a guy who has better pecs than Frank lol... and who could forget how awesome the awesome Anne espisode is she was so awesome!

Maybe I'm just a fan of the older set but I still think the first 3 Real Worlds have been better than most if not all of the subsequent ones. Eric Nies even calls his season (RW1) the only one that should count because they were "just given the address & a key and told to show up."
If you haven't seen the first 3 seasons, you need to. In LA, they actually had the first person kicked out of the house. In San Francisco, you had an HIV positive person in the house. NY & LA both had race relations issues (David & Kevin - who blew it out of proportion). Most of the cast had actual jobs/careers or were about to have them. Tami's pregnancy & abortion in the LA cast are a must see for any girl having thoughts about terminating their pregnancy & Jon (the conservative Christian's choice to support her as a friend despite objecting to the idea).
These people were more real than the other seasons. It really turned a corner when Hawaii came out (with Ruthie almost ODing in the first episode due to alcohol). Then Nwe Orleans and then Vegas happened (which, unfortunately, many people think is the gold standard).
As for Reunions, the first actual Reunion involved the first 3 casts of RW with the 4th, London, showing up at the end of the hour.
1. San Diego - whole cast was awesome and the Brad/Randy duo was great.
2. Hawaii - LOVED it. Justin and Kaia caused so much drama between Colin and Amaya.
3. Philly - Landon, Landon, oh and did I mention Landon?
4. New Orleans - I just really liked the cast except for psycho Melissa.
5. Key West - Svet and Tyler drama made fantasic TV and made me despise Tyler.
I'd have to go w/ [B]Miami[/B], [B]Boston[/B], [B]New Orleans[/B], [B]Back to New York[/B], [B]Hawaii[/B],[B] Chicago[/B], [B]San Diego[/B], [B]Key West[/B], [B]Denver[/B] :)
I thought I had replied to this awhile back, but I couldn't find a post from me. My favorite season would have to be Brooklyn. I know it's a fairly recent season, but I loved it. I loved how it was a nice change of pace from the frat party/sorority house that the Real World has become since Vegas.
San Diego will always have a special place in my heart because it was the first full season I watched.
Only seen about half the seasons (though I'd love to see them all) but I have to say Paris was my favorite by far. CT possibly more than anyone else in the history of television had my on the edge of my seat waiting to see what he would do or say next.

2. Real world: Las Vegas. It was too sensuality... But I likes casting and them life.
3. Real world: Hawaii. I cant say why.
4. Real World: <...>San Francisco. <...> Pedro died. I mean... It was really scare. But respect for this season.
5. Real World: Paris.
I've been watching RW since the San Diego season and since Las Vegas 2.5 just ended here's my new rank of each season.
1. San Diego- Nothing beats the first RW season you watch :biggrin:
2. Las Vegas- I saw re-runs of this season.
3. Austin- Everything you possibly wanted on a season was in here.
4. Las Vegas 2.5- Never thought a RW season now a days could've entered my top 5, but this season was great.
